The repair work done on the bumper was phenomenal by Service King. It looked better than when I got the car three months ago. Andrew was in constant contact with me via text on the progress. I needed to have the job done on the date promised, and even though there was a delay with another part, they still managed to complete the car on time. If I need work done on my vehicle (which I hope that it will be a very long time), Ill take it to Service King.

These guys over here try to take advantage of their customers, won’t explain anything, and never get anything done on time. They were the highest estimate we received with the longest amount of time to fix. Super rude, finding a more professional shop is recommended.

Zero stars if I could. Zero stars to USAA as well for recommending this hovel of incompetence to me. Despite their cheery rep calling from what I think was an Arizona area code, assuring me they could handle the mechanical damages to my vehicle from a recent vandalism, I’m left waiting about a month, maybe a little longer to get my car back. Might I add, no updates on my vehicle status from them and their shop telling me to call my insurance company for status updates when I would call them to see what the status was. Here’s the thing, these guys didn’t bother doing anything other than just looking at it and saying “I don’t know”. No fluids drained and checked seeing as both the transfer case and transmission were full. They didn’t even bother hooking up an OBDII scanner to see if the ECU/PCU were throwing any error codes. Yes, the telltale tape I place on my OBDII port prior to leaving my vehicles at any shop was completely untouched (suspected damage to transfer case and extension housing internals from someone throwing an electric scooter in front of me while driving). Either way, after getting my vehicle back, took me about 2 hours to pull and confirm what they couldn’t do in over a month. Should have gone with my gut upon meeting my service rep, Andrew Blashaw, that this was a shop full of mechanic rejects who think solving a check engine light is done by removing the bulb for it. Seriously, these guys should be forced to plant trees for the rest of their lives. The oxygen they steal from productive members of society is a slap in the face to us all…

Do not take your car here! Seriously, do not let these people touch your car. Take it to literally any other repair shop. First off, they put non OEM parts on my car when I told them specifically that I would pay the difference to have OEM parts. The communication was terrible and had I seen an estimate before they did the repair, I would have told them, again, do not use non OEM.Secondly, they damaged 3 of my brand new wheels due to poor mounting. Instead of replacing my wheels completely that THEY damaged, they only offered to send them out for repair. Awesome, just more time inconveniencing the customer, meaning I wont be able to drive my car in that time. This shop damaged 3 of the 4 wheels that I had them mount. They should be embarrassed for providing such a low quality of service.I hope this location isnt a reflection of Service King as a whole because this has been a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Service staff was great to work with. James Anderson kept us informed of the vehicle repair progress on a daily basis. We got hail damage on our 2017 Tesla. My husband and I were so impressed that the work was completed in ONE week including the windshield replacement. Would highly recommend this facility.

What a remarkable and professional experience at the Centennial Co location. Rich was my production manager. Outstanding customer service with real attention to detail. Excellent prep work, no skimping of proper steps and a lifetime guarantee on their work.I went to Caliber Collision for another need on my car several years ago and my paint popped off the same week! They said it was rock chip damage. It wasnt. I now learned they did not properly prep my car for paint. I learned my lesson.I am THRILLED with my results!! Top notch customer service! Anderson helped us get our vehicle back on the road within days from our accident. He took care of us above and beyond as he fought for our vehicle not to be considered totalled. We took our car into this location for a repair after a fender bender. They quickly took care of all the work and we had our car back within the week with a warranty for the paint and all the body work. A few days ago we noticed the light on the damaged side was going out and called Service King about repairing it under warranty. They verified the warranty and within days had the part ordered and ready to be replaced. They are truly exceptional and I would recommend them for both their work and warranty to anyone who has been in a collision!

Brian (my service adviser) was amazing and professional. Even when we had a slight hiccup in the services due to an issue with the door handle he made sure that everything was taken care of. (The manager was also involved and took care of the small issue. I dont recall his name but he rectified the issue, which included ordering a part, following up with myself and making sure my vehicle was in top notch condition.)In addition, the vehicle looks better than before my accident. Workmanship looks great and there is a lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. My service adviser was Brian, who was very professional, articulate and thorough from the beginning to the end. In addition, the front office staff was really nice. This included Scott, when went out of his way to ensure that my customer service expectations were exceeded. Thank you very much Brian and Scott.

Had my vehicle repair by Service King. Was good in the past but i dont know whats going on now.1st vehicle: Scheduling and contacting was easy and smooth. Repair and service was top notch at the time.2nd vehicle: I called over 10 times now (at different hours each time morning/afternoon) because I wanted to go through Service King again. I just called 15 minutes before I left this review. Each time I called no one picked up the phone. I decided to go elsewhere, because the competitor next door picked up each time.Would be 5 stars if they would pick up the phone.

After receiving a quote to fix a dent in my cars driver side door, I scheduled the work. I then received a call from the representative and stated that the quote was in error and that he would need to re-quote the work. I received a new quote that was $1,100 dollars more than the original one. Slimy and shady, two good adjectives to describe this place.

They will add as many things as possible to the bill, whether they need to or not. Computer says replace that, it looks brand new (and it was) but the computer said so, so I guess we cant just not do that.They padded the bill so much my car got totaled out by insurance and now I have no car and since that was my income no income.If youre looking for quality mechanics who wont price gauge, or nickel and dime you to death Id look elsewhere. If price is no object you just want it fixed and you dont Care when or what it costs, then I guess maybe here could work but why patronize crooks?Ill never be back or send anyone here ever again.

We dropped our car off on Wednesday and they initially stated they would try to have it done by Friday or beginning of the following week. Well they contacted us the next day and the car was ready. The work looked great and they even vacuumed and detailed our car. We were very pleased with our experience from Service King.

With the company promises you that they can have it done in a week as long as you get it to them first thing Monday morning and you show up first thing Monday morning and they look at you and say we would never promised that who promised you that? I don’t recall who promised me that it’s taken me since November 2018 to put aside a week to get my truck repaired. My truck is my office and my livelihood. I just left and will try to reschedule at another repair center. Thank you for wasting my time Service King!

I had a great experience here, All State referred me and Sterling took over from there i was expecting a one month repair and got my car back in 2 and a half weeks and it looks like nothing ever happened to it, my vehicle is a 2009 Infinit G37, not the easiest cars to work on but wow they did incredible and i will always return there for any more body work in my future with this or any other car i own. Thank you especially to Brian for keeping me informed at all time as to what the status of my repairs were i really appreciate all the hard work they did;.

This place needs some serious help. I was told by, who I am guessing is the manager, that he would call me as soon as my car hit the shop... Never got a call. This wasnt quite a bother to me, but I called them just to make sure everything was running well, and it was, so I asked how close to the quote they were going to get. Now, I understand that theyre not going to call about every dime that it will be over, but they were over the estimate by 25%. Are you kidding me? And then, as if I needed more to complain about, they didnt call me on the day they said my car would be done. So I call the next day. It was done two days before, and they failed to call and tell me that it was ready.TL;DR - Dont use this place if you want integrity from the shop working on your car. And as a side note, shame on Allstate for recommending this establishment so high.

Dont ever take your car here. Nobody here knows what they are doing. Long story short its been over a year and they still trying to get my back door the way it was. First off they broke my back windshield wiper and try to say it was like that but they replaced my whole back hatch. So why would you not replace my windshield wiper. After fighting to get that fixed it kept going out. After my 4 trip there they finally said ok we will fix it. However, they kept taking my inside door panel off to the point where my pins that hold them in got stripped and my panel continuously fell off. Had them fix it only for them to put the wrong pins in and the same problem continued to happen. Then the panel above brake light is magically missing. Assume it fell off while driving. So I go back and these incompetent guys say well it look like some impact but no marks or anything to prove. Now they are saying I have to pay. Again please dont send your car to these people off you want it done right. Go to the competitors

The rep I was given was late for our 1st meeting, huge when you schedule work around meeting someone ON TIME!!!Carla was not helpful at all thoughout the process especially when it came time to remove items from my car; she told me I had a couple of days to get my stuff, which wasnt going to happen due to timing, and come to find out that my insurance couldnt even get them to release the car after 2 weeks of its scheduled pick up because I had to authorize it!!! First of all she could have picked up the phone or emailed me to let me know I had more time to get my stuff and second Im not sure why she needed my release when she already knew my car was being totaled and my attempts to go get my stuff out of my car??? Thats like adding fuel to the fire. Worst experience!!!

On Jun 30, talked to Pam to schedule my repair and was given an Aug. 1 appt. Brought my car on July 31 and I was helped by Rob Stynski. To my disappointment, Rob said I was not on the board. But thru his persistence, he researched and found that the part for my vehicle was already received. With the help of Gary, they said that they will honor my appt. and will try to work it in despite their busy schedule. Rob was professional all throughout the process and was sorry for the scheduling mix-up which was not his fault. The shop finished my car in 4 days with excellent workmanship. This review could have been a one star at the start but easily converted to 5 stars at the end. Good JOB !!!

Hate to post these reviews,Worst service ever I had in my life. My insurance All state recommended this place for repairs and gave me estimate of $4,100.00 and 9 days for repairs but instead they took one month 30 days and over $8,000.00 for repairs.Their service is very bad and General Manager never called me back despite of leaving two messages with their receptionist Bridget and talking to repairman Peter several times and making at least 6 visits to their place.Need less to say I am totally dissatisfied with their service and customer service. I will surely not recommend this to any body.I should have taken my black Lexus to the dealer but since Allstate Rep was sitting right their at the spot and highly recommended this shop.I do not want to say more than this.Surely sad and wont talk good about service king.Sohan L Bhatia,MD
