First off, the customer service was excellent they kept me informed the whole time. What really shocked me was that they were able to repair my bumper (which is no longer available) to such a pristine condition. You cant even tell it was repaired. Excellent, I would recommend them to anyone without a doubt and it is the only shop I will go to from now on.

Unfortunately, I was rear ended and the other parties insurance gave me a list. I chose this location. They took my car in told me the estimated time to be done. Which was about 3 weeks maybe a little more. They were efficient, fast, effective, professional, and gave exceptional service! They clearly love what they do! They called me every step of the way.. I NEVER CALLED ONCE!! Usually you have to call and call. They called me a week in a half earlier than the projected date of completio!!!!! Saying it was in the last stages and would be done! I was very impressed and told everyone about this exceptional service! I was utterly impressed with the HIGH QUALITY SERVICE! Here is the kicker they did a DEEP DEEP DETAIL INSIDE AND OUT! MY CAR LOOLED BRAND NEW ALL AROUND!! DEFINITELY BETTER THAN I GAVE IT TO THEM! Thats a quality you can barley find!!!! Whata beautiful company!!! Such a blessing to find a shoppe that cares and gives you the time you deserve! As for the rental company I wouldnt use enterprise... maybe I just had a bad experience or a one off!! Work was performed timely and efficiently!

My car received damage from someone who backed into it when it was parked so I had no choice in where it would be repaired. Their insurance uses Calliber Collision. I had never heard of them but was completely satisfied with their customer service and the repair of my car. I would recommend Calliber Collision to everyone!

Took a month and three weeks to repair my vehicle initially, after being rear-ended by another car on the freeway. When I received it back, numerous large items were missed, such as my drivers side seat frame was broken (if anyone had driven it during inspection, they would have felt this), the exhaust was as loud as an aftermarket Honda exhaust can (on a Volvo that is supposed to be very quiet), the alignment was pulling hard to the left (again, a test drive), and the plastic covers in the engine bay were left disassembled in the engine compartment.Thus it took another week to fix. After which, there was a rattle in the rear end that happened when braking and going over bumps that wasnt there before the wreck. When I brought it to the shops attention, they said it wasnt their problem and that I should take it elsewhere. So I did. And the third part mechanic found several things not assembled in the rear end that were in direct relation to the work the Caliber body shop did.The independent mechanic discovered that many things were not reassembled, which was causing the rear end rattles and thumps. The manager (Jon) got irritated with me that I didnt bring it back to him to fix, and had the independent mechanic fix it. I dont have that kind of time when I need my vehicle for my work and cant be bringing it back to them to yet again fix their shops shoddy workmanship, besides, at this juncture, I cannot trust the workmanship of Caliber. I gave Jon the opportunity to fix it, he was the one who said to take it to an independent mechanic as it wasnt from them....then he wants me to bring it back? No, sorry Jon, you had your shot and opportunity. I shouldnt have to yet again bring my car back to you after you already denied it, said it wasnt your issue, basically refused to help, when I knew something wasnt right with my car, and told me to take it elsewhere. That is a huge inconvenience to me. Customer experience is obviously not of Any concern to you, otherwise you wouldnt be having third party mechanics putting your poor workmanship and quality control back together. I will never take my vehicles to Caliber again. Worst Autobody experience I have ever had. Lack of workmanship, quality control, follow through, and care/concern for the customer.UPDATE: Jon did pay the independent mechanic for the items they had to fix and put back together from the work Caliber did. At least they made this right. Frustrating to have to go through this, but none the less, they took care of it.

Whenever it comes to a mechanic or a body shop I dont set very high expectations. I was however very satisfied with Caliber Collisions service. The service advisor was very helpful and easy to deal with. They fixed my car quicker than I had expected and I was satisfied with the quality.I recommend this place over body shops at car dealers in the area, dealing with whom is almost always horrible.

I had a wonderful experience with this Caliber Collision! Each and every person I interacted with was kind, understanding, and truly seemed to keep my best interest in mind. Chad was amazing at communicating with me daily about progress and his supervisor John was friendly, informative, and caring if Chad was unavailable. I was able to make an appointment to drop off my car less than 3 weeks from the day of the accident (faster than any other shop I called) The day after I dropped my car off to be repaired, I received a call from Chad who gave me an estimated completion date of 3 and a half weeks. Each day I received an update on the progress of my vehicle and that they were actively working with insurance to get financial aspects worked out. The weekend after I dropped off my car, I spoke with Chad about the fact I would be leaving town soon and would not be around to pick up my vehicle at the date they estimated. However, I never expected that to hurry the process, rather I was just letting them know we may have to work out arrangements to get my car. Instead, I received a call from Chad the next day that my car will actually be done in a few days!!! They stayed true to this estimate and I was back in my car one week exactly from the drop off date. I am so thankful and happy with my experience with this Caliber and will recommend them to all. This is also a convenient location as the enterprise is right down the street so I was able to easily get picked up to get a rental. Caliber even offered to return my car for me when I came to pick up my car. Such a huge help! Thank you to everyone at Caliber for making my experience as stress free as possible after the stress of getting in a car accident!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. Communication was initially good and the project was timely, but as soon as you leave the parking lot expect zero help and no customer service. I had an issue just minutes from leaving the shop and the response from this staff was to take it somewhere else, they are not responsible, and they are not willing to help. Ill never go here again. It was the worst response I have ever received after communicating what ended up being a simple problem that Discount Tire actually fixed for free in less than 5min.

The BEST experience I have ever had. ALL of the staff was very friendly and asked any and all questions I had. When I brought my car in for the estimate Armando Alex was very quick but thorough was able to order many of the part before I brought the car in to be fixed. With that being said they had my repairs done in roughly 48 hours. They cleaned the outside of the car (to be expected) and detailed the inside of the car. I work late (after Caliber Collisions hours) and Alex offered to stay late so I could pick up my car that day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Caliber was great! I was hit by a USAA customer. While USAA was terrible and never communicated with me, caliber stepped up in their absence. They called me regularly with updates on the status of my car, saved my decals and even detailed the inside of my car for me!!

Place to go if you have collision damage. PERIOD. Long waiting period for estimate is only thing that bothers me. They must be very busy. I choose this location based only on proximity to my work place. I did not have any previous experience with collision and insurance before. They helped me through repair process .CHAD rules. Received a quote for a broken passenger side mirror at $800 dollars! Tech said the price is so high due to the difficulty of removing and replacing the mirror. Said all sorts of things as to why it is so difficult.Ended up researching and buying a mirror online. The replacement was incredibly easy. Took less then an hour and total price? $145 dollars.WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. SHADY!

When you are given a customer complaint about their personal vehicle you should start with their problem. Not with charging them for something unrelated because thats the process im not a fan of doing negative reviews but this needed to be said. Taking my vehicles problem somewhere else that is starting with the problem as Ive mentioned

I used this repair shop twice and had an acceptable experience even though on both occasions they tried to charge for extras not included in the original quote. On the third time I took in my second car and was given a quote of $1077 which I accepted and left my car a couple of days later with a promise of completion in 4 days. After 2 days they called and said there was a mistake and the repair would be $500 more. I refused and requested that they honor their quote. They declined but finally offered to split the difference. I offered to pay an additional $100 but they refused. I picked up my car having done without it for 2 days and gotten no repair.

Dont waste your time here, crooked, lazy, unprofessional!

Did a great job making my vehicle look like new again and got it done a lot faster than what was first estimated.

Chad went above and beyond! He kept me updated and the work was completed six days ahead of what was promised. Wonderful staff and a great company to work with on the claim.

This location wouldn’t work on my car because #1) I have a plasti dip paint job and. #2) because my car has a rebuilt from salvage title. Also they took off my bumper fender and my side skirt and left everything in worst condition then what the damage was done from my accident. These guys also lost the wiring harness for my fog lights. Trust me if you want your car done correctly DO NOT take your car to these guys. Customer experience isn’t very good either.

If I could give no stars I would. Wrecked my 94 Honda Accord. I was willing to pay out of pocket for the damages. They said it was totaled and would cost 6 to 7 thousand to fix without any kind of break down. Honestly dont think they wanted to fix it in the first place. Would never even think about dealing with these ppl again. Also never spoke with a mechanic but Im sure the secretary or whoever told me my car was totaled is very knowledgeable about cars.

One of USAA insurance holder hit my car and they told me to go to this place. I went there on Feb 26th and the woman sitting at front said earliest would be 28th Thursday morning at 8am. I went there 30 min ago and she said: I meant March 28th Thursday. Do I look like prophecy outside?? How can I know that and why would it take that much to get an estimate for a running vehicle with only damage on the rear fender? I hate this place. they stole my time and they are not even friendly. Also i used to gotten an estimate from this shop for my previous car and got it fixed from another shop. it was 1/3 of the price and most of the things that caliber said need to be replaced wasnt even true. just an FYI.
