Just wanted to give a big shout out to Harold and John. They stayed a little after closing so I could drive home in a new Kona. Harold was so nice and with each question I had he answered them thoroughly. Harold and John made getting my 2nd car from Hamilton a pleasurable encounter. Technology is not my strong point, John was patient with me and helped to make things easier for me. The two make up a good team, everyone there is polite and very helpful. If you want very friendly and knowledgeable salesmen, I recommend Harold or John.

I love my Hyundai car but I was disappointed at the latest service that the personnel were mostly protecting their chins from the pandemic. As a COVID survivor who nearly died from the virus, I am paranoid about coming close to infection (since re-infecting has not been proven as impossible) especially after spending weeks in the hospital. I was dismayed to see most of the staff wearing their masks on their chins and not covering their mouths and noses, thus making me feel anxious and fearful. If they cant make their customers feel safe while there, I may not visit again during this pandemic.

I purchased a car here a few years ago when my credit wasnt great and they still made it happen. I live over an hour away so I looked at a different dealer close to my home, and they ran my credit way too many times. I decided to go back to Hamilton, and I will never go anywhere else again. Took my car there this morning. Car was making sound thought it was something wrong with brakes. They looked at it and said there was a rock between the caliper bracket and rotor. Very glad they fixed the problem. Also had car detailed very great job on the detail it was clean and smelled nice inside also a car wash.

Yes, I expected my vehicle to be done the same day, but things dont always go as planned. As a business owner and technical support consultant, I know that. Posted on Facebook: Talk about service! My Hyundai dealer (Hamilton Hyundai, Chambersburg) picks up your car if in a 15-mile radius (14.2 miles for me -- WHEW!) They did my car inspection and needed repairs, but found out that my registration had expired in February (didnt know) so they renewed it for me online with my verbal permission. Sanitized the inside of my car, washed it, and then dropped it off again in my driveway. I did NOTHING. (well, pay the bill) #SupportLocalBusinesses

I had a great experience with Hamilton Hyundai! I went in thinking of buying used because of my budget, which is very important to me. My salesman showed me a new one because of the thing I indicated that I wanted. I told him that I didnt think it would work because of my budget, but he worked really hard for me and I got to buy a new one! I will definitely be coming back to Hamilton Hyundai the next time I need a new car.

I would like to share the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I was contacted by Hamilton Hyundai, in an unsolicited way, to see if I had any interest in selling my Santa Fe. The individual said that they needed my type of automobile on their used car lot. I made an appointment and was subsequently contacted by a salesmen. I went in to the dealership and met with him and the sales manager to discuss the sale of my vehicle. The car was appraised and I was told that the vehicle was worth between 18,500 and 19,000 and the difference was based on a date in November when a new auction price listing would be published. The sales manager told me I would get 19,000 either way if I sold the car outright or traded it in before this new auction listing was published which he said was i November. This was on October 24th. I said I would consider. I called the next day on Friday and said I would sell the car for 19,000. The salesman called me backed and we maid an appointment for the following Monday, October 28th. My wife and I went to the appointment and met with the salesmen and completed all the paperwork to complete this transaction. The salesmen went to the sales manager to get final approval and was told that the offer was 18,500. This was unexpected by both my wife and I, and the salesmen who knew what the offer was. The sales manager dug in even though the salesman remembered the conversation the same way I had. My wife and I were displeased with this reduced amount but decided to accept for expediency reasons in getting the vehicle sold. I told the salesmen and sales manager that I would accpect the 18,500 offer but would not purchase a car from this dealership based on the bait and switch that just occurred. The sales manager ran off in a huff and exclaimed as he stormed off that he was not buying the car because of what I said and that he was doing me a favor. Remember, they contacted me to buy this vehicle! The salesman knew that this was not the agreement and apologized for the rude behavior of the sales manager but told us it was out of his hands. My wife and I were extremely upset by this experience. We were also considering the purchase of a vehicle from the salesmen before this event. The owners of this dealership should really review the conduct of their sales manager and the way he treated us in this transaction. We would caution doing business with this sales manager because he lies and is a hot head with no customer skills or integrity.

Typically have a great experience here, but the lady in the parts department was extremely rude today, I believe her name to be Tracy. I just had a simple question in which she didn’t seem eager to answer, and I was hung up on at the end of the call... or what she decided was the end of the call.

We had decided on a Hyundai sonata and our salesperson was extremely helpful in explaining the features and advantages. When it came time to discuss the price and our trade in they were again was extremely helpful in explaining all of the terms and conditions. This is our second car from Hamilton Hyundai and I dont think we could ever be treated any better.
