We bought a new GMC Acadia 2021 .( 1st time took it in ) we purchase some extra accessories for our new GMC mud flaps , floor mats , cargo net , cargo area shade , paint protection , interior protection . We got the gold star treatment .( 2nd Time ) We found some issues with the vehicle . Talk with Tom Spears New Sales and Ken new sales manager they we’re glad to take care of it . My wife was introduced to Andrew Heller Service advisor . He took care of all the issues we have . My wife ask for his Business card because she was so please with his Great job . I can’t take time to get the vehicle service myself, I am working . I believe I will not have to worry about them taking a vantage of my wife because she’s a female . Andrew treated my wife professionally . I would like also to give big thanks to the Service technicians that took care of my vehicle . We got the gold star treatment again . I wish had the names of the service Technician . So that they get some Recognition for a greet job they do .

2021 GMC Sierra 15001400 miles took it here because I was having transmission problems, was leaving my driveway and the truck started to smell like burnt rubber and a very strong smell of burnt transmission fluid... had it towed to the service department who said they had “checked it out” they did drive it but couldn’t duplicate the issue.. I told them to check the transmission fluid because once ATF is burnt it always smells like that.. they basically did a PDI inspection and sent me on my way.. vehicle still shifts hard @ 5,000 miles. I can assure you they didn’t check the transmission fluid because it’s a sealed transmission I looked under the car and none of the bolts were touched..3200 miles the A/C goes out.. they replaced the compressor and belt sent me on my way5200 miles A/C goes out.. I am still waiting to pick my truck up thank god they gave me a loaner..Staff is not very friendly at all I called asking for the service manager and was deflected to “just bring the truck in we will fix it” I’ve made 2 truck payments and it’s been at the dealership 3 times now.. I will find a more friendlier dealer to take my truck to from now on..

Came to dealership after warning showed up on dash of low battery. Car was not quite 3 years old, I was concerned as it was a Saturday morning when I saw the message. Taken care of promptly. Service was excellent.

Andrew the service writer took me right in when I had a screw in my tire. While there I told him my brakes had a slight squeal when pressing gently on the brake pedal. He heard the noise, got a mechanic to look at it, and fixed it immediately. I bought this car from them as a certified auto a month earlier, and they stood behind their vehicle without hesitation. Great job!!!

Bob Ross GMC Service exceeded my expectations again! For this particular service department visit, I was on a very tight time schedule and required the scheduled service to be completed by a specific time. I informed Mathew Griffin of that requirement at the onset of the appointment and he came through for me. They did the required service and even wash my car without me asking them to do that. Big THANKS to all the Bob Ross Service Department employees!!!

I was very upset with the service. I dropped my car off for 3 days, I wanted my interior cleaned. I had this same service about 2 years, and was very pleased with the service and cleaning of my car. When I called to see if my car was ready to be to up, the manager reported, they refused and declined to do the job. I couldn’t believe it; because, I had the exact same service done at the exact same place. I explained, I have 3 boys, and that is why the interior is messy. I also explained, I have been working numerous hours at hospitals taking care of COVID-19 patients. The manager, did not care, and said; “they have a right to refuse a job.” The manager was very rude. This was such a terrible and upsetting experience. I picked up my car; cleaned it in 45 minutes.

We were very pleased with the service and price at Bob Ross. We bought a used BMW from them a while back and the service department there is equipped to maintain the vehicle, even though it is not a Buick/GMC. Great people, customer service and prices.

The service department is fantastic and very attentive to your needs. On December 4, 2019 I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer, the salesman did a great job, was very understanding about this being the first vehicle that I have purchased by myself. The problem came when I was taken to the finance department, James (I cant remember his last name) anyway he made me feel rushed the whole time. He never went line by line to explain what exactly I was signing or why I was signing---he just kept saying sign here, initial here, sign here and it wasnt until I went to the tag office that they pointed out to me that they had charged me $108.00 for tag and title. Now I have a perfectly good tag that I could transfer to the new vehicle but James never asked me about it, he was just in a hurry to get me out the door ASAP. Purchasing my first car by myself wasnt what I expected but hopefully this vehicle will last a long time.

Dropped car off for a scheduled oil change appointment at 9:30, used shuttle to get home, good experience. Called dealership at 1 to get the car, service representative said it wasnt done yet. Asked if it could be done by 1:30, he said yes. I got there at 1:40 and waited 15 more minutes for it. Its an oil change, so they obviously didnt start it until I called. Very friendly, but time should be met or at least communicated better. Price for oil change is very good compared to even cheap companies like Monro or NTB.

Made the call that my Buick had an engine light on, gave them the code and immediately they verified my manufacturer warranty, picked up the car and completed the repairs, a day earlier than expected, then had my car back in my driveway. Wonderful, courteous, professional and pleasant experience!

I dropped our car off on a Friday and went to pick it up on a Monday. I was told it would be done at 12pm Monday. It was a 2-4 hr repair. I showed up at 11:30 and they told us it would be an hour. Came back and hour and a half later and it wasnt done. We are still waiting at 3pm. They havent figured out the parts they used to bill us. Nobody has kept us updated except by telling us it will be a few more minutes every half hour.
