I was in the market for an inexpensive mattress, I called ahead and spoke to Justin, after experiencing his amazing customer service over the phone I decided that I should stop by. I left with an amazing mattress! Thank you Justin! Sometimes it’s so hard to come by good customer service and Justin was great. Mattress firm has an extensive selection of mattresses, I’d recommend them to anyone and will refer anyone to Justin if they plan on going to this location!

Great selection. Very nice staff member Justin. Had to order the mattress we wanted it was outta stock during a 50% off sale. Sales membee tried to hook me up with another deal but finances couldnt handle that one. Wish the one we wanted was in stock so my son didnt have to wait and sleep on the couch but such is life. Would have given 5 stars if it was in stock

We shopped many bedding retailers. We purchased from Mattress Firm mostly due to Justin Miller. We liked his approach, style and demeanor. He was full of valuable knowledge for a young professional who cared about providing a high level of non-pushy service. He is someone I would hire in my company because great help is hard to find. Wow! We moved here from overseas and needed to buy brand new mattresses for our 8-person family. We got better mattresses than we had anticipated getting at an amazing sale price we didn’t expect, and the customer service from Brittany was top-notch. She was so well informed, chill, and listened to us to make us aware of options that were relevant to our desires but was never pushy. We did not want to spend a fortune, and we were so grateful for the experience and being able to check a big task off our list with better mattresses than we expected. I was definitely impatient trying to find a new mattress. Until i came upon the 4th of July sale and seen a mattress that was really affordable and just what i was looking for and of course a lot of places were out of stock for the one i wanted so i called around a couple places and the Centerville store had one left and i was so sure to get my hands on it. The guy i was texting about it was super helpful and really nice even with all my dumb questions i asked. I’m just grateful they helped me out as much as possible and was able to hold my mattress until i found someone to pick it up for me. I was able to pay for it through a secured link so nobody else could by it. It was an amazing process and i just wanna thank everyone at Mattress Firm in Centerville for being so kind and helpful!

My wife and I came in there last week looking for a bed, Brittany checked in with us when we came in and gave us the space to look at all the beds.I then asked her the type of bed I was looking for and the first one she suggested was the one I got!Had good service, quick and not pushy!

Physical issues and a sadly outdated mattress put us into the mattress market. My first thought had been to buy a mattress online. I believe there are many high quality mattresses available to purchase that way. We went to MF to check out the feel of a hybrid mattress and met Justin Miller. He had us at word one. Justin is knowledgeable, patient, listens very well, and showed no resistance to working within our parameters. We learned a great deal from him and believe that we purchased an excellent product at a price that made sense. I might add that once you read everyones fine print - in-store or online, there is very little difference in pricing, delivery and warranty between online and store front retailers. In the store, theres Justin to guide you, and a way for him to help my spouse and I, see, feel and compare. You wont be sorry to shop with Justin.

We had just left Morris Home Furnishings a few blocks away, as we werent treated with any customer service, and the selection was a whopping 4 mattresses all the way in the back! My wife and I purchased a mattress two years ago and it is becoming deformed/dented. We are average build people too. I went thru the warranty claim process (very arduous) only to find out it was denied because they didnt like my high end Arhaus frame, and they said it should have a 5th leg vs the heavy duty horizontal slats. It was just an excuse and the 5th leg was never explained when we purchased. I will not repeat shop here provided this stays as is.

Brittany was amazing! I was there to find a mattress for my daughter and her spare room. It’s not easy to choose a bed and it reminds me of trying to buy a car. Anyway my 9 year old was with me for the first round and he had to try all the beds. Then we left for an appointment and came back 2 hours later. At this point another family came in with 4 children all around my 9 year olds age and let’s say it was a bit HIGH energy. Then still unable to pick out of the ones I narrowed down I called 2 of my older boys to help. So now it was people and children galore. The point is she was at no point rude or nervous or distracted. She stayed sweet and helpful and patient. That is why I decided to make the final decision and buy 2 mattresses from her!

I originally went in to Mattress Firm to pick up a king size platform frame. They were the only location that had one locally. My wife and I are upgrading from a queen size mattress to a king. The current mattress is super old. Plus we have 3 kids of which two are 4 and under and occasionally sleep with us.Anyways, we are on a budget as most family’s are with children. My wife and I had looked a Serta foam mattress at Sam’s Club, but I was hesitant to buy till we checked elsewhere. I’m glad we waited because we ended up getting a price match on mattress from Mattress firm for the price of the Serta we saw at Sam’s club!Brittany was the one who helped me while I was there. Again, I was just there to pick up the platform frame and look around a bit. She was super helpful and made picking out a bed with our needs and wants super easy. She let myself and the kiddos who were there with me try 3 different foam mattresses. She didn’t try to oversell anything and was very knowledgeable about everything! I ended up getting a deal as stated above and I’m very happy with my wife’s and I’s first experience buying a new mattress for ourselves (and the kids).
