Pretty good. A nice selection of ice cream and shakes and all the good bits to mix in or add on top. Take it easy in the rocking chairs, grab a table or sit under the ramada. An all weather standard to keep on your favorites list.

Good ice cream, though very limited on flavors. I think they only had 5 flavors from which to choose. I wasnt too impressed because I really didnt care for any of the flavors, but the ice cream itself was good. Dont know that I will go back as there are other places where I can get flavors I enjoy. I thought theyre prices were high, too.

Owner is very rude. Might be a good idea to be nice if you’re in customer service. Just a thought. Ice cream is good though. Would give five stars if it weren’t for the attitude

The ice cream was delicious, the service was good. The portion size was a huge problem. Both children got one scoop cups. One was overflowing and the other had just barely more than two tablespoons! That did not go over well. I dont think I will bring my kids back here any time soon.

Grew up going to the igloo for ice cream. Back in town visiting and stopped in to get a cone. Still some of the best ice cream I have eaten.

First visit here. Small place with walk up window where you place and pick up order. Chairs and tables outside, no inside dining. Very simple menu and not a large variety of flavors or different types of items. I tried the peach ice cream. It was good, a nice amount of peach chunks in the ice cream. The prices are reasonable. They advertise that they make their ice cream fresh every day and I asked if they still do this and the answer was yes.

Ice cream at The Igloo is pretty much a tradition in Chambersburg and has been for 50+ years. Interesting and delicious flavours on offer.

They were busy but still did a great job keeping up. The custard is delicious I just wish there that been more cherries in my black cherry frozen custard.

We were at the store in Bedford county on route 56 the other day and purchased three different flavors of flurries and when we got them home we noticed that they had the names scratched out on all three flavors of all three cups and were relabeled and when we begin to eat them we noticed that we had the wrong flavors between us. Thats when I noticed that they not only relabeled them wrong once but then they was wrong a second time so we had to switch around to give each other the flavor they had ordered and then I began to eat mine and noticed there was styrofoam through the ice cream then I noticed that I had a cup inside of a cup and noticed that the inner cup had been chewed up I am assuming by the mixer, now this is totally uncalled for they knew they chewed the cup up there for inserting a second cup over top of the first one, they should have just threw the thing away and made me a new one but no they went ahead and sent it out with pieces of Styrofoam all through the ice cream and I did find at least five pieces of Styrofoam in my ice cream this was totally uncalled for and a very gross experience
