I had an amazing experience at this store. I came in to purchase two side tables, two nightstands, and a dresser. All of these items came unstained, and I was able to pick the color of the stain I liked. With this, they had a wide variety of furniture to pick from their catalog, and tons of stain colors. The staff was very friendly, and was willing to offer advice on what colors to choose from based on my already purchased furniture. I am very impressed with my purchase, and would definitely return here in the future.

I had the most wonderful experience shopping at Woodcraft Furniture. I had been looking for good solid wood furniture for several weeks. All the stores I went to has engineered wood products. As a family that buys and keeps furniture forever, I needed items that would last and look great for years to come.My sister told me about Woodcraft. When I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. There was a such a beautiful collection of hand crafted real wood items.I found my dining room set and bedroom set there. The prices fit my budget. The staff was amazing. So accommodating. They answered every question. They were polite and professional.The delivery team was great as well.It was simply a delightful experience.

I purchased a chair online which I only had for approximately 7 months before a leg broke in half. The online furniture store’s warranty ended in 6 months and they would not allow me to purchase a replacement leg (Yes, believe it. This is true). I then contacted Woodcraft furniture to see if they would be able to make a duplicate leg for the chair. They were able to make a replacement leg and the color matched nearly perfectly. I truly appreciate their fine work and their willingness to provide such service. Troy provided truly excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Woodcraft furniture is amazing!

We are thrilled with our new dining set from Woodcraft Furniture in Centerville. We had shopped around at many other furniture stores, but hadnt found the size and style we wanted. At Woodcraft, we were able to customize our table and chairs to be exactly what we needed and wanted for our family. Although it took some time for the set to be completed, the wait was definitely worth it! The table and chairs are solid wood and solidly built. In addition to a bookcase and writing tables, we ordered six dining chairs and then realized the seats were too tall for our table. They offered to cut off an inch at the bottom so now they are perfect, could not be more pleased!

In January I ordered a desk and small bookcase with drawers from Woodcraft Furniture in Centerville. I wanted them to match a set of three tall bookcases I had purchased from them last year for my home office. Dave and his team helped me with measurements to customize the pieces as I wanted, and made recommendations for wood and also finishes that would look good as well as handle the way I would use it.Then COVID-19 hit and I was working from home full-time. My desk, which had been inadequate for personal use, was now very uncomfortable to work at all day, and it was overwhelmed with the tools of my trade.My new furniture arrived the first week of June and I couldnt be happier. They are beautiful pieces. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the finish (white, with an espresso stain on the tops) is stunning. I am absolutely thrilled with the desk I ordered. I was able to pick out a custom stain to match my son’s existing furniture, and the shelves are movable so I can adjust them as he gets older and puts different things on them. Exhausted from the pushy sales people chasing us around the stores and finding nothing we loved, we thought to try Woodcraft. I was greeted, but not pounced upon, and helped without being pushed - it was a totally different, refreshing experience.We found high quality pieces we loved, and we were able to customize several elements. We now have a beautiful bedroom with furniture that will outlast us!

I have a very old dresser that needed repair to two of the drawers as well as a thorough sanding and staining. My $40 investment resulted in a very pretty dresser. I couldn’t have asked for better results. The only down side was now I had a beautiful bedroom dresser but, no nightstands that matched.On a chance I went to Woodcraft to see if they had a simple traditional piece to go with my dresser. Luckily I found it. Not so great was it wasn’t the same kind of wood, meaning the stain I used on my dresser would not give me the same color on the nightstands.I bought one of the dresser drawers into Woodcraft and let their craftsman do their magic. They had to use several different colors over the top of each other, something I know nothing about but, the finished result looks like the 3 pieces were original to each other.The nightstand itself is well made, has 3 different sized drawers and is a traditional style.Wait time from day of purchase until they were stained was a reasonable 7-10 days. Staff if knowledgeable and friendly.When it comes time to replace my bedroom furniture I will look at Woodcraft first.

Ive ordered multiple pieces of furniture from this Woodcraft store over the years and always been pleased. This is solid wood furniture that is much better quality than the box store particle board. There are hundreds of styles to pick from and theyll custom stain it any color you want. They even did some custom dimensions on a set of bookshelves for my basement that fit perfect. Customer service has been excellent, highly recommended.

My husband and I purchased a new bedroom set from Woodcraft Furniture and could not be more pleased with our experience. Dave, who helped us through the entire process, was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Dave also worked out a very fair price on the entire set. Our furniture had to be ordered and was scheduled to arrive during the holidays. When it arrived to Woodcrafts warehouse, Dave was able to schedule our delivery during the busy time between Christmas and New Years. Delivery is an extra charge but the price was well worth the skill and service provided by the two young men who arrived right at the time quoted. The large pieces of furniture were carefully hauled up a flight of stairs and maneuvered through some tight turns without a scratch or bump. They also assembled our king sized platform bed.Woodcrafts store has some really wonderful pieces of furniture and has upgraded dramatically since we last came to the store to purchase a childs bedroom set about 20 years ago.Definitely a 5 star rating!

Great customer service! These guys were easy to work with. We came in with a design for a mudroom organizer and they were able to get it built to our specifications. It turned out beautifully. The quality of craftsmanship and the materials that they used really impressed us. We had several carpenters give us estimates for building the same piece and they were much higher and that was using plywood for most of it. We will definitely use Woodcraft again in the future!

We stopped by to look at kitchen chairs. We ultimately bought 4 chairs and a new table, 3 bar stools, an entertainment center, a bench, a sofa table, 2 bookcases, a buffet and a hallway cabinet. While this was done at 4 different times, we kept going back. The sales people did not pressure us at all, all items were delivered timely and the people who delivered the furniture were also very friendly and arrived when they said they would.
