My mechanic just returned from finding a part for our 2006 Ford F550; he called the Central Islip Store and he was lucky enough to be assisted by an extremely helpful and competent young man named Derek who directed him to the Bay Shore store as Central Islip did not have the part in stock. Derek located the part and had the Bayshore store put it out for us. Derek saved us hours and a lot of aggravation! Thanks from All Island Paving !

Good place to buy part for your car

These are good guys and have a knowledgeable staff as far as Ive experienced. My step dad liked going to them and knew the owner everyone was pretty cool. Youll save some change on oem quality replacement parts there if in stock . Theyre close to AutoZone in the same area auto zone may have more products but I think the advanced auto crew maybe more experienced

I went in today to get a steering wheel cover. Mark Anthony rung me up and told me the next time I come into the store, I could get $20 off a $50 purchase. He said I could purchase a few more items and save. So I did. Great customer service. Also he came out and replaced my old windshield wiper for me. Awesome service. Thanks Advanced Auto, I am a customer for life(already was, lol).

Had my battery changed. It was quick, simple and fair pricing.

Its way better than the last one I went to but the only thing that could make it better is to have more than two people helping customers I was in there for almost 45 minutes just to pick up my order. If you are going to have customers come in for a pickup you should have someone else to take care of that as well.

There is only 1 person working there, their service is very bad I wish I could give them a zero we just want to return something it is very bad. Do not buy from here yes they have a lot of stuff but their service is VERY bad here other stores have the same thing but better service. They are very nice but still the line is soo long I am sorry but I would go somewhere else.

I buy my parts on line, pick them up at the store, there usually ready for pickup in about 1/2 hr. Fast and simple. The crew is friendly and very helpful. Thanx

Fairly good. They get busy sometimes, so a long wait. However, the staff really does try to help you. That alone is hard to find these days.

Great store. Small but parts area behind counter is immense. Staff is Extremely helpful and will call other stores for you to get the part or hold the partfor you.

Quick and easy order pick up. However I wasnt aware the free battery installation needs to be done before 5pm. Would have been perfect if they informed me that when I called the store.

Very helpful staff. Plenty of typical wear parts for cars. Installed car batteries without any issue. Even jump started my car when I had trouble.

Had good experiences using the online ordering to this store, most of the staff was friendly but there was one guy who was a little over the top and kind of annoying. Nothing that would stop me from coming back though. Prices were fair and they have online coupons often.

The worse Customer service; I was on line waiting to be called next and after 15 minutes the store employee starts calling others customer to come up next before me. when I told him that I was here first, he replied that the other customers where waiting before me when he saw me there waiting for him for 15 minutes....what a joke. never again will I go into that store.

The associate ANTHONY has the rudest attitude, he seem bothered to help when i was going to purchase some items. Terrible costumer service from him. Deserves to be fired, very rude and disrespectful.
