I cant say enough good things about the staff at this location! We are Sprint customers, and 3 of the 4 phones on our family plan have been experiencing service interruptions since the merger with T-Mobile. We have been to 2 other T-Mobile locations to try to fix the issue, but were not really given a straight answer as to how to go about it. After coming to this store, we will never go anywhere else! Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with regard to customer service. We worked with Carlos and his manager Samantha. They had a clear understanding of the situation, answered all of our questions and took the time to find us the best options for replacement phones. It is evident that the staff here cares about helping their customers. I highly recommend this store!

If I could give this store a 10 star review, I would. I cannot speak more highly of Samantha, Carlos, and Jason for all their help. After several bad experiences at other stores - Jason and his team were able to properly sort out my sticky situation.They all went above and beyond for me - Jason even provided his personal cell phone number for me to contact at any time of the day in regards to help, issues, or questions. Very thankful they were able to solve my issues quickly and efficiently. This has become the only T-Mobile location I will be going to. In addition, these three individuals will be the only individuals I look for in the future regarding advice. I’d highly recommend this store and their employees to anyone in need of assistance. Thank you again to these three for all you’re hard work and patience!

I am a sprint customer, but since sprint is now T-Mobile I recently visited this location for 2 separate issues regarding my sprint phone. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, spending as much time as needed to address my issues.

Went here after going to another t mobile location. We were unable to get phones today because we are from Sprint. But Andy, the associate that helped us was very attentive. He called multiple stores to see about the phones we wanted. Although it wasnt the outcome we wanted, the experience was a good one. For any of your T Mobile needs I highly recommend this location. The staff is much nicer than other locations.

I spent almost two hours trying to make what I thought would be a fairly simple transaction-exchanging my broken phone for a duplicate phone. It took almost two hours to download from one phone to the other. I stood at the counter while I waited. No place to sit. Not even an offer of water. Customers came in and got free items and I just stood there waiting. They could have suggested I leave and come back since I didn’t anticipate such a long wait. I asked for a manager but none was working.I left tired and frustrated. When I went home it still had not fully downloaded. The associate said I was in too much of a hurry! This is the second time I’ve gone there and gotten poor service. I will drive further than to return to that place.

Needed to pick up a SIM card to activate a phone. They were very friendly and helpful, and got me out very quickly. Always have had good experiences at this store.

Kofi from centereach was absolutely AMAZING! He was polite, courteous and extremely patient. He took his time explaining so that I fully understood what I was signing myself up for. I even observed his interactions with other customers, and it is evident he is not only knowledgeable about his work, but tries his absolute best for his client to make sure they leave that store happier than when they came in. I will continue to travel all the way from Centerport, Long Island all the way to Centereach ONLY because I felt I was in good hands and couldTruly trust Kofis advice. Awesome service!! Nick C is the best! Been disgusted with Verizon for some time now and happened to be in this T-Mobile with a friend to upgrade her phone. Asked Nick some questions and could deff tell he knew what he was talking about. Came back the following day with my bother to switch over and Nick once again was professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention extremely patient. Due to a credit freeze it took some time for the application to go through but Nick was patient, courteous and just all around awesome to deal with. I will be recommending this location to everyone! All of the staff are super friendly and as an office manager, I know the importance of customers feeling valued and being treated well. Nick goes above and beyond. Make sure you hold on to him and give him a raise!! Thanks again Nick :)

Karina helped us today and was nothing short of amazing the whole time and never left our side. There was another women who worked here with glasses working in the backroom screaming for the whole store to hear. Made us a bit uncomfortable.

Very knowledgeable of the phones in question, and the transition of one company to another was smooth and fast. I would recommend.

If you live in the area, don’t go to any other store for T Mobile assistance. They are so quick, knowledgeable, and friendly here. Rachel and the manager too were awesome and cleared up all the confusing opinions we got from other stores. Great Customer Service!

Your refusal to serve someone who medically cannot wear a mask has resulted in your loss of a $2,000 phone sale.

Called the store and talked to Lewis to see if they had a particular color of a phone in stock at this location. He said hed look and put me on a quick hold. After a minute or two, he told me he was going to go look and put me back on hold. After another five minutes on hold, I decided to see how long Lewis was going to keep me on hold. After 28 minutes on hold, I decided to call back and figure out why he kept me on hold for half an hour for something that should probably take a minute or two to figure out. Got the answer within ten seconds of calling back. That doesnt inspire a lot of confidence that things inside the store would go any better.

Went there two days in a row to get a SIM card. Horrible customer service. Still no SIM card. Place is a joke. Never going back.

Ask for Keenen if you want the best service. He goes way above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. He truly cares about his customers and providing the best service he can!!

The young girls in the store were cute flirting with my dad. He got his issue resolved. It made him feel special, but very inappropriate as if they were in competition for a date. On a reality show for cash. Just unprofessional. But my dad was happy so, I guess it wasnt that bad.

Thanks the sun they opened a new store at Smithaven Mall. This store is beyond horrible. Either you go on three and wait hours to do the simplest tasks or you get hypothetical problems that dint even exist. I went in to jump up to the S7 Edge and the girl helping get giving me examples of why I might not be able to, simply because the phone I was leasing had a number associated with a different account. I kept explaining how I had already jumped twice before and I had no issue, but she insisted that it might not work due to the phone being on a different account. I explained again that the phones payment was on the account we were looking at and its IMEI would be associated with the payment. After 15 minuets of explaining to her how it works(this is her job not mine) I decided to go to the mall where I was in and out in 15 minutes, phone ordered and on my way.

I brang my phone to T-Mobile 3 times after I got their plan because it wont send texts I can only receive texts. Every time they just give it back saying they dont know the problem... Are you serious. I havent been able to send a text in about 2 months!!

Walk in, and they tell me theres an HOUR wait until someone can talk to me? An HOUR WAIT? Maybe you should have more than one person working the store? Walked out and went to Verizon. They helped me right away with a new phone.
