We got a King size mattress earlier in December and a wonder employee named Mike helped us find the perfect mattress. Mike was very knowledgeable and didn’t push us to a single mattress he had us try numerous mattresses and it was my husband and I who picked the mattress. We bought the mattress on a Saturday and it was delivered on Wednesday. The delivery crew was on time and very thorough to take our old mattress and put the new mattress on our base. This was our best experience ever when getting new bed mattress.

I had my husband with me so it fitted the mattress to us both.Shane then had us lay on a few different mattresses. On the third mattress I felt no pain in my neck which I had been feeling on all the others I knew we were on the right track.We ended up with a great deal and they have 0% financing.👍

Salesman was very nice and helpful. We couldnt see the prices, they were only in a notebook visible to salesman. We were actually offered a good price on one we think, but they would NOT give it to us in writing and we had to buy by end is day. Next day supervisor would be back and he/she is not as nice. sale lost if you cant comparison shop or think about a major purchase for 24 hours.

Walked in to location to find no sales presence on floor. My wife and I asked another customer where the employees were and he said he had been waiting twenty minutes for someone. We waited an adsitioadd twenty minutes until the other customer had to walk out their back door and yell twice for someone to come and help. Shane was in his car according to the other customer. He came in, dropped his vapor at his desk and took care of the other customer. When he turned his attention to us, he got our names and then started calling us nicknames that were ridiculously uncalled for. Just because my name is Dan, doesnt mean I want to be referred to as Dan the taco eating man...seriously!? The longer we stayed the more the price dropped. Which is a giant red sales flag that its overpriced. We were told not to waste his time or leave with out buying mattress. I wanted to buy a mattress today....honestly I am, not with mattress warehouse. At the end of the conversation, two hours later...yeah two hour, he told us the offer was only good today. He then squeezed my wifes hand and would not let go, before we left, making her feel extremely uncomfortable. I would not have been so nice if I would have realized that was how she felt at that moment. Overall bad experience.
