Todd in the service department went above and beyond my expectations as a customer. months ago at my last service appointment we had discussed replacing the tires on my truck. Todd told me about a rebate offer that happens in the coming months and that he would contact me when it was available. Well Todd did contact me and we set up and appointment for the new tires to be installed on my truck. Once the installation was completed he then went over the rebate form and showed me the on line process to get it approved for the rebate. I completed the form on line just as he directed me to do and I received notice that it had been approved. With the approval came the statement that the rebate would take 6 to 8 weeks to be received. Thank you Todd for doing a great job.

Your internet sales lady was great. She knows how to talk and treat potential customers and made me fill positive about continuing my possible purchase of a new vehicle. I was a little disappointed in our sales person for not being able to check bed length of the truck I put a deposit down on. He told me he would call back with that information in 5 minutes and I called him a half hour later and had to call a second time. I did not see the truck was advertised as the long bed Colorado but he said it was a short bed. He did correct his mistake until after my second call but my final trip to get the truck went well. I am a business man so when someone tells me I will call you back that is what I expect. If not I expect a apology. All in all things went well. I called other dealerships and some sales people did not seem to care about me purchasing a new vehicle that I had cash payment for so that was very disappointing from day one. The reason was to replace my existing 2 year old truck that was totaled by a tree falling on it. Times have changed and perhaps I am just getting old and set in my ways.

Ive driven/owned Chevys my entire life. Im only 36, so thats only 3 vehicles so far. Each purchased at a different dealership, with my second being an absolute nightmare.I purchased my dream vehicle in March 2020 from Jennings, right before COVID hit. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I had just paid off my Malibu in December 2019 and was excited about having no car payment for a while. I was in Chambersburg with my daughter looking at used cars for her. On a whim, I decided to drive by Jennings, just to see what was there. There was my dream vehicle, a 2020 Chevy Suburban, black on black with black leather interior almost fully loaded, marked down $10k. It was love at first sight.We asked for a test drive just because. I still had no intention of buying it. Once I drove it, it was a different story. I knew I had to have it. Long story short, I found her on a Thursday, and she was mine by that Saturday. Jennings made the process completely painless. They worked around my husbands schedule to make my dream come true in less than 48hrs. It was truly a dream experience.I use Jennings for all my service needs and theyve never disappointed me. They work around my schedule to provide quick comprehensive service. I cant say enough good about them. Theyve earned themselves a lifetime customer.

When I took Vehicle in for recalls I would have loved for them to have just changed oil then instead of me having to schedule a week later when I dropped off my car at around 8:00 and didn’t get a call to pick it up til after 4. I understand they are short staffed but now I have to drop off my vehicle again this Friday.

We were recently traveling to Chambersburg, PA from North Carolina. On our way our Sierra truck ran into some engine problems. Meagan Six in the service dept., went out of her way multiple times to make sure that we were taken care of. From fitting us in on short notice, to finding us an appropriate rental vehicle and most importantly making sure to get our truck back up and running. Meagans customer service stands out and is greatly appreciated during a frustrating vehicle problem.

Seems to be good. Got a free truck wash, that was a big plus. I had a 2:00 pm appointment and it took 90 minutes to get the oil change and tire rotation done. The only draw back was they do not put a sticker or something in the corner of the windshield to tell you what mileage your next oil change will be due.

Jennings has debt on their building and trying to rip off customers in order to keep building up and going. Overcharging. Make appt to get worked on and they charge by the hour for labor so they will try to find the pettiest things wrong to charge you extra to pay for their high end building! So wrong!

Brought in car which was leaking fluid on garage floor. Also had a hot smell when driven. Our mechanic took the time to pressurize the cooling system when he could not easily locate leak (which he found). He told us it should be under warranty so we came to you. You service group did a quick look and found nothing. Told us to come back in 500 miles. Because you wouldnt make any money under a warranty you couldnt be bothered. Poor customer service. Totally disgusted with your business.

I went in to purchase a specific vehicle with cash. Jennings was sexist. I was told that a woman couldnt drive a manual car or one with a v6. He was just trying to unload basic cars he had on his lot. To top it off, he wouldnt let me go for a test drive those either. Obviously, I went elsewhere. I cringe when I see him promise satisfaction on his commercials.

I didnt get confirmation of the part arriving and confirming my appt. until 1 hour before the 8am appt. Despite inquiring the previous day by email at 1:30 and voice mail at 4:45. I inquired about how long the appt. would last. I was told 1.5 hours but add a little bit of time due to things popping up. After over 2.5 hours, I had to inquire with rep about how much longer. As everything was completed (including a discrepency on how much I owed, it was a little more than 3 hours! I had to re-schedule a work appt because of the delay. The rep did a good job of working with me to find a suitable alternative for an initial part that dd not fit my truck but, in my opinion, did a really poor job of letting me know the day before about the part and appt. and I think the 3 hours was just not acceptable. I feel uncomfortable now trying to deal with the dealership and the service department based on my dealings.

I flew in from out of state to buy a used car that Id been trying to find for a while. The salesman Rod Mayhugh was very helpful in negotiating a price then arranged for a Jennings driver to pick me up at the airport, an hour away. Rod introduced me to the owners, Tom and Scott and I knew then I had found a quality dealership. The car was detailed real well, ready for test drive, test drove superbly and everything it was advertised to be so we proceeded with the transaction. Rod gave me a tour of the dealership and told the history of the business. What a pleasant experience. Jennings is one of those dealerships that combine quality vehicles, comfortable setting with friendly staff to cover all bases to get you into a car that youll really enjoy. Purchase could not have gone smoother. Jennings Chevrolet obviously gets it and I see no room for improvement. Thank you.Addendum to above review: I drove my newly purchased used car 800 miles towards home and it broke down with a clogged injector just 30 miles from desination. Jennings couldnt have known of this condition and car was sold as is. Tom the owner and Rod the salesman kept in contact with me as car was repaired and out of the blue I received partial compensation for the repair costs (I wasnt expecting anything). What a classy operation at Jennings Chevrolet. Tom treated me the way he would like to be treated. Good on their WHOLE team! Thanks again.

Sales People distract and irritate me for the most part. So for that reason after researching dealers new vehicle inventory online I would go to dealerships after hours or on days they were closed just to look without being bothered. I looked at a vehicle I was interested in and called the next day to scheduled a test drive. If I had known about Jennings Chev. Buick GMC sales staff ahead of time I would not have hesitated to look and test drive vehicles during their open hours. My experience there was amazing and unlike any previous ones elsewhere in the past. My husband felt the same. There was absolutely no pressure prior, during or after the test drive. My Sales Consultant was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle. I was very happy with the test drive and was invited to discuss options for a possible purchase. Every member of Jennings that day seemed sincerely friendly. The experience with my Sales Consultant and the Business Manager (finance dept) was fantastic and unpresidented to any other auto purchase. They both understood my wants and needs of this vehicle purchase. The no pressure, all around vehicle knowledge, professional, friendliness of staff and also as important the unbelievable price I received at Jennings I would never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs!

My experience with Jennings was very satisfying. Before deciding to do business with the dealership, I did research on which car would be the right choice for me, Honda Fit, Chevy Sonic, or Ford Focus. Ultimately, the 2014 Sonic LT sedan was the best fit for my lifestyle, an affordable, roomy, and very safe family friendly car with lots of cargo space and useful tech features like hands free calling. The sales representative, Brian, was very friendly and well educated in the features and specs of the Sonic and taught me a few things about the Sonic that I previously didnt know, like Chevrolets new ways to engineer the body and make up of the Sonic for a very smooth and quite drive. Brian was also very patient and understanding. My wife and I had very hectic schedules and he was very accommodating. When we initially were shopping around we went to Jennings last and it was later in the day, he stayed and worked with us after hours to make sure we could get the experience needed to make the right choice for us. The next day, we saw Brian again and he was never pushy about the sale. He was still understanding about our errands and again was very accommodating. When my wife and I were certain about the car, Jennings was able to give us a deal with discounts like Credit Union member discount, this is an example of how Jennings tailors the buying experience to the consumer, making the purchase affordable, and they found the best financing rate for us. The process of buying a car is arduous, all the paperwork and details, but the Jennings building, the people, and the amenities available to customers make that process a little easier. This was my first purchase with Jennings, my wife purchased a 2009 Aveo from them when the car was new. They provide excellent service on her vehicle and maintain its longevity. We will definitely keep Jennings as our main source for our current and future needs.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Terry. After having been to a couple other competing dealerships, our frustration level was maxed out and we didnt have the patients for games. Terry was very friendly and patient with us. He didnt try to sell us anything, he let us sell the vehicle to ourselves. We made an offer on a vehicle which they counter. Their counter was extremely fair and generous. We accepted but we asked to take 24 hours to think about it. The next day we went in and bought the vehicle. Thanks Terry! My parents bought a car from them 3 years ago. The water pump and transmission went out at 77,000 but both were covered under warranty. They fixed that but when we brought the car home, there now is something wrong with the struts and the back up sensor doesn’t work anymore. They said it will now cost $1,000 to fix the struts and they can’t find anything wrong with the back up sensor and for them to fix it, they will have to charge us. However, it was working before it was brought there. Their customer service is terrible. Don’t buy anything from them or take your car there for issues!

I am from North Carolina and was in Pennsylvania on business when my 2018 Sierra broke down I contacted Thomas Chevrolet in Bedford first and was told it would be at least 5 days till they would even look at my truck I decided to have my truck towed to Jennings which was further away withen 15 minutes of arrival they had me set up with a loaner vehicle so I could get to the job site I needed to be at that afternoon 90 miles away by that evening they contacted me that my truck was repaired and I could pick it up that night or the next day at whatever would be convenient for me the understanding of my situation and service provided by their service consultant Crystal Williams was outstanding.Thank youThad Dibble

I purchased a Buick Verano and the staff, Bruce Walls and Bob Goshorn, were very helpful. I was in touch with Bruce several week before purchasing the vehicle because I had a very unique situation in which both my vehicles had broken down (Subaru & Mini Cooper). Bruce was patient and offered advice on different options I had with my issue. He was able to answer every question I asked (which was rather numerous) both before and during my purchase.
