At first service was lets say very lacking other than the shouted out welcome. Was getting ready to leave when I finally got help from Chad (If I remember correctly)Chad took time to ask questions about what and why I was purchasing. Then after my purchase, got home and discovered that the attachment was not working properly. Went back and asked for Chad. He promptly discovered what was wrong and fixed the issue quickly and with a smile.

The inside staff are very friendly, as Im sure the workers in the yard are, (I dont interact with the warehouse workers as often as the retail workers.)The selection is good, but the building doesnt have the floor space of a megastore, which has its benefits. The space is well organized and clean, so there is maximization of space for product, and its not flooded with noise.

Great local hardware store! So much nicer than going into a big box store.

Great place, plenty of items to choose from and a huge lumber yard with all my construction needs. Great help also.
