Top-tier dealership with palatial facilities and amiable consultants. I had my car in for work, and am appreciative of the friendliness and lack of pressure from staff and consultants. Justin was stellar and I am thankful for a very lofi, chill vibe talking with him. Thank you for not treating me like a walking ATM. Sam, I took note of your recommendations for visiting Michigan and Mackinac Island. IMPORTANT: If you spend time in the lounge MAKE SURE you check out the 17th Century replica of the Japanese Samurais Kabuto battle helmet. Very cool!

Definitely had some mis communication with the service department but Sam followed after seeing my review and asked me to stop by to correct the issue. I was treated like a valued customer and all my concerns were address and corrected. When you buy a quality vehicle there is an expectation for the service and support to be of the same quality. The service department manager agrees and supports his team but serves his customer.

I would give zero stars if I could! They thought since I am a young female they could take advantage of me. Tried to give me 10000.00 Less than book value for my Lexus. (That I purchased from them) Is that what they think of their product? I thought Lexus held their value? Guess not!? Very dishonest and unprofessional business practices from beginning to end. I don’t think I deserved to be treated so awful being as though I thought I was a loyal customer.

I recently bought a pre-owned 2015 Lexus RX from Lexus of Dayton. Overall, I had a neutral experience. If I was to buy a vehicle again from Lexus of Dayton, I would be more cautious. When I test drove the vehicle, the tire pressure sensor light was on. I asked about it, but I was told it was due to the cold weather. They put air in the tires, and a week later, the tire pressure sensor light came on again. At this point, I knew there was a slow leak. I took the vehicle to a tire specialist, and they pointed out a bulge on two tires each with a slow leak. To make the vehicle safe, I had to purchase a new set of tires.I believe Lexus of Dayton should have investigated the tire pressure light more extensively before letting me drive away. A tire blow out and accident could have resulted from such a defect.The sales manager, Jeff, reached out to me to hear my concern. I was pleased with Jeffs attention to excellent customer service.

Im a long time Lexus customer. I also grew up in a Lexus family. Lexus of Dayton USED to be the very best. March of 2020, I purchased my 2017 NX and had a great experience for the most part. I added on a service package that was explained to me to be 60,000k of oil changes and scheduled maintenance. It turns out, it was only the oil changes. Every time I schedule my oil change, I ask for the price of scheduled maintenance and get no answer. Im always told Ill have to look into this and give you a call back. I receive no call back. Ive asked every time I drop my car off for an oil change for the price of scheduled maintenance that they want to do. I NEVER can get an answer. I will also say new ownership has greatly increased prices for services. I service my car elsewhere as it is easy to find their recommended service schedule. When my free oil changes are all used, I will also go elsewhere for those. My next Lexus purchase will also not be from Lexus of Dayton, I will drive to Cincinnati. I guess when the entire crew of salesmen (who had been with Lexus for YEARS) all left after new ownership came in, I should have seen the red flags.Dissatisfied customer here!

I originally came to lexus Dayton because of their great service manager Frank Noyes. May he Rest In Peace. But they still produce a nice service now that he has passed. Must be good management !

I went there to buy a second hand SUV and trade in my vehicle. initially when I arrived there I was supposed to meet one salesman, but he was on vacation that day so he asked someone else to help me. Initially It seemed fine and friendly, but then quickly as I asked about the pricing, the salesman started getting upset and asked me, Why did you even come here today?. This was a bit upsetting since I was there to buy a 2nd hand car and understanding the actual market value and negotiating a good or fair deal is common. But, anyways he let me test drive the car, but would not even discuss the possibility of a little discount even. Later I had to talk to his senior who spoke better and did not show me any attitude, and he gave me a $1000 discount after I showed him the fair prices in the market. I did get a good deal finally and bought the vehicle. I honestly did not want to after that experience, but I needed the vehicle badly. I am sure that the bad attitude from the first salesman may not be common there, seeing how many good ratings this place does have. However this is my experience. A few other things are there, like some mandatory lifetime warranty which you have to pay for every car even if you dont want it. My Car already had warranty, but they forced me to pay more to get lifetime warranty. I told them that I needed this car only for 2- 3 years, but that didnt matter since it was their company policy to force this on customers. Also, after the price was agreed, the 1st salesman was constantly showing weird attitude and asking me weird personal questions like why I needed to save that much. the price had already been reduced by $1000 before I went there so the total price was reduced to almost $2000 then that means their initial price was high. This was no cheap car, it was $30K+. Anyways, I hated all the eye rolling and attitude I got from this place.I must say that at the end when I was with the finance lady, she was very nice to me, which was good to

By far the slowest service I’ve received or experienced at a Lexus dealership. Over 3 hours to change the oil and perform an alignment. All the while service techs are walking around aimlessly and service employees talking about leaving work early. Took over 30 minutes to “wash” my car — which I understand is complimentary and I appreciate but I don’t appreciate the greasy fingerprints left on the inside of my door panel. I do not think I will be back.

When I scheduled a service appointment to replace a warranty item (at no charge to me!), my service rep, Justin, suggested that they drive over to pickup my car, leave me a loaner, and then deliver my car back to me! Two lots exist and I went to the wrong one. However the next vehicle purchase will likely come from Dayton again. While test driving several new vehicles, I learned much about the FSport Package and I felt I would buy a used Lexus. I went home and searched and the Dayton dealership has two GS350 FSports in stock. The staff helped me find the right one for me - my 2017 GS 350 FSport. After painting of the hood, new brakes, rotors, and tires all around, it’s a great car that I enjoy driving very much. I love the red seats and black exterior combination. Just picked up a 2016 Chevy Tahoe LT from the Used side of this dealership. Todd was an amazing salesman!!!! Great staff, friendly service, and extremely fast and easy financing! I looked on Saturday and brought this baby home on Monday morning. I was in a VW Atlas but was in the market for a larger SUV to haul our travel trailer. I was near the end of my lease with VW and they handled everything to get me out of my lease and wrote the pay off check for me! It was so easy and they were exceptional kinda to me, even let me overnight test drive so my hubby could take a look at the vehicle. Lexus of Dayton is hands down one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Bought a used car, that was not a Lexus brand, at an extremely fair price. I was given way more for my trade in vehicle than I expected to receive. On top of that a large number of their used cars come with a lifetime engine and transmission warranty, along with a every 5,000 mile service and tire rotation at any Lexus dealer. Also, this car had some cosmetic scratches, small door dings, and rock chips along with a decent size bump on rear bumper-All were repaired as part of the deal. WOW!!!! The deal was negotiated rapidly and financial paperwork done within minutes. Did I mention finance got a very good interest rate for a 4 years ol vehicle? I will without hesitation look to purchase my next vehicle from Lexus of Dayton and will recommend everyone else do so.

The service was good but the service manager suggested I put tires on my car. My car only has 27,000 miles on it and does not need tires. He also wanted to charge me $100 for an oil change. I had previously spoke with someone and told them I needed to use one of the four free services that were given to me when I purchased the vehicle. He told me he wasnt aware of any included services. He called me back after he got it straightened out. Also, Jeff, the Sales Manager called me and told me that my car was not registering as Pre-Owned Certified but it showed that I was charged for it at time of purchase. He got that figured out as well. over all not terrible, but it could defiantly could have been better.

I had an 7:45 appointment to check my wheel alignment and a button on my power seat. I didnt leave until 11:31. Totally ignored no updates until I asked at 11:10 what was going on with my car. Watching as every other customer (Lexus owner) come and went. I was sent there by their other dealership even though I dont own a Lexus. My tires werent balanced and filled even after asking them to do so. My car wasnt driven in the garage for pick-up it was left out in the rain with the door open for me to go get in...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wouldnt recommend going there if you dont own a Lexus because you wont get treated the same.

I purchased a Lincoln MKZ in the winter and the sales associate was Dave who was very helpful. After about a week of owning the car, my front and back heated seats were not properly working. I took it back to the dealer, and didnt have a warranty, but Dave was receptive with getting it fixed. The back seats were checked and were fine, but there was an issue with the front. He did have it corrected as well. About a couple of months later, the heated front seats were not working again. Lexus dealership figured out a unit needed to be replaced. The dealership manager and Dave once again fixed my seats by replacing the unit at no cost to me and no warranty. I highly recommend this dealership!

Purchased my first Lexus here at Lexus of Dayton back in September 2018, I am very grateful that I had Emilio Perez as my sales consultant. Emilio was able to communicate and understand my needs and recommended the right model to me. His knowledge of the product was phenomenal. I was a picky customer who just went from BMW to Lexus and I asked a lot of questions. He was able to answer all of them with patience. He was also very enthusiastic to respond to the after-sales questions/requests. I never need to worry about the regular maintenance of my car anymore since I am well taken care of every time my car needs the service. I would say Lexus of Dayton provided top-tier service and its salesman Emilio Perez really did an amazing job. Thank you! I will come back again!

Recently took my car in for scheduled maintenance and also to repair a sensor on the driver side door. After I picked it up, realized there were greasy smudges/fingerprints on the door as well as damage to the inside of the door itself. There were small dents/holes on part of the trim of my door! This happened in a Saturday. When I called to complain about my car, was told no manager was there, but one would be there on Monday and he took down my info. He never did. I came in Monday, no one knew of my complaint at all. I eventually spoke to Mike who was very professional and arranged to have the piece replaced and provided me with a loner. It all worked out, but they should have been aware of the fact that they damaged my car in the beginning. I think they hoped I wouldnt notice and they could just get away with it. Very disappointing! Ive been here before and never had an issue before. I will probably go back as it is the only lexus dealer in the area, but they definitely lost a bit if my respect for lack of attention to detail.

We had an awesome experience. Raj Grandhi is the one who helped us. He is exceptional....and a huge asset to Lexus. He works with integrity and was far beyond helpful. We will definitely work with him in the future. The rest of the team was also extremely helpful and was with us each step of the way. Over all this is the dealership to go to. I purchased my pre-owned Lexus from Lexus of Dayton. This is my third Lexus, and Evan B. did a great job throughout the entire purchasing process. Ask for him by name. Because I’m familiar with Lexus, I didn’t require every detail regarding the brand’s advantages, and I was even familiar with some of the vehicle’s operation. Rather than following a predetermined playbook without deviation, Evan adjusted to my specific purchasing needs. I won’t use this location for my ongoing service only because I live in Cincinnati and the Dayton location is simply too far away; yet, I’d highly recommend them for your next purchase.

There was an initial mix-up on a stock order when we went into negotiations and I apparently got a more expensive car for the negotiated price. Yes, they absolutely honored the negotiated price for a more expensive car, from what I understand a couple thousand dollars. My salesman Evan was amazing low pressure and kept his composure the entire time even through the mistake and even though I made out on the deal, they still stood behind everything, fixed what needed touched up on the car handed me the keys with the smile. I wish every experience and every company that sells and deals with the public especially car companies could be this upstanding and devoted to their customers. I purchased the service warranty, the repair warranty and even the wheel and tire warranty and it was likely less than the cost of my first repair on the car. Even though Lexus is certified anything thats not covered will be very expensive and the warranties are a great idea. I loved my experience and just felt everybody should know that theyre actually is a great car dealer left out there. Thanks Lexus of Dayton and Evan.

Purchased a Certified Lexus GX460 on March 9th, 2020 We drove from WV to Dayton about 3 1/2 hours, Was met by Jeff the manager and introduced to Todd our salesman who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. There were several to choose from and they were very accommodating to us while we made our decision on which one to purchase. They gave us a good price on our old 2010 Lexus. We were very pleased with the experience, The manager checked on us several time while we were deciding and he and Todd answered all of our questions and concerns. We were never pressured at all. When we finally decided which vehicle to buy, Tyler then finalized our purchase and made us feel very good about our choice to buy from Lexus of Dayton. They sent us home with a freshly detailed new Lexus filled with fuel and we felt like we made some new friends. We would highly recommend anyone to make the trip to this dealer.Chris
