Caveman Auto Parts was quick to serve me and find me the parts I need for cheap! Instead of spending upwards of 100+ dollars on an item, they got it to me for 60 dollars and got it delivered instantly! Now my car can be up and running while looking great.

I have been using Action for several years for both personal projects and at work, I own a repair shop. Dan is very helpful and always offers a good price on the parts I need. Action had just the car in their inventory that I needed parts from when building my race car. They have a very well organized inventory and they can quickly tell me if they have the part or not. I just called for a fuel tank and it will be delivered to my business later this afternoon! Once when working with the high school on a class project Action donated an engine that we were prepared to pay for already. Good people working there, I would recommend Action to anybody needing good used and some new auto parts.

They definitely treated me right. Gave me good deals on the parts I needed and I got a great set of one and three year old tires from them for only $80! I totally enjoyed my experience there and will use them again.

When i went in to the action u-pull it lot, it was a great experience. I spoke with a guy named Matthew Goolsby, and he was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable in where parts were located, either in the back of the store, or in the u-pull it yard. He knew what he was talking about and how to operate the system, to point me in the right direction to get the exact part that i needed to get. Overall it was a great atmosphere, and Matthew goolsby was more than helpful. Personally I would like to thank the Action U-Pull it crew for their professionalism towards me, and their outstanding customer service.

Buyer beware!I walked into the office looking for a part and the gentleman at the counter offered to sell me one for $100.00 - their website said I could pay $85.00 to have it delivered to my front door. Seems like some interesting new math is going on there?

I prefer then I am slowly putting back together a Kia Rio piece-by-piece and I prefer them. Fair pricing in my opinion and at times a couple of the employees have helped me put pieces back on the car when they dont have to do it so on and I appreciate that

This place is a joke. They dont let you pull parts, their customer service sucks and if you need a part they dont really care. I was looking for about $500 in parts and never received a call back regarding a single part I asked for. The place is uncomfortable and the people are useless. If you want customers provide them with the information they request. I would stay away, Bend Auto Recyclers got me the parts and information I needed same day. Contact them, they want to help their customers.

Called customer service sharp and unhelpful will start doing business in grans pass

Extremely bloated pricing. The asking price for a tail lamp was 65$. New tail lamp assembly on Rockauto or Amazon was 25$. He marked it down to 35$ for me but still was incredibly overpriced.

Dont get me wrong, theres a helluva selection of parts here, youll probably find what you want, but the customer service is sub par. Although, the money youll save on parts is probably worth the general apathy of the guys behind the counter.

I promptly received the rear view mirror i ordered, that was Nov 13th, mirror didnt fit so i returned it on Dec 4th. I have not yet heard back from anyone. When it is located i would like a refund. Please advise. Thanks, karen king.

BAD BUSINESSI bought a motor from them in Sept 2013. I paid for it over the fone an the mechanic picked it up. Nothin but trouble. It ran like it had a blown headgasket. Later found out that it did. They didnt want to honor Warranty cuz I was going to pay for the cost of repair out of my own pocket, but then found that the head was junk. The repairs had to b made, more than 100 mi from place of purchase. Car wudnt run! I turned it into Visa, and they wait til one week bfor the time frame on disputes, to rebuttal. They lied to Visa. They also told them that they didnt authorize us to return the motor in 2 pieces, when they DID. I get there and he was rude and said, you own it now! He told Visa that. We painted the motor purple, when n fact, all we did was replace the valve cover gasket with a purple one. TOTAL EXAGGERATION. LIE. Bad business!

I was told it could pick it up right away I was lied to an then I paid for it they said they would call me it takes 5 mins if that to pull a tail light out the men that were in the pick up area were unhelpful I could have went some where else for the same price an got it the same day i called at 9 am today 9/17 probably wont get it till tomorrow never again

People are useless dont even carry minor parts. Rude and only care about how much money is in your pocket.

Same problem as everyone else. Checked Online, price was $45, drove there and they added another $40 to the price. The guys excuse on difference of price was that they charge a minimum $55 to pull the part for you.Horrible place. Dont spend money here!

I was looking for a used rim for a truck; the cheapest I could find on line was $65 for a new rim delivered in five days. I called these guys and they wanted $125 for a USED rim and couldnt get it until next week. Whats wrong with this picture? Needless to say, I went elsewhere.

Junkyard capitalism at its best. They actually quoted me more on a part then it was for me to buy it brand new. Do research before you call them to make sure. Customer service can be rude depending on who answers the phone.
