My experience today was awesome. I usually bring my SUV to this location for oil changes. Decided to bring in my minivan for brake repair. They gave me a great deal and Jiffy Lube offers military discount. I highly recommend this place for routine maintenance of your vehicle. Rarely theres a line at this location and they work fast.

The manager Mr. Darius Russell noticed that my dodge grand caravan sounded bad when I turned into the bay for an oil change. He recommended a power steering fluid change. So with the assistance of the other professional and friendly employees . The oil change was efficient and three bay garage is very clean and well organized. Mr. Russells recommendations has been a game changer. My car runs so much better now.

My wife hit an object in the road and brought her car here because her tire pressure light came on. Instead of identifying the punctured tire she had, they filled it with air and let her go while assuring her the tire is fine. She had to call triple a and get towed to a real shop not too long after.Never coming here again

The morning of 08/30/2020, I visited this Jiffy Lube located at 13821 Lee Hwy in Centreville, VA, as I have had great service here before. I seriously have not felt more comfortable with having these professional technicians service my vehicle. I had a lot of services done, with a newish car you want to be sure to catch all the milestone checks and not worry about issues down the road. Kamal N., and his team, William M, and Luis C were all respectful of my vehicle and my concerns. Kamal broke everything down for me and gave me the reasons why specific services are performed and how they can keep my vehicle running properly. Pricing is what it is and I appreciate the honesty and guidance in what services I need to have done for my vehicle, you cant put a price on piece of mind and safety. Anyone looking to avoid the dealership and get your vehicle serviced for oil, brakes, whatever, I 100% recommend this location and the team of professionals at Jiffy Lube. Ive already written a mini novel, but these guys go above and beyond!!!!! Thank you Kamal and Team!!!!

Staff either werent wearing or werent properly wearing (nose and/or mouth not covered) face masks. Even the guy who came up to my window to ask what service was wanted had no mask. While waiting my turn observed for several minutes to see if they would fix themselves, but no. Left without getting serviced.

Get you in and out fast, you can stay inside your vehicle why they service you. The only part I wasnt happy about, was the oil change rates are higher for synthetic oil $100 I pay less at the dealership thats the only issue but customer service was great.

I was in recently and the whole team did there thing. All your core values were met in outstanding fashion. What impressed me is I have a 2000 Buick regal super charged they told me things about my car I didnt know and I found that valuable information. An shield below my engine is dragging on the ground. I am a customer at this Jiffy Lube, so I stopped in to have my fluids checked in between oil changes and asked if the could fix the shield or pull it off and I would pay whatever charge. The employee was so kind and well take care of that - no charge. Thank you!!!

The service was amazing. It was fast, friendly, informative and in a jiffy. They informed me of a few items needing to be taken care of bit didnt pressure me like a sales person. But most of all they told me I had a headlight out and I told them that I have it i the car and they put it in for me. So #blessed to have found this Jiffy Lube.

The people working there are so professional, nice and thorough. I don’t feel like they take advantage of me as a woman- they give my options to me straight and then get the job done quickly and efficiently every time.

I come here for oil changes every few months and its always a quick and smooth process. Kamal took care of me today, he was extremely professional and courteous. Made me feel comfortable and secure that my car was in good hands.

I recently took my car in for an oil change. Knowing that my car required a synthetic oil change, I was prepared to fork over some change. They were the highest I got a quote for, but I felt obligated to purchase as my car was in the service bay. I got my receipt back stating that everything was checked and good to go, my floors werent vacuumed and my windows werent washed. If my oil change was done to the same standard, how do I know they just didnt change the service sticker and walk away with 95$ in pocket. It was a quick service, definitely not worth the price. I will take my business elsewhere.

I went to get oil change and nothing was checked as they originally offer. My receipt reads they checked all fluids, gave complementary window wash and vacuum car but was not done. You dont get quality service! They did not inform me of things that needed to be done. Now Im questioning did they really change my oil.

Very professional and quick service, they have kept my car going since it was new. It know has 186,000 miles on it and I’m about to trade it in. Thanks Kamal for the great service from you and your team.

Came in for an oil change, breaks and rotors my old 2002 Toyota Sienna. The team at this location was very friendly and for ceramic front breaks, rotors and full synthetic oil they gave me a great price. I had considered doing it myself to save money but had no regrets coming here instead. Highly recommend.

They recommended I change my tires, because they were showing signs of wear. I had new tires put on two days before coming here. They have less than twenty miles on them. I would not trust anything this shop recommends on maintenance.

I asked to speak to Mohammed who was originally helping me, and the assistant manager was rude and all he could keep say was well I’mThe assistant manger and I’m the one making calls. I didn’t ask about what he did ... or ask for his help just asked to speak to employee that was originallyHelping me. RUDE!

Was very quick. No high pressure sales. Even applied a $10 coupon which I didnt bring.

Incredible customer service. They came out and greeted me at my vehicle immediately. And instead of sending me away like two other places had just did (Auto Parts and Midas) the man got his manager who spent the last 6 minutes fixing my car. I was blown away by their friendliness and will definitely be back.

Went for an oil change, but left with multiple repairs/upgrades. Employees walked me through each issue and gave me options for one. They could have just changed my oil and moved on, but they took the time to make sure I left 100% satisfied.

Wonderful wonderful service. Incredibly nice and helpful, offered me coffee and water from the moment I walked in. All the employees were professional, happy and very helpful. I will be returning!

I was helped immediately and they did a radiator hose reattachment and fluid add for free! I was so appreciative that i got their oil change even though it costs a bit more than i usually go for. I like that they check out everything so i dont have to worry. They told me several recommendations as if nickel and dime me, but maybe that wasnt the aim because the guy helped me to get a discount in the end. Guys who (some) seem a bit rough around the edges but they were totally respectful and work-focused and thats whats most important to me.

They are extremely polite and realize that the the number one thing they are selling here is service. The employees are all very well trained, helpful and friendly.I use this location regularly. Ridiculously fast service and Everytime Ive been there the staff really is unbelievably courteous.

Jiffy Lube replaced my battery quickly on a Sunday, at a lower cost than the dealer.

Friendly service always and have been going there for years. Had tires rotated and the Jiffy Lube Team failed to secure the front left wheel!My wife noticed a shuddering in the vehicle at Highway speeds and smartly took the vehicle into the dealership where they rapidly diagnosed the problem as being a wheel not properly mounted.Jiffy Lube sent this vehicle out of their shop non-road worthy.I will not do business with them again, and caution anyone considering doing business with this company whose Quality Assurance has obviously slipped.

Just Did My Oil Change at this Jiffy Lube, it was fast tho, but when they told us our car is ready we paid and came out and see our car Exterior windows & Vacuum interior floors wasnt done. I told the person who took us out to our car was like oh like he didnt know they had to do this . was very disappointed. wonder if they really Change My Car Filter and Oil ..... i might not go back there .......

My first time at jiffy lube. I Came here for oil change! Just told them to change oil but they come out with number of recommendation to replace which doesn’t even needed . I would suggest them instead of trying to sell too many items at once, just be fair and do what is needed. You might ripped someone a lot in the beginning but it’s doesnt help for long term . Will never go back again .. doesn’t recommended to other . There are lots other better place . . Giving two start because oil change was quick and customer service was ok .

So far both times I have been here for an oil change they have forgotten to put oil back into my car nearly killing it. First time I thought ok it was an accident but now this has happened again and I have to waist my time and miss class getting it fixed again after it nearly died and would barely start. There is no oil leak in my vehicle what so ever to cover that point before anyone tries to say that is the issue. They just dont put oil back into my vehicle.

Good people very friendly and nice, I would always go here for oil change...Done of these people only complaint cause they have nothing better to do, let your husband or wife do the work for you, stop freaking complaining, thats why your life is s#+-_+ cause your are miserable, these people are great here...

I went in for break fluid only, and they tried to upsell me on everything under the sun. (I expect that a bit at jiffy lube though.) I was the first person to arrive and it still took 3 hours for them to complete the job. Much of the time my car was up on the lift with no one working on it. At the one hour mark the assistant manager told me itd be 30 more minutes and then disappeared. I did not see him again until the three hour mark. He halfheartedly apologized and offered a small discount, but when he walked away the guy at the counter was too busy flirting with a customer to let me pay. These people are not considerate. Unless you have unlimited time, patience, and money for their pushy sales people, DO NOT GO.Edit: 2 days later I took my car for inspection and it showed that there was algae in my brake fluid. $200 and 3 hours at Jiffy Lube and they didnt do anything to my car.

I came for a signature service oil change. I was made aware of certain things that could be done to help the car like wiper blades replacement, tire rotation etc. and informed the service provider that I would handle those myself. The staff here are very friendly and professional, and didnt pressure me into making any additional purchases. I will be going back. Cant beat the service.

Totally incompetent! My engine cover was rattling around under the hood. Skid plate barely reattached, didnt vacuum, didnt catch broken wiper blade. Now my engine idle strange, ed the thermostat read above normal operating temperature. I am so angry!I am done with this place...forever. $52?

I made the stupid mistake in over-pumping my tires with air. I needed to drive home from NoVA to Orlando, FL. I called & made an appt. When I arrived, my car was immediately serviced. Jose, took the call and serviced my car. GET THIS MAN A PROMOTION, RAISE, WHATEVER!! He was incredible!! Very personable, accommodating. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location!

I just came back from Jiffy Lube Signature service. Service is pretty good and the staff was very courteous and did a good job.There are two things that ticked me off.1.)When I get my Singature Oil Change at any other location, they clean windows and vaccum the floors as part of the service.At this location,this is not done.2.)None of the online coupons accepted in every other closest location to this one, do not work here.I generally go to the Gainesville location.They readily agree to $12coupon without even checking for one on good faith.This location only accepts $7 coupon.Except for these two,everything else was pretty good

They replaced one of my headlights blub for 30$ then after a day it went out again so I went back to which the technician just adjusted it and told me it was fine. Just now I checked it and it was off now it’s a different story that the wires we are not working and we need to pay an additional 60$. LPT:. Go to jiffy lube at 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday. There is no line. Fast fair service.23-Jul-2019. Kamal is a new employee there and he took extra time to discuss options available for my 4runner. I very much appreciate the advice that was given to me, with all of the options that are also available. I drove through a muddy puddle that was deeper than I thought, and splashed muddy water up into the engine bay. Kamal explained to me how to clean the mud off the engine in a safe manner, pointing out which areas to be very careful with the water and cleaner. He also gave me good advice about the headlamps that are yellowing. (Toyotaowners know.). It was not busy during this visit, so I dont feel he neglected anyone waiting in line by listening to my issues and concerns. I also got an oil change and the power steering fluid changed. The entire bill was reasonable.

Jiffy Lube’s customer service and friendliness has always been exceptional.

$100 for an oil change! Ive been to many jiffy lubes and paid anywhere from $25 to $60. My bad, for not checking ahead of time.As a side note, they did not check or top off any other fluids.

I have never had an issue with jiffylube, and the latino guys are so cute.

They overfilled transmission fluid while top-off all fluid. When I saw the ugly technician, he just sprinkle water inside my car engine room to wash it out!As a result, has a puddle of trans-fluid and water mix and massed my engine room. It occurs white smoke out of engine 30 minutes later I drove the car out of the jiffylube!! I went back next morning the earliest time, but they dont agree their fault (as I expected), and keep saying its my car transmission leaking not their overfill issue.They are not just ugly, but can break your car!

Will not honor coupons or Groupon. I asked for a high milage blend and the employee helping me did not know the difference between conventional oil and a high milage synthetic blend.Update: Chad contacted me to explain that the Groupon coupon was only valid in Pennsylvania. I really appreciate Chad taking the time to call me and explain. However, this seems like an issue between Jiffy Lube and Groupon. I dont feel like I should be left holding the ball because of their mistakes so Ive adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
