We visited the Superior Acura dealership on 8/13 and were approached by Ba the salesperson. Ba at first seemed very pleasant and transparent. He even stated several times how transparent he was. We told him we were interested in an RDX in the $22k range. He advised that he had one to show us at $24k that was Certified for an additional 2 years bumper to bumper that he thought he could get us for $22K. He showed us a 2017 RDX that we liked very much. He said he had to get final approval from the sales manager. After 15 minutes he came back with a final price of $24k price and that it was not certified. He couldn’t explain why so we said we would have to think about it and felt betrayed and deceivedThat evening my wife sent him an email and I called him Saturday and told him I wanted to move forward and go back to the Sales manager to see if he could get closer to the $22k, if he could get it certified and if they would repair the scratched up stick shift and steering wheel. Ba advised he would go to bat for us and get us a great deal. Ba calls me back 15 minutes later and tells me that the price went up to $28k again after being told it was $24k by Ba, the internet and the salesmanager Ba advised it was priced incorrectly. I feel they should honor the price given and published. I feel I was mislead and deceived again.

I cant say enough about are fantastic experience with our sales person Ba. Clear and honest from the start. Provided me with all the information needed over the phone quickly, accurately and most importantly, with the highest level of professionalism.Ba took the time to help set up and familiarize me with all of the functions. The car was detailed to perfection (not cleaned, DETAILED). I wish I could give you all an 11/10 for going the extra mile and making this by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Our experience with Superior Acura of Dayton, and especially our salesperson Ba Nguyen, was nothing but pleasurable. Ba and I initially connected via e-mail and text, that was followed up with an in person visit to the dealership and the next visit was to take delivery. Ba was polite, professional and brokered a vehicle sale in a manner that was mutually beneficial to both sides. In the face of a virtual and disconnected world, I cant say enough good things about Ba, his ability to relate, his genuineness and he just flat provided an overall great experience. They found the problem. They incorporated in a technical service bulletin and flushed the transmission 3X per the TSB. My car is running much much better. The work was done quickly. I was notified in time to pick up the car before they closed the same day. Oh and it was washed too. Can’t ask for much more.

Went and test drove a tlx. I filled out a credit app and expressed my interest in the car. I have a 783 credit score. The sales person and finance guy “talked” for 3 hours while I was waiting there. They finally handed me a paper with my proposed payment etc. i said I wanted to discuss with my wife. Later that evening I received an email from the dealership that stated they didn’t crunch the numbers correctly and we needed to talk more. I emailed and called the next day and have never gotten a response. What a horrible place.

I was just not pleased that a car that was just a little over 5 yrs old and had only 42,000 had to have it shocks replaced to the tune of $2,000. I have contacted Acura directly. You gave me a discount but it was still $2000. Just seems out of line for that quality of car with such low mileage

My experience with the service department was exceptional! I was due for regular 100,000 mile maintenance (including new belt) and needed new brakes. TJ, Chuck and the service team were wonderful. In addition, I had a minor dent and several dings that needed repaired. Kyle did an amazing job on repairing those. My car felt brand new as I drove away! My husband and I went here to get a truck. We had our own financing for the truck through our bank. After all that they asked is to put $4000 down because we had 2 other car loan. The $4000 was money to prove “that we could pay for the truck”. I don’t understand why that mattered given the fact that we had our own financing. We left the lot. The salesman called us back and asked us if we still wanted the truck. No we do not! We went over to Interstate Ford and got a better truck for a better price and we used our financing from our bank with no down payment. I hate to think that we were treated differently because of our race. But it does make me wonder why we would need $4000 to put down when we are not financing through them.

This place is not right. I took my car i just bought (after purchasing at a Cleveland dealership) to them and told them i heard a squeaking noise. They told me my car is under warranty and i wont owe anything because of it. Later on i get a call saying theyre going to take a look at it and it should be ready that evening. A few hours later i get a call saying we found the problem, the breaks were not assembled correctly. So its going to cost you $130 and i responded by saying I thought the car was under warranty like you guys told me and they said theyre not because theyre after market so i responded by saying Id like to take my car somewhere else. And they said well you have to pay for the diagnostic atleast and i said how much is that? And they said $130. So basically since they already had the breaks taken apart i was forced to pay it. I will not be going back.

We purchased a vehicle from Chris Tipton yesterday and am now glad to part of the Acura family. Chris was very communicative throughout the whole process and answered multiple texts from me. He verified the vehicle was in 100% top shape upon pickup. Chris is very personable and uses humor appropriately and frequently putting a driver at ease while testing the vehicle. Chris contacted us immediately when we left our jumper cables in our vehicle we traded. In addition, the trade in for our vehicle was very fair. To be honest, car buying is not exciting for me as it is for many people but I am in love with my RDX especially since it was made last month in the plant my husband works at.The only suggestion I have for car buyers with excellent credit is to secure financing on your own especially if you belong to a credit union. You can do better. In the past we had typically financed our new vehicles during promotional periods from dealers in which the APR was 0% or at least very low. Although we were given the best rate for a prime borrower there were no promo deals currently with Acura and the dealership does receive commission from the banks they do business with. We will refinance once our 6 payments have been made. Also, I wouldnt recommend buying a vehicle towards the end of a month because there is pressure to complete the transaction by then for any offers given. Other than that we were pleased with our transaction.

I feel that the finance manager was honest in getting me an excellent interest rate despite my crappy credit score and he wasn’t pushy about products. Robert is the best salesman I ever came across on my 2 weeks of car searching and talking to several people at the dealerships around Dayton area. Where the car dealerships were asking me to pay $300 to get a car out of another dealership just because they don’t have the color I liked, Robert got the car driven from Cincinnati just because we wanted to take a look at it. They made sure I get the best rate contacting various bank which was impressive. I was very much pleased and satisfied with the customer service they provided. Also, I got the best price possible and they aren’t in the business to trick the customers. In the few times I’ve had my service done, they have always been courteous, lent me a good loaner car, and performed all the service as had been intended. This dealership is not as fancy and not as big other Acura dealership Ive seen but the quality of customer service their staff provides--especially the folks in the Service Department--makes up for it for being top notch! Unlike most car repair shops, these guys are not after your money as they dont charge an arm and a leg for regular maintenance work and they even recommend their customers to buy major items like tires from online stores over them to save money. Their service is prompt, too, and making an appointment, or cancelling one, is without any hassle.

Buyers Beware: My wife bought a Honda CR-V a few months ago. They tricked her into buying the extended warranty. She had 60 days to repeal the warranty after purchase according to contract. Within 30 days she requested to repeal the warranty and Superior Acura gave her the run around until she couldn’t get her money back. They suddenly acted like they didn’t know their own printed contract. No wonder car dealers get a reputation as swindlers. Shame on you, Superior Acura for taking advantage of my wife. Worst customer service ever. Also, thanks for selling her a car with bad brakes. You are a car dealer with a service shop and you told her you couldn’t put new brakes on her car. BS.

This is my third Acura and second RDX from the dealership here in Centerville. It is a friendly environment from the moment one enters the showroom. Chris was very knowledgeable and instructive in explaining all the new features on these incredible cars of today. He was fine with two test drives which really allowed me to get a feel for the car and tipped the scale to the Acura side after a few other test drives of similar cars. I also have dealt with the service department for years and have always been impressed with how well they listen and try their best to take care of any issue that comes up. Non luxury experience in luxury car dealership.Weve found car advertised on dealership web site, which we liked, and call them direct to ask few questions. Questions were answered, and I was invited to test drive and scheduled appointment for next day 5/14/17 at 11:00am. Next morning I’ve received remainder e-mail from Stephanie Olnhausen about upcoming appointment. We have arrived at dealership on time, and salesperson, Jacob Merrill greet us and told that he was waiting for us. Then he started to look for the car we were interested in. He checked parking lot at the building, checked parking lot at another building, checked some other places and could not find this particular car. He also could not find any traces of this car. He said that this car is still shown on their list but cannot be located, maybe it was given as loaner car, maybe it was stolen, maybe anything else, and nothing he can do about it. We were really frustrated, why make an appointment, why send reminder if car is not available. Jacob offered check other cars they have available. We did test drive one the cars. We were shopping for Acura Certified vehicle. We were surprised to find out that cars were not thoroughly cleaned. We saw remains of food on back seat of one of the cars, we saw some leaves debris, when opened hoods and trunks on all cars. We found out that tires on the car we test drive were worn out. We asked Jacob to provide us with the list, what was done during 182 point inspection. He answered that it was done by service department, it is closed today, and it is completely different computer system he does not have access to. Jacob told us that he will obtain this list next day and will e-mail it to us. Jacob invited his manager to talk to us. I cannot provide his name since we did not get his card. We have expressed our surprise and frustration that they do not in charge of their inventory. Manager had another idea that the car we were interested in was given for test drive over night. We asked if this is common practice and maybe we can have similar test drive. Answer was that it is only happen, when deal is almost done and “all “I” dotted and “t” crossed. However there were no traces for such “almost done deal”. Before we left dealership we were told that they will contact us next day and provide information on whereabouts of the missing car and 182 point inspection list. However we have not heard from Superior Acura Dayton.We got impression that persons that we worked with either do not know what they doing or purposely misleading people just to bring them in. We know that Acura is luxury car of Honda, but we got non luxury experience with this dealership.

One star is too high for this dealer and definitely I am going to somewhere else. They are not professional like their car.. Immediately after I said I am gonna test other brand of car also... everything change... face.. behavior... I ask for price of 3 different trim car but they gave me only one... manager supposed to come and meet me but after 30 min no body show up...it is not luxury experience, they choose some costumer then work and pay attention to them.. I will hope they change their behavior even when they know that you are not definite buyer...

Bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado from here. With in a week my check engine light came on. Called the dealership and asked if I could have them look at it and fix it the guy at the service center said “that’s why we sell an extended warranty”. So if youre going to buy from here do yourself a favor and get the extended warranty because if you drive off the lot and all four wheels fall off your’e screwed. Also when I agreed on a price and signed off on that price I checked the company I financed through, sure enough they charged me an extra 300 dollars. And to top it all off come to find out I pay a registration fee through them and I still have to go to the DMV and pay for plates and registration myself. Bottom line, go somewhere else.

I rarely write reviews but Superior Acura of Dayton exceeded our expectations. Writing this review is the least we can do for how much the service center helped us. We had lost our key to our Acura and we didnt know what we were going to do from day to day. We had a locksmith come out since AAA would pay $100 towards to new key. He worked on it for 5 hours without any success. We decided the delearship was our only option left. They had it for 3 days and couldnt promise us anything. We were actually thinking we were going to have to get a new car all together. But Superior Acura never gave up when we did. When they called and said that the car started, we were elated. Acura put so much time, effort and went above and beyond for us. When we picked up the car, they had washed it and cleaned the rims so good that they looked shinier than ever. Superior Acura didnt have to do all of this for us but they did and it truly shows that there are still kind and caring people left out there. We cant thank them enough!
