OVERPRICED and filled with hassels..... my crew complains the uniforms smell of gas and oil.

John Prutting has been my Cintas SSR for several years now at Educational Bus Inc New Highway. I have been working in the school bus Industry since 2006, and I have dealt with several other uniform companies in the past, I can honestly say Johns the best SSR I have ever had. His attention to detail is top notch. He is always on time, always makes sure my union shop mechanics are well taken care of and have their uniforms. Any issues are taken care of right away and has even had temp uniforms dropped off to me. John really goes the extra mile to provide my shop with the best customer service possible.

My rep John is the best. I do not even have to be here and I know everything will be taken care of. Rags, floor mats, uniforms, hand sanitizer, etc. Thanks for taking care of everything!

BEWARE OF SOME OF THE DISHONEST SALES REPRESENTATIVES THAT STEP INTO YOUR BUSINESS & TELL YOU WHATEVER IT IS YOU WANNA HEAR TO HAVE YOU SIGN! I’ll be the one to let you know that if you decide to have service from Cintas, just know it’s a 5 year agreement in other words... contract! The sales rep stopped by with the general manager at the business, which I knew right away the only reason a manger is needed in this situation is because the sales rep completely messed up and needed the manager to take care of it. I started off by asking the sales rep in-front of the manager, did you (sales rep) tell me (company) this was a contract and the sales rep answered back saying “No”. With that being said the general manager said we will cancel everything out. Which is greatly appreciated but please train your sales representatives in a way not to screw people over and be honest with all the questions that are asked about the service.

Horrendous!! Overcharging, poor service, unable to reach a contact a rep.We employed their services for custom rugs and weekly rug cleaning. Product contracted for was never supplied, but we were overcharged for more than a year.Tried daily, weekly and monthly to contact them - with no luck. Passed around from rep to rep - leaving voicemails - emails - with no response.They still never provided all the rugs contracted for and their promise to replace any damaged product - was never fulfilled.DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES. They are poorly managed with reps who are dishonest and poorly trained (at best). The products become damaged and discolored after a month and they did not replace.Horrible

25 years in the business and by far and above the most unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful disgrace of a company to deal with.
