I would recommend that you never do an online offer or anything else. I did so last week and was trying to buy a truck that day. Still havent recieve an email, call, or text. Finally I decided to go online to find out the truck was no longer available. Noone had time to send me a quick email that the truck wasnt available any longer.

Best auto repair shop in the area, hands-down.Been taking mine and my extended family‘s vehicles here for over the last maybe 20 years now.

I never go back to this place anymore. I was thinking this place has provisional mechanics.One time I send my daughter car Nisan Murano has issue AC not cool. Mechanics said compressor defective should be change with the new one. We deal with the cost $1160.Next day mechanics call me he said we have another issue. Tension we have to change with additional cost $300 total everything $1500.One day after he call me car ready for pick up.Since I leaved from the shop I drove the car all day AC doesn’t cool only blower with hot air.Next day I go back there to complain they’re has to do the wright.Second time he fixed it he said nothing wrong and he did recharge second time.Last day my daughter took this car from the shop she test to drive all day and she said AC still the same like before.This is not joke I have come back get my money back.... or go to court.

Dishonest Mechanic, an absolute jerk and definitely a place to avoid. Not sure who gave this mofo a 5 star review. Definitely a 0 start if possible. Avoid like the plague or COVID in these times.

Avoid this place like the plague! If Valvoline was smart theyd make it very clear they are not associated with Lee Auto Center. Im not even going to start with the utterly abysmal customer service. I couldnt believe it, its almost like they think theyre doing you a favor by taking your money (Not my money). This is by far the worst automotive experience Ive had ever. Ill take my money 5 minutes west to another station.

Im really against going out of my way to harm someones business, but I feel obligated as a member of society to warn others about this shop.I took my car in for an emissions test. They gave me a fail result for a faulty transmission code, which would be fine if my transmission were faulty. I took my car into another shop to diagnose the transmission - transmission is perfectly fine, and it was just the check engine light they fixed for me, free of charge.At this point, Im not going to take the time and energy to write a negative review because I just want to get my emissions test taken care of. So I take it back for the 14-day re-inspection, and Im told I need to drive it for 7 days after repairs. I asked where in the paper it said that and he proceeds to say thats what the school told him to say to customers.I sat there confused as he walked away and as I was making phone calls to other shops, he came back and said he would reluctantly try re-inspection.Moments later Im told Im very lucky and that it passed.Negligent, ignorant, or incompetent - take your pick. But save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else.

Small mom and pop shop, I went there to get my jeep inspected for safety and emissions, the guy took my car and drove it in. As soon as he got it on the bay he said that I needed new wipers and the exhaust pipe had a problem.He told me to get that fix and bring it back.I got that fix, brought it back and pass.He was hones and didnt want to just take my money.Good ole boys (old timers) that work there wish is better than the younger generation pips!

Do not go here. Went for car inspection of my wife. Same experience as the auto shop next door. Charged $250 dollars to pass inspection. This was second time inspection. This time spent more for passing. Never going back.

My car threw a belt on a Sunday morning. I called around and the first place I found open was Lee Auto Center. I explained the problem and they quickly verified what I said and gave me a (accurate) estimate. 2 hours later I got my car back good as new, and was able to make it to work. All of this on a SUNDAY! Their prices are fair too, the same as I paid last time for my belts to be done, only that was 2 years ago in rural Va. Way to go Lee Auto Center!

I have been taking my cars to Lee Auto Center for over 7 years now, both for Emissions and Safety inspections, and for maintenance/issues. I have seen management change but I still take my cars there because the mechanics are honest, and the service is fast.Sure the location and facilities are A+, but Im not going to a mechanic for a plush lobby, Im going there to get my car fixed for the best price available. Ive found that Lee Auto has an extremely fair price for their services, and they have been open and honest with their recommendations. Sometimes, that even means not doing services that other garages might push on you.For the inspections, you have to wait in line in the car, but that is because their parking lot is small with a limited number of spaces available. Ive never had a problem with any of their inspection personnel.In the end, it is the garage I trust the most.

This shop is absolutely scam!! Be aware!! Took forever for safety inspection and quoted almost a thousand dollars to fix something what other shop charged me only 300 dollars. They are trying to rip you off by doing state or emission inspection. The mechanics are so rude !!!

Took my car in for emissions and they failed my gas cap. Charged me 15.00 dollars for a cheap one. I immediately took the gas cap to Goodyear and they tested it and said it was fine. This place is a scam and will nickle and dime you, dont take your car there for anything.

Avoid this location for inspection. Failed for headlights regardless of built in headlight level being correct. Shop refused to inspect another vehicle.

I was across the parking lot at Valvoline getting my oil changed and inquired about work they could not do. So the person helping me walked over (To Lee Auto) and asked for me if they would look into it. Lee auto was slow, only working on one car so he said sure send him over. I finish at Valvoline park me car and head over to Lee Auto. Say hello to the same guy who said to come over. He is sitting behind the desk seamingly doing nothing. Says hello and precedes to ignore me. OK, maybe is he is doing something so, after a minute I sit down. After five more minutes of nothing, not even a Ill be with you in a minute, I left.seriously why tell me to come over if you clearly dont want to do anything today. I am also not the only one they have completely ignored, read other reviews! Dont waste your time and just go someplace else.

Ive brought my 2014 Honda here every year to get inspected. On my most recent inspection there was no wait and I was in and out in just 10 minutes. The car passed inspection each time. Unlike other shops, they didnt try to sell me something I did not need (like the shop that tried to sell me new wiper blades when I had just replaced them that morning.)

Wenthere for an inspection, and waited in like for 10 mins. No one in line. Mechanics saw me pull in but didnt care and kept to their phones. Went inside to inquire and still nothing. No wonder theyre closed on weekends. Recommend Sunoco down the road for a quick and easy inspection.

These people are absolute scammers and will find a way to overcharge you for something thats not wrong with your car. For me it was break lights/license plate lights for other people it was some even more expensive things. I knew there was nothing wrong with my car, I just paid them $60 so I could get my sticker and leave. DO NOT GO HERE, THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!! Go somewhere that is more legitimate and wont screw you over for your money. I really want this place to not exist , they simply steal your money.

Brought my car in for safety & inspection. Inspection Guy asked for my registration and as I was getting it out of my glove compartment he said Dont you know how it looks like by now . . with a yelling voice. Asked him to calm down and have some patience he said I Dont Have Time for This! Funny enough there was no one behind me. Brought this situation up to the owner and the owner continued to cut me off from telling my story and said Its Monday! I understand its a Monday but when you yell at a customer then you are creating your negative environment. This is a place I will never go back again.

Not worth even zero star they steal the fuse to show that the light is not working and they report the cost which is almost a thousand dollars to fix it 😑😑😑 apparently nothing wrong with it except they stolen the fuse to show that it fail the inspection test. Off Course I made the right decision and change the station.

They close at 5pm. I just tried to call at 4:19 and 4:20 and all I was asking is how much emissions is and he goes “we are closed” and then hung up on me. I tried calling back and he purposely pushed ignore. Not very professional at all. I am disappointed in your customer service. I suggest you improve yourself and listen to what people are asking.

I went yesterday morning to get my inspection/emission done (just moved back to vs). The older man approaches me while Im waiting in the line and tells me my vehicle wont pass since my headlights are yellowish and dirty! I went to the station next door and I passed both emission and inspection with no single issue!Not recommend, very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Dont bring your car for safety inspection to this location. They will always find something wrong with your headlights. This was the second time for inspection with 2 different cars. Always something wrong with the lights and try to charge extra for something I fixed myself in 1 min. Last time I ever come here.

I always take my car yearly to another place but i moved this place was closer. Big mistake. Came for state inspection and they told me they needed to adjust my lights as it was slightly off center. I called bs and told them i would leave to go somewhere else. 16 wasted i thought. Then they said they removed my sticker already and the price wiuld be 15. Ack. Got it done but never coming back. Scam alert, stay away.

The mechanic was good guy but the one who sit at the reception was horrible rude, They was water on the floor and I told him and he rudely say he knows and when ask him about my car problem he click his mouth his mouth and he was having attitude the entire time I was thereI would not recommend anyone there if you have options.
