Good service. Straightforward pricing for tires. Been a customer here for 27 yrs. They do a great job here and treat me fairly.

My family has been going to tire factory for a while now because we bought our tires there and we’ve always loved them they are very good and honest workers and my grandma recently had an issue with her car so we recommended them and she said she felt like she was treated like a queen they located the problem within a couple minutes and the next day they fixed it all up and she is just starting to walk after a broken ankle and they helped her up the step got her a chair and treated her very good. Everything about tire factory is good from the workers to the work definitely recommend

I was driving along the freeway and noticed I had a very low tire. I stopped at a gas station and the clerk recommended I go to Tire Factory up the road a bit. They greeted me kindly and told me how long it would be (which was spot on). They found a nail in the tire, repaired it, and put it back together to test it. Then they found another leak. They took it apart and fixed that leak. When I went to pay, they said there was no cost. I am a very pleased traveler and if I ever get a chance to go there again for any need I will do so. Thank you for your help with my flat tire!!!!!

Came in a little before closing just to get a quote on new brakes because a dealership told me I needed new breaks ASAP! But wanted to look for a better price. When I went in they looked at my brakes and in 10 mins they came back in and let me know I didn’t need to replace them yet and had quite a bit of time left on them. I appreciate them being up front and honest with me! Instead of just going with it for a sale! Anytime I need anything I know this place is a place I can trust!

Ive come here twice now, just to have them swap between my winter tires and my all-season tires. They have been remarkably fast and theyre friendly and easy to work with. I havent had them perform any other services so I cant speak to anything more than tire/wheel swaps, but I assume my experience is indicative of their general performance with other services. Definitely recommend!

I always have a good experience at the Tire Factory. The staff are personable, their time estimates on how long you’ll need to wait are spot on, and their prices are very reasonable. Buy tires there and get free rotations and free flat repairs.

I have had quite the experience with my tires the past week, and these guys have gone above and beyond to take care of everything! They have been absolutely incredible to work with, and I will recommend them to everyone.

I was parked in the parking lot of the nearby grocery store, when the air valve burst and my tire went completely flat in a matter of minutes. I was sitting in my car sharing some grocery store sushi (to the request of my daughter) with my kids before we headed home to Tooele an hour away when I was alerted by another lady in the parking lot that my tire just exploded. Not sure how I didnt hear this happen while sitting in the back seat with my kids, but they are loud so I guess it can make sense.. Here I was 38 weeks pregnant with 3 young kids 6 and under, with no one nearby who I knew, and with no idea where the car Jack or spare was. We had only had this van for a month or two bought used. So in my search to figure myself out I looked up and saw the sign across the parking lot Tire Factory. It couldnt have been more perfect really. So I called them and they sent a guy over to me in the parking lot, used their own jack and fixed it right there in the lot while I took my kids to a nearby burger joint for some lunch. After lunch I found my car still in the lot with the tire as good as new. I drove to the tire factory and paid them and the fix was inexpensive and things worked out perfectly. Good and honest place!

I am disappointed that Tire Factory missed the opportunity to acquire a new customer. My first time at this business. The person who greeted me was cordial, pleasant, but not welcoming. I requested an oil change and tire rotation which was done adequately and promptly. However, nothing else was offered.As the service and parts manager at a large diesel service, I know how important it is to keep our customers informed as to the condition of their trucks. Its how they earn their living. How nice it would have been to have been asked if I wanted a courtesy inspection to let me know what maintenance or repair services my Nissan Frontier needed. Especially with summer coming up and all the activities that come with it.But, I went somewhere else. Front brake pads and rotors, brake fluid service, changed the belts, coolant flush, air filter, cabin air filter - and, now I know what services my truck will need in the future.Lost business - lost customer.Response from the owner16 minutes agoJack I have looked in our customer data base and nobody with your name has ever been in our store in Centerville. This place is great! They put on new tires and checked my alignment super fast. Way better than Big-O. Good deal too. I flattened two tires going up skyline drive and they hooked me up with tires that worked great for getting all the way to bountiful peak with no issues. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

I love this place. They fix most anything and are friendly and efficient and prices are fair. When I have a need they often fix it and no charge for little things, like a blinker lite, or low tire, etc. Great place.

On a return trip from Arizona to Idaho our alternator went out on a Sunday night. Thankfully we were able to get the van off the highway. The two tow truck guys highly recommended Centerville Tire Factory/Point S which was only a few blocks away. We left it in their parking lot on a Sunday night and they had no idea that it would be waiting for them Monday morning. I got a call first thing Monday morning identifying the alternator as the culprit. They had got to our van first that day as I left a note saying we were trying to get home to Idaho after a loooooong road trip. They communicated fantastically the whole time. The price was very fair and the service was outstanding. If we lived closer to their shop they would be the only place I would take my vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend Centerville Tire Factory.

I love Centerville tire factory. Honest guys who know what they’re doing. I’ve moved further away from Centerville but it’s still worth it to come here because I trust them. They’re excellent about talking WITH me, not AT me. Keep doing what you’re doing!

The power steering stopped working on my car so I brought it in. Wouldn’t you know it - it was a different problem so they couldn’t warranty it - shocker. Not too bad though, A simple 2-day $200. Or that’s what I was promised. Then they ordered the wrong parts, fixed the wrong thing, charged us for another fix, and when they finally then said it was finished... it was undrivable, so they “fixed” it again. After 11 days and $750 we had enough. So what did they do to compensate for their utter incompetence? They called my back wife a thief. That’s right, a thief for saying that she didn’t want to pay for the final repair of $50. Save yourself, go somewhere else that has integrity and some semblance of customer service

Not a fan of their website. One of the very few tire shops that wont show you the price of the tires online, you have to give them all your info for a call back quote.But i have been in to have a set of used tires purchased elsewhere. Polite and friendly. They even made me aware that my spare tire was almost 12 years old, and recommended i get it replaced. Good call. But a few days later i noticed their tire tech had damaged a few my rims installing the tires. So to late to say anything i guessed.

My mother has went to this place religiously for any car problems she had for over a year and she had to keep coming back every 2-3 months because of one thing or another. Finally we tried somewhere else because it seemed like they weren’t FIXING problems and possibly even hurting other things. Now that we’ve gone to another place the car hasn’t had any issues.One example is the last time she got her oil changed there, when we went to performance Honda 3 months later (about 3,500 miles) and got her a follow up oil change it was black and sludgy. They said that Centerville Tire Factory likely didn’t change the oil or switch out the filter. Yet they fully charged her for an oil change and a “Fluid Flush & Top-off”.Avoid. At. All. Costs.

Do you know how there is that stigma that you can never trust somebody who’s working on your car because they’ll always try to upsell you, that is not this place! These guys are incredible. Awesome and fast service, and they get the job done right the first time every time. Honestly though I can’t speak highly enough about this place. I work for a rental car company and we do a lot of work with a lot of mechanics in different body shops. These guys get the job done right, have fair prices, and take care of their customers.

Very friendly and professional service. They only ever do what you ask and nothing more, like a lot of other places around here. They get pretty busy on Saturdays but whenever I go in on a Friday its always 30 minutes or less. Highly recommend them!

Jared was the best, and their shop does great work and in a quick time! They’re easy to work with. I took my truck there for a leveling kit and new tires. I remembered them because when I had a flat tire last year, they were so quick and so nice. 5 out of 5.I don’t even live near Centerville but I like this shop and am willing to travel to it.

Went there with a tire that had a metal pin stuck in it. Got it fixed. They were fast and efficient. Even drove home with very nice sets of used tires for only a hundred bucks. Great deals and good customer cant go wrong with that..

GREAT car repair shop. I have had two repairs here now. One was an emergency and I just happened to be right across the street, and they gave me a low price on an easy fix. The other I shopped around and they were by far the lowest price, and they did a fantastic job. They were super nice, especially Ryan at the front, honest, and affordable-what more could you ask for?

They were very friendly and absolutely helpful. They didnt try to upsell me on a ton of unnecessary things, they seemed honest and sincere. They did tell me about a few things that needed to be fixed soon, but they didnt mention anything that I didnt already know about beforehand. I took my daughters car into the Centerville tire factory today because over the weekend the tie rod sleeve came off one of the front tires and we had to replace it, and then I was told by a friend who is a mechanic that it would need an alignment before it could be driven so I took it down this morning and was helped by Jared who said yes that was true. About a half hour later I received a call from Jared letting me know that when they checked the alignment and it was spot on and did not need to be aligned which saved me $89.99!!! I had a nail in one of my tires and they were so great to explain all of my options to get it taken care of without pressuring me to buy all new tires. i have a subaru so you replace 1, you replace them all,. it could have been a good deal for them to just suggest that I replace it. Instead, they put a patch on it, tested it, made sure it worked and sent me on my way, FREE of charge! I was very happy with my transaction with them. They have made a loyal customer out of me!

Weve been bringing our vehicles in for years. My car is old and has a ton of miles on it and theyve been awesome about helping us keep it going without spending a fortune. I am not a car guy and they know it, I am completely foolish about how cars work. Unlike many stereotypical repair shops they are very upfront about what needs to be done, and what doesnt need to be done, and are ethical in that they wont try to sell you on something you dont need. The staff up front is solid and wont steer you wrong.

I bring all my vehicles here for tires and routine maintenance. The employees are outstanding in their professional knowledge and they always have a great attitude. They really work hard to make sure I get what I need and the prices are more than reasonable.

Outstanding service, we are travelling the US in an RV and had been experiencing a constant thumping for over two weeks. We went into Centerville Tire Factory to see if we had a flat. They diagnosed it as uneven wear on the tire and swapped it for the spare with no fuss and no pressure to purchase a replacement tire. They then recommended Bountiful RV up the road to correct another issue with our air shock absorbers.

They were very fast. Costumer service was not good at all. My car requires a V tire and I just say that they put a H tire on my car. I made sure to show them a picture of tire size and everything... Walmart or Costco would for sure be a better deal.

I love the centerville tire factory. I have owned older vehicles throughout the 12 years of going to this location and they ALWAYS take care of me. If something is wrong they tell me about it and let me know if I need to get it fixed right away or if it can wait. The employees are always friendly and Paul I now consider “my mechanic”. They are great and I definitely recommend going here if you need just regular maintenance or if you end up having to tow your car.

Formerly Big O, this business is all you look for in mechanic: honest, competent, and reasonably priced. Theres very little they cant tackle at this point. One of the managers once told me that if the owner ever found out that an employee had talked a customer into buying a part he did not absolutely need, he would be fired on the spot. Gotta love that attitude!

Tire Factory is an excellent place to get most of your services done at a reasonable price. You cant find honest mechanics easily, but these guys have it down!

UPDATE: Garth the manager called me back to let me know the tires are in at 8:50am. Thanks but you already waisted our morning and my husband is now at work. Again told me he overheard me say evening. Blamed his salesman for says 8am and didnt know why he would offer that. But for someone who was listening to my conversation wouldnt you think as a manager he would correct his employee and say hey no its 9:30 not 8am? Told him we wont be in. That he waisted our day and time. And I got a flat tone sorry we apologize. I feel like he must say that a lot since there was no sincerity in his tone.We have used tire factory twice now. The first time was an okay experience but the second I am beyond upset with them. I went in and they found me two tires for a reasonable price. The guys offered me to come in at 8am to get them on first thing. I had said I couldnt due to work but my father who was standing right next to me said he and my mom would bring it in first thing. We left and he said we will see you in the morning. My husband decided he would head into work a few hours later so he could take the car in. He showed up at 8 only to be told that the tires were not there and that they werent expecting me to come until the evening (the guy who helped me wasnt there. The gentleman helping my husband who was there last night was helping other customers so he was just overhearing my conversation with the other salesman.) They also stated to my husband that the tire truck doesnt arrive until 9:30am. So 1.5 hours later than the guy told me I could come. So why would 8am even be an option? So now they have waisted my husband morning where he could have gone into work and werent very apologetic to the situation. They just placed all the blame on me. I called to speak to a manager but he was to busy to talk. When I told the gentleman on the phone that we wouldnt be coming in for the tires and that they waisted our day he said we apologize and hung up.The first visit I would easily give 4 starsThis visit before they didnt have my tires I would have given the sales guy a 3.5 star and based the rest on the install. So since no install will be happening we give them 1 star. And thats just because the first time was good. We will no bet back to tire factory. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service or care we received this morning.

Ive been going here for years and they have always taken great care of me. The last time I came in for a free tire rotation they said I needed new brakes because the calipers had worn them unevenly. When I pointed out they had put those brakes on not too long before that time, they went to bat for me and convinced their vendor to give me new ones, even though they were just out of warranty. And then they put the new brakes on without charging me for any of it. I really appreciated that.

Whenever I am in need for tires or service, I go here. The manager, Garth, is excellent to work with and is always willing to get his hands dirty to help out. The staff work hard on getting your vehicle taken care of in a timely manner so you don’t have to wait forever. If you want good service, no pressure, and get a good deal, come here first!

THEY DO MANY MORE THINGS BESIDES TIRES! These guys went out of their way to take care of us when my daughter was stranded down the block from their store. We ended up needing our fuel pump replaced. They go above and beyond. I have been back several times since then, and I have not been disappointed. A couple times they even looked at my pickup and help me resolve things without charging me.

After purchasing 4 tires with Centerville Tire factory, I had to bring one back for a road hazard warranty . I guess the fact that Garth found any excuse to not honor that warranty was bad enough,. But his cocky attitude was completely inappropriate.I took the tires to Paul at the Bountiful location . Wow,. What a difference. They were polite and actually showed that they cared. I have 4 cars in my house and many double axle trailers. At least 30 tires to maintain. Centerville Tire factory will never replace a tire for me again.
