I had done one for pick up and I called to let them know I wanted to cancel cause the place wasn’t in my area which I didn’t know about then they still haven’t given me my money back and it’s been 2 weeks and the guy there said since I didn’t get it the money should go back in my card I even have a video of him saying that as well it was a good 50 dollars.

Ordered wine and whiskey through Drizly. I guess the whiskey I ordered wasn’t in stock. But, instead of calling me(my phone number is attached to the order and I have the option selected for them to contact me if an item isn’t available) they just sent me a cheaper bottle of disgusting Evan Williams whiskey. As if I’m an alcoholic that will drink whatever I can get. They won’t answer their phone either in order to rectify the situation.

Ordered through drizly. They marked my order as delivered but I never even got it. Also, they wont answer phone calls so I cant even ask what happened.Update: I received the order but I still wasnt happy that the store did not answer the phone.

After calling 3 different locations in my area (Smithtown) and no luck on a particular liquor. I called Liquor and Wine and of course they had it in stock. Super friendly and Great pricing! Hasn’t been the first time they have a liquor that others don’t have. They will be my go to place. The drive is worth it.
