Here is the deal I bought a vehicle from someone who must of shut off check engine light. There were so many underlying issues and the largest was a bad cylinder #5 I have never in my entire life had mechanics diagnose something so difficult from electrical issues to so many I can’t name. All I can say is they replaced my motor for 3,000 less than anyone else plus fixed my 4 wheel drive. No more shakes , rough running, this thing runs like brand new. The Owner was the most honest, and was determined no matter what to make me happy. He went above and beyond and even gave me a loaner vehicle. This shop is professional and fair and has earned all my business. It was a pleasure working with him. This place rates a high 10 in my book for costs , honesty , integrity & knowledge . What a great experience.I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Rather than previous oil change experiences that have tried to get me to buy the most expensive oil, windshield wipers, other things that I may or may not need, etc., the owner simply asked what kind of car I drove, told me exactly which one I needed, and it was complete in 20 minutes.The cost was great, $29.99, which is nearly 1/3 of what I paid at a different place previously, and while I waited I enjoyed great conversation with the owner.Finally, as someone who does not know much about cars, mechanics, etc., I found their service honest, which is refreshing.I recommend service here 100%.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, busy but fast and courteous. They inspected my truck and warmly accepted my dog in the passenger seat. They are COVID-19 attentive with complimentary hand gel and ample room to sicial distance if you please. The speed, accomodations, kindness, and professionalism is certainly five star worthy for a home town business. Good job

Emission tests and oil changes - easy and convenient. Both times I called and got same day service. Joe at the front desk is very informative and helpful. Super nice guy too. Offered a variety of drinks while I was waiting. Great place, great crew.

The first time I took my car to Grand Motorsports was for a busted plastic guard on the front bumper. I did not have an appointment, yet they came out right away and addressed my issue. Then they proceeded to repair it and didnt charge me for the repair! I had taken it to another auto shop in Cedarburg where they told me it was not repairable and were going to charge me $900 to replace it! I was sold on Grand Motorsports that day, and I will continue to take all of my cars there as long as I live in Cedarburg. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, customer-service oriented, and a convenient location. Five Stars for sure!

Wow, I called in asking for an emissions test and I was greeted by the most polite mechanic Ive spoken to all day! The young man at the front was also very nice and professional. Great establishment.

I pulled in with an electrical seat issue on a Range Rover. Grand Motorsports on the spot quickly assessed and resolved the issue. What could have been an “ ideal” situation to make a mountain out of a more hill and make an expensive repair. Instead the mechanic squeezed himself into a tight and hot mess to fix the problem...free of charge! Cementing my faith in small, honest, quality businesses. I without hesitation say that if I had brought my vehicle to Landrover they would’ve taken the seat out and replaced the motor and it probably would’ve taken a week at least.not to mention the thousands of dollars. I have also had brake work done here at a fraction of the cost as Landrover and equal or superior work.I absolutely recommend this shop and will definitely continue my business with them.

Not a lot of businesses are offering mandatory emissions testing anymore. I was very happy to hear that Grand Motorsports was! When I inquired, I learned that emissions testing is done on a first come, first serve basis as they do not take appts. for this service. The manager greeted me when I arrived & was very friendly and professional. The process took less than 10 minutes and my car was even sanitized after. I would highly recommend Grand Motorsports for your emissions testing needs... excellent customer service all around!Update: I came back to Grand Motorsports 4 months later and had another wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to fix a slow leaking tire for me by patching it quickly after I brought it in. It was also a very reasonably priced service.I will continue to return to Grand Motorsports for all of my vehicle needs as their customer service is far above exceptional!

I was a 1st time customer for emissions testing. They did it. The car passed but DOT insisted I needed to go thru Special Plates dept.for my new tags. Joe contacted them, got the phone number and address for me, saving me time hunting down the address on line. Two weeks later I went for an oil change. Joe and the owner were pleasant, social and the work done in a timely, professional manner. Definately will return in the future!

We just moved to town and wouldnt you know it we ran over a nail our second day in Cedarburg. Luckily this shop was just down the street! They got my car in first thing in the morning, patched the tire, and waved farewell with a happy: Welcome to Wisconsin!

I wanted to make you aware of the I received truly outstanding service here. The price of the oil change was great, especially compared to my past costs. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the service was timely. I would highly recommend.

I went for an emissions test and had a very enjoyable experience. The man who helped me wore a mask and was very understanding that I wanted to limit my exposures due to an immune compromised family member. He even wiped down everything when the test was done. They were quick, friendly, and professional. I would recommend!

Joe is a very nice guy and is doing a great job as one of the only emissions testing sites in Ozaukee County. We will definitely come back when our cars need service, oil changes, etc!

Sent my wife to have an alignment done that she scheduled for 9am. She showed up and was told they couldnt do it. They couldnt because the stall was being used. She tried to reschedule but the service tech lied to her face saying the truck would be to warm. Then proceeded to send her elsewhere

So I was driving with my family came from Florida to come and visit a family member in Grafton for the week check engine popped up on my vehicle my family advise me to Take to a auto care I took it to the nearest one they will be close to the hotel wish on stating At & the closest one was Grand Motorsport Very professional very caring my vehicle was there for a few hours and I had to do some stuff with my family and the owner from the shop actually gave me a loaner car which I have no problem very much Recommend this auto care have a nice day

This shop is a total joke in every way. Not only are they unprofessional. But they were not on time for anything. I have several messages over three days stating my vehicle would be done then something else came up. The day I was told it was being worked on I drove by later that evening my car had not been moved. My exhaust was cut to get to trans then welded and is now hanging down. My car is still slipping and Im pretty sure these guys dont care about safety considering they had me sit in the car on a lift.When I noticed my shifter was not working and said it eas beforeChad replied well its broke now.This shops a joke.
