My husband had to purchase a new phone today to upgrade from an older dated model. We feel confident in coming to this store. We have been coming here for a few years and been Cricket customers for many years. We have always had the best customer service! My husband, not being technically inclined has always been treated with patience and they always take their time explaining everything to him and answer all his questions. They are always friendly and professional. Always willing to make the customer happy! All Cricket Stores should be modeled after this one!

This store gave outstanding customer service!! Every question was answered and the staff was super friendly and helpful during the whole process. I will definitely make this the Cricket store I come to for anything I need with my phone!!

I’ve been there 4 times or so and always great service

They have charged my mother in excess multiple times over the past few years. She was having issue with her phone a few years back and took it into the store. They said it was completely broke and nothing could be done to repair or restore it, or even get data off of it. They sold her a new phone and said she also needed a new SIM card. The new and old SIM cards were nano SIMs, so there was no need for that. I got home, took 10 minutes on Google, and had her phone back to normal with all her data and apps intact. She took the phone and SIM back, but charged her an additional $65 for restock fees. So basically, she paid $100 for something she didnt need based on false information, and then could only get $35 back.Fast forward to tonight where she needed her phone number changed. They told her she would need a new phone and SIM card.... And again, its still a nano SIM on the new phone. Another waste of money. She told them that she just wanted the SIM card to be put in the new phone to save money, and they said that wasnt possible to do. I will be contacting corporate on my next day off and reporting this store

Always good service with all the help you need to make a decison on what type of phone is best. Been going there for years and have never felt pressured to buy mire than what I need or want. My phone crashed and all my photos dissppeared but the guy there worked his magic and was able to find them and bring them back!

Weve been coming here since switching to Cricket a few years ago. Theyve gone above and beyond to help the family;update our phones, transfer phones, let us know when we can update our service for no charge (unlimited for same price) or buy phones & accessories...They are fair and conscientious and Im glad they are here in Centerville!

Made the switch from Verizon at this store and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I now get more GBs and a better phone for $20 less per month than Verizon. Service has been great. Thank you!!!

They were helpful and saved me a ton of money and I got a free HTC when i was ready to spend $150 for a different brand. The network is fast and reliable

Called to retrieve some info at 3:10pm on 9/5/2014... the lady i was speaking to told me she had a customer walk in the store and to call back later and hung up on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WONDER THE PERSON I WAS CALLING IN REGARD TO WANTED TO SWITCH THEIR SERVICES!!!!

Been there several times....they are my go to guys on cell phones. They know there stuff and are always great to deal with.

I went in there to troubleshoot an issue on my Moms phone. The guy working there wasnt that helpful and copped an attitude with me instead of helping me fix the issue. I wont go back.

Got the job done, switched us from boost to Cricket on half an hour, nice staff, and helped when we had wireless issues and got it resolved.

Love this store. Always nice.
