Ive worked with them for about a year now for both vehicles of ours. They have always come in with amazing pricing compared to other shops. They are always straight up with me too. At 90k or 100k miles most shops would just run the whole package because its recommended. They actually go through and analyze what really needs to be done. I know I can trust them... Highly recommend!

One of the best experiences I have had with auto repair. I took my truck in to them to have the A/C fixed. They did a great job for a fair price. However my truck then began to over heat. Upon going back for further investigation they were able to find, and fix the problems. Instead of making me wait for another appointment they worked me in between other jobs and got me back on the road in a nice cold truck that wasnt over heating anymore. Keith and Jake were both very patient and accommodating as well as very fair on price. I would definitely recommend this shop.

We were very pleased with the service and repairs. We came in way under budget and will be happy to return if need be.

They tore my mothers Tahoe all apart and said It needed a whole new motor... then proceeded to put all the parts they unnecessarily tore off in the front seat... We took it to young automotive in shady cove and they had it fixed in 2 days without replacing the motor... turned out to be an electrical problem.... Goodlet automotive is a total joke !!!!! Beware

Best experience I have had with a mechanic in the Rogue Valley so far. Radiator went out while driving at 7:30 in the morning, called and had it towed by Twedell Towing within 15 minutes and it was repaired for a great price within 5 hours of the last minute emergency drop off. I highly reccommend this company to everyone and I am stoked to have a great new mechanic from here on out.

Ive had Goodlett work on several vehicles over the years. They always have been up front, honest and reasonable priced.

My wife and i were leaving on vacation earlier this month and our pickup broke down in Sunny Valley about 40 miles north of Medford. We had our fifth-wheel with us and didnt want to want to leave it. called Goodlet Auto and they gave us the tow company number to get the truck towed back to the shop. It was already past closing time but they said they would come in early the next morning to fix our truck,When they found out we were staying with our RV overnight they offered to deliver our truck back to us!!We had our rig back and were on our way by about 10:00am Goodlet went out of their way to provide us with excellent service .Thanks again Brian & Laura
