Starbucks is great but I had an exceptionally good experience with an employee named Ivan. He was very attentive to my specific order needs and made the best customized drink I’ve ever had. Kudos to the manager who hired him as well! Will only come back to this Starbucks from now on!

This has to be the most popular Starbuck around. We dont come here very often since we dont live around this store but just saying, it is the most friendly and efficient one. Plenty of room to sit and socialize or putter on your computer. The only issue since I am handicapped is the parking. Thier spots are at the front door but their drive thru goes right by them and you can not access. Wish they could move the line either from another direction or paint a line behind the handicapped park as so not to block the spaces. Other than that a great Starbucks.

I had never gone to this location before. The person taking my order was very nice but couldnt figure out how to use my stars to get my discount. She also put my order in incorrectly and it was a very simple order of only one drink with nothing fancy. Im sure they would have made it right, but I was on my way to an appointment and running late and didnt have the time to address it with the staff. They did make my order very quickly though, so theres that!

Super disappointed in this Starbucks today . I ordered a grande white mocha and a ham and Swiss croissant. I got my order and my coffee was in a grande cup and wasn’t even filled half way with coffee !!! I use this Starbucks all the time I’ll probably just start going to the one closer to my work .

This is the best Starbucks out there! The staff is incredible. Every time you walk in the door someone behind the counter says hello! Each team member has great customer service skills. And they are fast!

This Starbys had such sweet drive thru staff. We went early morning, and everyone was so chipper.

Love this Starbucks. I had a lady that was so extremely friendly and she just made me day much better! Only improvement is where the drive through line starts as it gets very backed up and you can easily miss the order station as it’s in an odd spot.

Just an overrated coffee shop now. McDonalds could do the same thing unless you want an overpriced day old air dried out sandwich.

This Starbucks location has a diverse generational atmosphere, but lacks an ethnic one. However, it is still one of my favorite locations because it has a cozy, friendly, not uppity, non-corporatist feel.

My visit to Starbucks today was a complete disaster. I ordered a drip coffee, a blueberry scone and a banana nut bread. They served the banana bread to me frozen. The batista defended that by saying that it just came off the truck. Im still trying to figure out that logic. When I got home I found that my scone too was cold. My coffee was the topping of it all. They had filled the cup so high that when I took off the lid to drink it a substantial amount spilled all over my table. I cant imagine how a simple order went so wrong.

I dont usually come to starbucks. I am a dunkins girl from Boston. I was already having a bad day and was deemed coffee girl at work plus it was raining (i hate the rain).. I walked in and everyone greeted me and it didnt seem forced at all. They all seemed genuinely happy to see me. Once I ordered the lady said Sydney is going to need a tray for that super sweet. As I waited for my drinks I got to chat with a few of the baristas they were all so nice. As I was leaving they all said bye sydney have a good day! As if they were my friends and id see them tomorrow. Well they actually will see me tomorrow because I plan to go back. They also spelled my name right which never happens. My name is usually brittany at places like that. You all made my day so much better!Thank you sooo much to the starbucks team! You all killed it even with the drive thru line that wrapped around the building! I cant wait to see all your smiling happy faces tomorrow!

I love the working environment and the staff is great. My only complaint is that they sell Vanilla milk, which is truly the disappointment of a lifetime. It tastes like milk wasn’t sure if it should turn sour or sweet, so it did a little of both.

Lord this is the slowest Starbucks ever. The parking lot is a nightmare and we all just sit watching one car order and receive their order at a time.

Opted for the drive through service today, always happy with the cheerful server.....

The workers are very polite and friendly, but this locations drive thru is a death trap. this location is too busy for the small line they have, and the fact that the exit goes through the line is horrible.

Noisy but have good couches in the corner with glass walls through which you can see the sky and outsides. You can sit, do nothing and relax for a long time here...Great place to collect your thoughts or read a book... Wish they would switch off the lights during the day.. The lights slightly ruin the ambience but thats just me...

The baristas need to learn the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. The former is equal thirds ya dolts

I go to this Starbucks quite often as it is located near the place where I live. Its probably the best coffee shop Ive ever been to. The staff is serving drinks and food quickly and with a smile. I love this place and keep coming back here again and again.

I have been here several times. It is a busy place. Service is friendly and the coffee and tea is hot.I go here for business meeting but many people come here to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee.

I stop by every morning before work and usually fast, friendly service. Today my drink had been messed up twice, but the manager was kind enough to refund me and offer a gift card for next time. (I otherwise havent had them mess up any of my drinks before, may have been an off day).

It wasnt great as it seemed like they couldve had more help..like ALL Starbucks.. But then my coffee and breakfast slipped from my hands and many employees rushed to clean and make/get me new food and drink.. I appreciate those people.

I love this Starbucks. It’s always crazy busy but they hold it down. The only disappointing part was today, my cashier Kenma I think, had her phone at the register while I was ordering.She checked it twice and even typed on it a few times in between plugging my order into the computer.I know a rogue employee does not represent the store because I have never had an issue at this location! And I truly do love them.But there’s always something disappointing about a cell phone being brought out and it taking precedence over your customer service.

Been going here after moving away from the DTC. Sure the people here are nice but they’ve made my drink order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve come here. The drink order is printed clearly on the label for everyone to read.Also, they don’t understand how to make some of the drinks they offer.

Ordered 6 sandwiches. They were able to produce 1 in about a half an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand being busy. But, blatantly disregarding food orders and proceeding with a couple dozen coffee orders instead is just not acceptable. I left with one sandwich. They can keep my $30.00 for the other 5 sandwiches. Not worth my time.

Paige the barista is the ACTUAL best human Ive ever met in a Starbucks! Terry is sweetest human Ive met here. Kelsey is so competent andkind-hearted, she literally made my day. Unlike every other Starbucks in town, I can actually come to this one after work and enjoy a small relaxed crowd. The staff is always phenomenal and friendly. It feels like the neighborhood coffee shop you always want to walk into on a brisk autumn afternoon.

I went in last night and the barista greeted me as soon as I walked in. Super friendly place! There was a elderly man who talked this one baristas ear off and she was very polite and engaged him with a smile. He made some inappropriate comments but she was very kind and continued to do her job. Shows what good, polite, responsible, caring and driven employees work here. I haven’t had one bad experience here. Family friendly place. Will definitely come here more often. The manager knows what she’s doing. Love this Starbucks. Way better than other Starbucks in the area!

Went to this Starbucks yesterday. Very good customer service. Bright and open place. This is a Starbucks with a clover machine so they have reserve coffee, which I love.

Everyone here was miserable, rude or both except Karen. It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, so maybe they were just bitter about working on such a perfect day. Karen took my order twice and was very friendly both times.

I like this location because its close to where I live but everytime I come to this Starbucks my shots are burned and my drink taste terrible. The only time my drink taste good is if its a tea, and they are usually out of stock.

Baristas joke around and seem to have a good time but get the work done quickly, always talking to customers. Drinks taste good and are quick. I’m a regular here at my local starbucks so of course will be coming back soon.

Horrible customer service. Was waiting a little bit while someone even acknowledged me while I was waiting for them to take my order. Then my black ice tea was made wrong.

Food is always good. Customer service so, so. Espresso is drinks is always brunt. Someone really needs to train these people!
