Beware. Used to come here when a woman owned it and now its owned by new owner.Horrible customer representative, rude and not helpful. I purchased a phone and had for 13 days. Phone would not work, dropped calls, and sounded like I was under water. Basically told me Im stuck w it and couldnt help. He threw a piece of paper down and told me not his problem. I would not buy a phone from this place. He wants your money and will not help if any issues w the phones you buy from him. Would not recommend this location at all! Would definitely go to another location.

I had a great experience at Metro PCS. The guy that works there (Mike) helped me with everything I needed and was super nice. I recommend anyone looking to save money to go to Metro PCS.

The nice woman there is what I consider top of the line in her work. She knows her stuff and is a wonderful saleswoman Im defiantly going back when I need a phone again or some accessories for my phone. And I defiantly recommend going out of your way to go to this store instead of other metro stores that may be closer. Such wonderful service. Thank you!

Guy terminated my contract and tried to get me to pay to reactivate it, I called up corporate and they fixed it for me, but I wouldnt go here under this new management

Very surprised to see the reviews, I went there a few times because its the only one close by me. Each time I was charged for an item I knew nothing nor agreed on purchasing. Talking about the girls that work there, the girls are ok and helpful, however, the older women who seems to be the owner always over sale you something that most likely at any other stores you would be asked if you want to purchase. She just makes it seems as if the item comes with the phone you buy, then only later on you find out it was another charge when you can buy it for much less online for example. I swore I will never go back there plus warn others.....

Also surprised by the reviews. I called this location to ask a few very simple questions about phones, I need to replace my Samsung phone. The lady at the store seemed downright annoyed with me wanting to give my money to the store. She literally told me to go search google (which I had for hours, obviously. I just wanted to know which Samsungs they had). How incredibly rude. Her: We have two Samsung phones. Me: Which do you have? Her: We have lots of brands, youll have to go to the website to-... Me: No, I mean which Samsung models? You just said you have two... Etc. etc, totally pulling teeth. You would have had me on the phone for LESS TIME AND sold me a phone by simply offering helpful advice.

The young woman who assisted us was awesome! Switched our phones, easy peasy!
