A nice shopping experience with a bit of everything from food to clothes to electronics and household supplies. I love the cereal and pop tart selection with limited edition flavours.

My favorite Target. Very clean store. I like the lightning as it’s nice and bright.Employees are super helpful and friendly. Cashier was great.In and out pretty quickly.

Theyre always so darn nice but you have to do something with the air conditioning. It gets hot here in Southern California and some days I had to leave because its too hot in the store... It sucks that the employees cant leave like I did. Theyre good employees, they deserve good working conditions.

Ive always found the staff at this store to be particularly helpful and pleasant. The only reason I dont give it a 10 is because sometimes things I need are out of stock. (Im not referring to anything regarding the recent pandemic shopping, Im referring to more mundane, ordinary things) It happens often enough that I would hope the store would start to stock things more frequently or abundantly. I get that stuff runs out, and occasionally going to another store isnt a big deal, but if it happens too often it becomes an inconvenience.

Disappointed in the branch. Since the redesign they don’t have a wide range of products like they use to.. cleaning supplies, pet food, etc. they basically are taking up more space and have less inventory. You use to be able to buys some shirts, maybe a cute tee or tank top, but the clothes they stock are either for teenagers or old ladies. Then this weekend around 10am a lot of there selves were empty. Isn’t the store supposed to be stocked at night?

Staff is very nice and I now shop on the app so I dont have to get out the car .

The returns center/ customer service manager (short young Mexican girl) was exceptionally rude to me when I asked her a simple question.. went out of her way to answer in a disrespectful way, rolling her eyes and with a very bad attitude… went out of her way to not be helpful. Told me to come back another day and ask someone else for help. not an enjoyable shopping experience at this location.

I was looking for school supplies for back to school. I went in one door and was excited the supplies was right there in front but most of the supplies were gone and I was getting mad because I wanted this to be a one stop shopping experience. I was tempted to leave everything in the basket and walk out. Than one of the associates pointed out they had another section way in the back of the store. I was a little less impress with the selection from notebooks and binders, ear phones and the prices on the items. This is where Walmart sort of outshines you on BTS.

Always love getting greeted by a lovely girl employee named Asharie. She helped me find a product by telling me where it exactly was. She never fails to make me feel welcomed. Always a pleasure going to this target. Been in the area for five years.

I was able to purchase dog food and treats and feminine products I came for. They were in stock and at good prices. I even shopped and purchased other items I had not even thought of buying as I went around the store. I felt safe with the COVID precautions of the store. I was also very happy to see multiple cashier stands open, as I ended purchasing more than 20 products, I prefer going through a cashier. I hate when stores have multiple check stands with only one cashier on the register forcing patrons to go thru self checkout. Self-checkout is fine, if you have fewer than 10 items and no coupons or not entitled a gift card with purchases and I do use them on occasion with less than 10 items. At this target, I was happy with the multiple cashers open to serve customers.

The drive up pickup at this location is the most poorly organized process I have ever experienced. The wait time I experienced was 15-20 minutes. This location needs more Drive Up spots to accommodate the holiday traffic and pandemic traffic. The staff needs to be better with customer service.

If I can give this store negative stars I would...Apparently the manager Chrisgen think he owns the store I walked into the store to buy Pokémon cards he stated they had them in stock but he would not be selling me any. Even after I explained I work and I cannot come in the am, I then called corporate because he did not let me finish speaking he walked away extremely rudely. After speaking to corporate they called the store and said I may go in and purchase, I drive back to the store and this very unprofessional managers says he will not be selling me anything no matter what corporate says that this was “his store” and I can go ahead and do whatever I want. I cannot even believe a man this immature can be a manager. Come on Target!!!! What a dissatisfaction in your staff....

This is a large Target! It’s actually huge. They have everything as Target usually does. They have a whole area dedicated to farm house style. Which the wife is into right now.

Clean and well stocked

Brand New Carts and so many of them wobbling hard. The Lock wheels are damaged and deforming very quickly.Personally I think the spraying of disinfectant does more harm than good as it doesn’t guarantee all the spots are covered and gives a false sense of security while also contaminating ourselves with harmful chemicals. I’d rather be required to wear our own gloves. Otherwise it’s a great location.Update 1/27/21The sticky layers of toxic disinfectants are building up and it’s disgusting when I get it on my hands.

Recently ordered an item for curbside. When I got it it had been taped up. Didn’t think much of it. Got home and opened it and found it had been used and obviously returned. Stickers already put on it, missing instructions, scuffed up and had an air leak. Very disappointed in target for re-selling something that was returned in that condition and now I’ll be returning it also.

The store is clean and well stocked with most things, and I like the wide aisles so you can keep your distance from others. I found the store employees were very pleasant and willing to help you, and it was very easy to find someone when you needed help. I looked around in the baby/toddler clothes sections, and they have so much cute stuff at good prices. I love shopping here.

This is very large Target. You will find everything you need. Friendly check out employees. I wish they would have more employees at self check out. One guy who was working there was overwhelmed and stressed, therefore irritated when was asked for help.

Terrible Customer Service Im local customer. every time I come in nothing on stock why this store still running a business if you can even find anything you looking for all the excuses when it show that they have it on stock. this employee feel like they keeping the item by themselves. I hope the corporate see this issues I dont recommend shopping is waste of time and gas is a disappointment

I drove up here from South Orange County because I was in need of some things that all my local Targets were sold out of. I placed my order through the app and chose drive-up, and it said it would be ready within four hours. Within the hour, I got a text saying it was ready! I headed up and pulled into the drive-up spot, and someone was already there waiting for me. They scanned my phone and gave me my items, it was so fast! The employee was super kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Target for their wide selection of items and excellent customer service, especially in drive-up!

I was assisted by, I believe her name is, Jelaya in electronics in Cerritos, CA. I went in to purchase an apple watch 5 and was given THE BEST service. She was able to multi task and recognize other customers while assisting me. The phone rang and it seemed to be a busy time and she handled everything and everyone with a smile and no problem. She was so friendly and courteous to everyone, I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills. I dont come cross customer service like her very often so it was easily recognizable. Definite leadership qualities

How are you not going match the price on target.com

It is super convenient and easy. Also, picking up in store helps me only buy the things I intended to buy. Just know that Order Pick Up is right next to Customer Service- which apparently they give priority to. So, if you stand there waiting for one of them to even make eye contact with you, dont be insulted. Thats just how they do things at this store.

Was racially profiled by security named Jonathan. I shop at target frequently and came in to check out the remodel of this location. I had a basket full of items and I noticed the “security” watching my every move. I purchase all my items with my own money. And I’m leaving the store and I see Jonathan standing there and he let three people walk past him with a basket full of items and he didn’t stop them. I was stopped and accused of stealing. He aggressively says let me see your receipt oh I don’t see this item on your receipt where is it. I was in tears because I never have experienced such discrimination like that. He really thought I was stealing from a place I shop at very frequently. I’m an attorney and you think I would risk me losing my license over stealing something from target. I will never ever shop at this target again.

The people that work there need customer service skills. Don’t want to help customers or even acknowledge them. I work in retail you should always acknowledge a customer. Always a problem with the coupon system.

So easy to shop at this location and staff is always friendly. Parking is also nicely laid out and easy to find a space. They do not have as wide of a selection as other stores, so check ahead of time if there is something specific that you need.

Not sure whats going on here. Used to be one of my favorite targets to go to but ever since the upgrades last year, it looks and feels cheapened and empty. Lots of wasted floor space by the entrances. Today I walked in and it honestly felt like I walked into a walmart or k-mart

Id remembered going to this Target for years ever since when I was in elementary school. This Target changed a lot and the remolded looks nice but missed the good old days when those Nintendo DS used to be really popular and buying the games there. Childhood memories...

Patty at checkout helped me out tremendously. My phone suddenly died and she was kind enough to check cartwheel for me. I LOVE SHOPPING AT TARGET!!! And I ALMOST ALWAYS check CARTWHEEL!!! Patty mustve remembered me, because Im usually there if I need something at Target after 11fpm. Love how this location stays open until midnight. Anyway, Patty was great. She didnt have to, especially since its not part of her duties. But she was sooooo kind to help me out and get my discounts. THANK YOU, PATTY!!!!!

Last Tuesday it was my first time shopping at this target and the worker named Teddie was very helpful and friendly and was very quick at getting the stuff I needed. I will definitely be coming back to this target.

The employee was extremely down to earth and totally relatable. Hes helped me in the past few times and every time its an awesome, quick, great Target experience.

I love Target! Im always expecting good customer service, clean and organized store, and always get it. No problems finding most things; the customer service sees to that. Big plus is that theres plenty of parking and I come here once a week to pick up a few things. Prices are fair, The lines however, do get to be a bit long at certain times of the day.

When I went tried to check out at 10:30 they had already closed the self checkout. There were long lines for the only two open registers. Then an employee told anyone with fewer than 10 items to go to guest services to check out faster (this saved them from getting a two star review)

Katia was super helpful and stopped what she was doing in order to help me find something. She is a great employee!

This is a great Target location. The parking lot is busy but there is usually room to park fairly close. The checkout is generally quick enough and they are accommodating with their return policy. I like this location more than some others in the area since I can always find what Im looking for quickly enough. The Starbucks inside is a nice bonus.

Employees are friendly and helpful.I do have the Target app in my phone which helps me plan my trips and check if the item I needed is available, make a list and having the aisle location helps me do my errand faster.

Be sure to check your receipt for accuracy. There has been a few times that I have had to stand in the customer service line to get refund for over charged items.

Customer service is excellent at the Cerritos location I live only 5 minutes from the Lakewood Target but would rather drive a little farther to get a much my pleasant guest experience.

Employee service here was great and fast. I needed help getting a locked item and the employee was ready to find and quick to help. He even helped out while having a positive attitude and being friendly! Store isnt the largest but it is still very big with a wide selection of products. Layout of the departments was a little confusing compared to other targets because of its size.

It’s nice & has their clothes / department very well organized.The cashiers here are somewhat useful but tonight ivana was probably the rudest & had the most attitude I’ve ever seen.No smiles, no thank you or any type of manners.She was helping an elderly old man and he asked her questions or tried to ask whether his items or total was correct. And she was nearly rolling her eyes I am not kidding.Very upset target.

Nice people, clean, easy.One thing though they should have more frequent and explicit cart drop off areas. Because of a lack of signs and general cart drop off areas, people tend to leave their carts on the curbs in parking spots.

Target has pretty much anything I need. If I need to go there for some soap or toys, I would easily find them in their organized isles.

This Target almost always has products when the other surrounding Targets do not. Theyve been very helpful and quick when Ive had online orders to pick up. Ive also had complicated questions, returns, mischarges, and other customer support items and they have been quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even when a line was growing behind me.

Because always have everyting I need

My daughter just went to register for a baby shower and the person helping her was very unprofessional and not much help. She kept referring my daughter and others to the website. If thats the case then why have a person there at all. The 1 scanner that they had was at 4 percent and she didnt seem to care that it was going to run out of charge. This was at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Very bad customer service. 🙁

Cant figure out went they have a picture of the fit bit one on a spot on the shelf. Why they have it on the demo video in the store, but when I ask for it...... its not in the system. What? Is it discontinued? Then say it is. Im rating a 4 because at least the guy made the effort to follow me to the display.

Its a small store with a little variety to choose from. Most things are out of stock. Rude staff and bad customer service. Other than that they have a clean and organized store.

LOVE, LOVE Target - I get everything I need for my home including groceries. It’s a stop shop!

Parking is always a bit difficult in this area since there are several other small shops nearby but it never takes too long. Its about what you would expect for a Target, nothing special but nothing horrible. They are a bit of a stickler on price matching too, definitely not as easy a process as Best Buy.

Nice and clean. Prices are reasonable. Parking was not bad for a Sunday. Lots of eateries in the area.

The customer service is great just now that they renovated I was expecting stocked shelves specifically kids clothing areas but lately the visits Ive done I see the same items over and over.
