They have the best Thai tea and Jasmine tea ice cream ever ! I always get one scoop of tighty and one scoop of Jasmine. But theyre salted cookies and cream is amazing and I believe they have one thats like a brownie batter and its called dark matter that one is pretty good too. This is all the way around a good place to get some unique flavors. And I believe theyre open until 2 a.m.

Milk & Cereal is our Favorite Ice Cream here! Toppings you can do captain crunch or after flakes, both pair very good with the milk&cereal. We love the ice cream here and appreciate the different themes they do and custom flavors. Staff is friendly and the wait can be long depending on how busy but definitely worth the wait.

Love Afters! Two things really set them apart. First and most importantly is their unique flavors. Almost all of their flavors are very unique. My favorites which are usually what I get are Cookie Monster and Hot Cocoa. Ill usually get a scoop of each in a cup. But they have other interesting flavors like Cereal Milk and Jasmine Tea and Strawberry Cereal. They also have a lot of toppings you can add to your ice cream. The second thing that makes them unique is that you can get your ice cream sandwiched inside what is essentially a donut (without the hole) and it can be glazed or not. This is what my spouse likes to get here. They do get busy during peak evening snack hours which can sometimes lead to a long wait, so be prepared. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

It was actually pretty good. I love donuts and I love ice cream but I didnt think the two would mix good together. And yet, they did! I was a tad basic on the ice cream I got since I was iffy on getting it.I got french vinalla with no extras (told yall, basic) next time though, I will be getting something more unique! Can you believe the donut is actually warm when you get it?! Made it even more yummy.

Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been super friendly, the place is clean, and the ice cream is delicious. There’s always plenty of parking too, and they’re open late.I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jenny (that was the name on the receipt, and I hope that’s the employee I’m referring to!) She was super nice and friendly when I visited on Friday bight, after a not-so-pleasant visit elsewhere. She helped my boyfriend and I choose our flavors cause we couldn’t decide and offered helpful solutions (“solution “ lol) She really made our night.I had a scoop of the new santa’s milk and sugar cookies flavor and a scoop of the churro; both were so good! he had a scoop of the strawberry cookie crunch and a scoop of salty oreo; both were amazing as well, but that salty oreo was definitely unique.I honestly keep forgetting about this location, but I’ll definitely be back to satisfy my ice cream cravings (which will be v soon tbh) thanks again Jenny, and the rest of the staff for the amazing service!

GREAT ice cream with or without toppings! They have awesome flavors, new and old. Im definitely coming back again. The whole family loved it. Did have to stand in line a bit for they only allow 10 people or 2 groups max, but does go pretty quickly.

Good ice cream and nicely crafted flavors. Rick and Mitty theme of course. Small so not too many people fit in at a time. There is a wait outside and sometimes maybe only one person working per group. Recommend the Vietnamese ice cream and the mango, the flavors are on point!

I tip the person that helped us, she greeted us in the beginning and tried to help us as fast as possible. But then I didnt unfortunately get the name of this lady, shes asian and got in the middle of us (while the person was still helping us) calling the people behind us when it was already a large group infront of us (theres a sign there to wait if theres a certain amount of people) she make this people cut infront of us and our ice cream was melting, it was a rude action and unsafe because she called them in while the place was crowded inside too..why do they have the sign outside then? We followed the rules, she didnt. We were very unsatisfied for those reasons, our ice cream shouldnt melt before paying and that tells you how bad the wait was when we didnt have to wait after the person make the people behind cut us off.

I did not like this ice cream at all. First all it’s a bit expensive. Also the little tiny spoon the give you for the consistency is not durable. The guy there was nice and delivered good customer service. However, I end up throwing it away a quarter way through and going to the Dairy Queen next door. I agree when someone said it was “tacky” a bit chewy and thick.

I am in looooooove with Afters. The flavors are always consistently amazing each and every time. I always want to try something different, but the classics always call my name. My favorite pairing is the Vietnamese Coffee and the Cookie Monster. Also, I love the little wooden spoons they give with the ice cream. It reminds me of childhood 🥲

OMG! such a great experience. Staff are very welcoming and great in giving the suggestions in flavors. Samples too! Since it is small creamery depending the time you go, there might be a line to wait outside. I waited 15min, no biggie to me cuz it was worth it. My kids love this place now. Average 1 scoop costs is about $5. This location did have the Rick and Morty theme. Outside tables to enjoy your flavor of choice. Overall great service!! Im definitely coming back with my family.

Went with another person and we were both ignored. There were 3 workers and not one realized they didnt Serve us. We waited patiently because the other 2 seemed busy but even after they didnt help. It wasnt till my friend was upset and said excuse me we havent been helped which we were helped.. No apologies were given and everyone except the make worker looked like they really didnt want to be there. Ice cream was good though 8/10.

The have Dark Matter Brownie (which is colored black) and Green Isotop Carmel.I had almond cookie and vietnamese coffee flavored ice cream. Both are really good. A bit expensive but *shrug* what are ya gonna do?

I went this Afters And it was like the worst after I have ever been to . This was the first time I had milky bun and it was cold the bun itself . The bun usually comes very warm the donut should be warm . It was as if the donut wasn’t fresh.

I realllly like their mochi and coffee flavored ice cream. I tend to go there quite often and stays open late for those late night cravings :)

The Milky Bun with Cookie Monster ice cream is a must have everytime you come here. This location is pretty small so theres often a line out the door, but the wait is worth it. Also, its one of the only ice cream places open past 10 pm.

Only had 3 No dairy options. All taste great. Not icy at all. Every bite is so smooth. Acai blend and mango were the best no dairy choice. Didnt get to try the vegan option. Eco friendly wooden spoons and perfect scoop sized paper cups if u care about that sort of thing. Great service and very helpful explaining flavors.

Visited while on vacation and it was really good ice cream! Glad that they had a vegan option which was actually ice cream and not just sorbet. Will definitely visit next time I take a trip to California!

I like ice cream so I had to try this place out. I was not disappointed! I Im kind of a unfair Customer because I had to taste several flavors to know what I wanted. The person helping me never gave me a look of dissatisfaction or any negative feeling that I was abusing this privilege. At the end of all my taste test I finally decided to buy a big amount because I couldnt turn away the flavors that I had they stood. Nevertheless, after $25 worth of ice cream I was still satisfied and One Day More. Again for those who follow my reviews,, the service is what made this a five star instead of four. The product is good and the taste is delicious. I believe I have had better but I have no reason not to come back here because it is that satisfying! Thank you after hours for giving me a good product with great standards on customer satisfaction!

Jasmine milk tea ice cream is great not too sweet. In a milk bun its perfect. The donut is so sweet. So strange to have a hot donut and ice cream. It was 15 bucks for two milk buns. So worth it. Sometimes they have really long lines, and mess up the toppings in the milk bun. But its still amazing.

I cant tolerate lactose so I couldnt try the ice cream but my daughter tried the donut with ice cream and she loved it

I cant believe I never tried Afters Ice Cream until recently.The Cerritos location is quite small but there are a few tables out front to enjoy your dessert.When we arrived the line was out the door and grew longer by the minute. It was a short wait to get inside. The menu consists of a variety of flavors that are classic while others were unique. You can request a sample before deciding. They have some delicious ones: Thai ice tea, Jamine tea, almond cookie dough and so on.We decided on a milky bun which is the warm donut filled with ice cream. I thought it was so good and it satisfied my sweet tooth. I ordered the cookie butter with Captain crunch. Perfect combo without being too sweet. I will definitely come back again.

$4 for a single scoop and 1 topping (a bunch of cereals, gummy bears, chocolate chips). I liked what I got which was the Banana Walnut Fudge. Some other wacky flavors like Vietnamese coffee, a blue colored cookie flavor (Cookie Monster), deep purple Jasmine tea. For some reason my and my friend noticed the ice cream melted pretty fast compared to other ice creams. Overall a bunch of fun flavors but nothing remarkable unless you want the milky bun.

The best ice cream spot parlour around. I love the almond cookie ice cream on a non-glazed milky bun topped with gummie bears. The ice cream flavors are so exotic and unique. Definitely a return or 50 in the future. P.S. the staff is very friendly and helpful...even on a busy Saturday night.

11/12/17 around 6:30 PM, there’s this asian chubby employee whose around her 20’s, she was being very impatient to us while we were thinking about what we’re gonna order. It was our first time in this place and the ice cream were great it’s just the employee who ruined it. Other employees were approachable and nice while the girl looked annoyed and pissed when we were getting our orders. It’s such a disappointment for our first time and we were not very happy with her service.

Everytime I go to the Cerritos location, its just never a good time. Always something wrong. The last two trips definitely ruined it for me. The Fullerton one seems to know what they are doing so I would say to stop by there or the Long Beach one

I took my kids here and I was happy to see they had Vegan ice cream.

Definitely overrated.. and the customer service is horrible.. no control of the line or the groups that just swarm in and hover around..

Not impressed. I would not have posted, but since the employee was rude, I figured...yes, just all around not impressed. The employee was curt, impatient, and treated me like I was an inconvenience.Employees however can be replaced...the real reason I Prob wont return is how oblivious he was to how unsanitary he was during the process. As he reached into the ice cream bin for scoops, his entire head was in the freezer with his flakey gel hair pressed against the glass bobbing up-and-down as he was scooping...so gross. I couldnt believe it. Then, instead of completing our order first, he took us to the cash register to ring us up. Not sure the logic in that. He still had his food handling gloves on while handling money and change. Then returned to serving the rest of our order. I embarrassingly asked him to change his gloves...as a customer, I should never have to ask.2 stars because the ice cream was tasty. Perhaps customer service and appropriate food handling training would warrant an updated review. But seriously, his little flakes falling into the ice cream...nope!
