Giant Foods.has always been a primary market since I became an Adult and even to this day my wife and I always do our shopping at Giant. The only thing I dont necessarily like is the selling of liquor now in their stores because that is a problem with this culture. Be Blessed!

Great selection of items, the beer selection isnt to shabby either. Prices are ok. Very clean and organized place. Very comfortable to shop at.

Aside from the store being backwards from the one I live closer to, its great. Better selection of healthier food choices. Still not a Wegmans. But the best around.

I LOVE this Giant. Its so much nicer than the one on Wayne Ave. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy tech knows me by name. Thats a rarity for a chain store! Theyre an incredibly friendly grocer/pharmacy. They also always have fresh pastries too if you want a donut or cake. I cant say enough good things about this store.

I always enjoy shopping here. Its really clean and generally well-stocked. The prices might be a little higher, but its better than going to Walmart, where its a mess and they dont have half the stuff you need in stock.

This place is quickly going down hill in my opinion. The last 2 months we have gone the one rack of self scanners says they all need charged and the other rack has to be rebooted because of something in the system. We have been told multiple times by employees that they told the higher up about it, but management doesnt believe them. O guess the good news is I can now reboot their system by myself...

This place is going down hill. Produce sucks lately. Prices have always been high. Pretty sure giant owns martins. But it seems like Maine can keep their produce fresh and giant cant. I find mold on produce at giant lately. The herbs are getting mushy half the time the fresh ginger is. Never fresh it is shriveled and sometimes molding. Today was the last straw i went shopping yesterday. Ate the grapes today. I salvaged maybe a quarter of my bowl and tossed the rest. Im sick of wasting my money on produce here. Its already too expensive and now its bad more and more over the next several months. I am going to go back to shopping at aldi down the road and go to giant only for odds and ends if i cant find it all from Aldi Martins had the best grapes i have had in a long time. This was about 2 weeks ago when i had them. Giant has just gotten worse and worse.

Veggies could have been more fresher . Not wilted. Need better selection of subs... Usually nice footlongs made up...last time only had turkey.. Customer service of staff member lady at self check out was horrible.Wayne Ave Chambersburg location is across town but much nicer. Will be going there from now on.

Star rating keeps going down. Every week I come here the shelves are empty. Its clear they dont have enough staff or cant keep them. I am now shopping at other places which are also cheaper and soon i will going somewhere else.You response is bog standard! Actions speak louder than words!!!

Very busy. Went there to buy my wife some flowers. They had a great selection. Every check out line was super long. Including self check out.

Very nice place to shop the staff is nice for the most part some of the shoppers not so much.

Giant has a great selection of products. I especially like the variety at the Deli and Bakery sections. There are a lot of available options for non-GMO, organic and vegan. The prices are a little higher but the quality is better so we still shop here on a regular basis because of the selection.However, the customer service has really gone downhill. For example, one day, I had asked an associate for help finding an item. He replied that it was in aisle 6 or 7. That was vague and unhelpful. I only asked because I was on a time constraint and needed to find it quickly. Also, many of the associates never smile. There are a couple people at the Deli that will smile and chat a bit. Its nice. The rest of the store is literally and figuratively cold.One last thing... Marty. I am not a fan of Marty. I read an article in The Washington Post (January 2019) that said the robot is used for identifying spills, reading prices and collecting data. The article went on to say, “It remains to be seen what Giant is ultimately using this technology for.” Giant has always had cameras. A limited amount of surveillance is to be expected for loss prevention purposes but I dont understand why a robot is following shoppers around collecting data. Feels like Big Brother2 stars - Good variety, higher prices, Mediocre service, surveillance capitalism

Always been a fan of Giant food stores. It wasnt crowded and everything was nice and organized, food was fresh and employees were polite.

No 🤚sanitizing for public use..lot of people with no masks..thay need to by more curful.

I normally go here for quick snacks and drinks. They have an amazing variety of food and drink to purchase at some of the best prices i have ever seen.

No savings from my bonus card were recieved on a purchase over $200. Spoke with Customer Service. Who argued with me that I didnt buy anything on bonus discount. When I pointed out that the first three items in my cart were to be discounted she stated that I was mistaken. She then had me walk through the store and show her what I purchased that should have been discounted. She continued to argue that I was mistaken, and put the wrong items in my cart. When she realized that I was correct, she wanted to resolve the issue by returning the items and having me go buy new items to see if they rang up correctly. I told her this was not acceptable and pointed out how I had been treated thus far. Issue ended up being resolved in a manner that was acceptable to me but the process was not handled appropriately in my opinion.

Cashier complained about turkey certificate, associate pushing carts was not engaging

Like this Giant very much but sometimes getting the self check out attendant to help is awful euphorically especially the young kids that are standing there texting on their phone😡. They are there too work not. be on their cell. Also at regular check out the young girl was texting when I came up to her empty lane😡. Come on Giant

I have always thought the giant on norland ave was high on prices but we went we got everything bonus buy and we spent more on groceries with the bonus boys that we would have spent at our reg store and yes their produce is always molding I can not no waste any more money at this store going back to our regular store

We like the period and the Pharmacy everything is easy for me find when I do a quick trip.

Nice clean and well organized. I like that it has a Red Box movie dispenser handy right after the check out which makes it easy to combine dinner with a movie. The reduced price boxes of a dozen doughnuts that are at the back of the store are a favorite with my boys. Friendly staff are quick to be helpful.

Forced to buy beer in the beer aisle, limited quantity, and can not combine beer or wine with your cart full of groceries?! These are the hoops that will turn me to Jeebus. No thanks for the convenience P.A.!!

Well stocked, clean store. Good selection. Prices can be a bit on the higher side, but you can get really good deals with their sales.

My favorite supermarket. Its clean and well organized. They have a good selection of gluten-free and dairy-free foods. The produce is fresh!

Always have what I need and prices are not too bad.

Employees are very helpful. One gentleman (employee) saw me glance around for a bag for my produce and brought one to me. Another employee overheard my husband and I searching for a particular cold tea and offered to go to the back and look for some.. we didnt even have to ask. That is what I call great customer service.

David rocks the fried chicken. He is an expert at it, wanted to let the manager know how good he is and the mgrs couldnt even be bothered with taking my compliment for their employee so I figured to get even I will let the whole world know that David is the best ever! Shame on giant but kudos to David again. He should be recognized for his attention to detail and a quality product.

Always over crowded and over priced. Produce is not fresh. I have been looking for a certain hygiene product for several weeks and still the shelf is empty when I shopped today. I get my produce and most of my meat from Aldi and I am garanteed thier items are fresh in their produce section everywhere else the shelves are stock but not here. Lots of holes even for the expensive stuff... always crowded and chaotic

You have many coming into your store without a mask, wearing masks with nose out or wearing it on chin. The manager is responsible to see you have compliance! Conveyors not being cleaned either. This is for our protection!!!

While this is a decent store, but the last two times we have used their Giant Direct, they have overcharged us on items. We no longer trust their pickup service, and will probably start shopping elsewhere.

Shopped for client so I didnt really know the store layout.

Signs posted that masks are mandatory yet a bunch of people walk in not wearing them. I’m really disappointed that this isn’t enforced during a global pandemics.

Did a grocery pickup. They had everything ready to go and loaded the vehicle. Guy was very nice and professional. Everything we ordered was received except for 2 minor substitutions.

More pricey than Walmart but more selection and also have Boars head meat.

Very nice store. Usually pretty clean. Selection of groceries, produce, meats and seafood is very very good. Make sure to use their app and its coupons to save some extra $$$. Very easy to use. I love their Giant brand Vermont and New York brick cheeses. Giants brand low fat ice cream really good but they need more flavors. 2 complaints...the store alleys got very compact once you but the alcohol aisles in. I, myself dont see the need for them. The alcohol is too pricey. Romaine lettuce can look pretty sad sometimes.

Havent been in a giant store very nice

Shocked to find out stop and shop, a very large grocery store on long island is called giant elsewhere. Almost didnt go in because the name seems untrustworthy but had to and was greatly surprised that not only is it a stop and shop but even more well stocked and better presented than those on long island. Great place to stop and shop lol.

Chambersburg giant is awesome compared to Shippensburg at least they stock there shelfs so you can finish your shopping without going to another store.😍

Great store for quick shopping visits. Aisles are clearly labeled and follow an intuitive layout. Store is clean and well lit. Shelves were well stocked and produce was actively being tended to. Employees were willing to answer questions and were generally enthusiastic about being there. Restrooms were clean and stocked with essentials.

Do NOT shop this store if you do not want to get Covid. Corporate office is refusing to take a stand on masks. Even though state law says you MUST wear a mask and they MUST enforce mask usage at store entrance.Saw a guy in the meat department working maskless.Dozens of maskless customers.If you love your family DO NOT SHOP HERE.And — if you are one of the a-holes NOT wearing a mask, do NOT go to the ER when you get sick. That’s for victims, not perpetrators.And when your parents die, do NOT go to the funeral.It’s weird for murderers to show up at their victims’ funerals.

The Giant at Norland Avenue is always kept clean, has a great variety of products, and they have a kid friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for quick stops and larger grocery runs.

Small giant but very doable

Its a nice clean store. The shelves are almost always well stocked. The employees always seem cheerful and greet you. They dont seem to be bothered if you have questions either. Overall I prefer this store to the other one in Chambersburg. It just seems to have a better atmosphere and selection of goods.

As much as I love shopping at Giant in Chambersburg...I will longer shop there after an incident that happened with an employee who was fired defending himself to a woman who berated him, called him extremely hateful names, and then turned around and complained to customer service accusing him of wrong doing...costing the employee his job. An employee who was only sitting on the curb...having a break...and who just happened to look up at the woman who began screaming at him for NO reason. His response to her wasnt professional...I will admit that...but the berating went on for a long time before he acted. But because he was in uniform...he was the one who paid the price. If a company cant stand behind their employees...especially ones who have never had disciplinary issues...then I no longer will give them my hard earned money. And I will share with family and friends who also regularly shop there.

Very clean store. They have a great selection of different items. The only complaint I had is that the hot deli was pretty much depleted at 7pm. Other than that no complaints at all.
