They advertise/promotional pricing of U-Haul at 1995 is absolutely false advertisement. You are not walking away without that truck with less than $100 deposit and the truck over 70 miles an hour acts like a speed engine LOL I will never ever ever rent another truck from U-Haul again you’re a little customer service representatives had the nerve to tell me that I needed to call the corporate office to get a one-way rate Because they were far too busy to allow me a truck overnight. This explains the class action lawsuit going against U-Haul right now

1: Management told a worker to come in sick when he tried to call off. He was coughing and sneezing and I could tell he was sick from 10 yards away. I asked him if he was sick and he said yes and that he was made to come to work regardless. In case management isnt aware, that isnt acceptable anymore. For the safety of your employees and customers you should figure out your sick leave policy which should include paid sick leave for workers. Keep sick people home.2: I rented a 26 foot truck as far in advanced as uhaul allows. I show up to get my truck and theres 6, 26 foot trucks on the lot, 5 of them are new f650 super duty v10 trucks. The one I got was an old gmc with damage on every square inch and had 140k miles. I had to catalogue all the damage before taking it off the lot... i asked to just get a different truck but they said that wasnt possible, I called corporate and they said it WAS possible and they couldnt believe they didnt switch me trucks.This place has the potential to be great, it just seems that they just dont really care.

Perfect example of bate and switch: you get to see a clean unit without any issue. But, you cant rent that one. You can get one infested with bugs and a water leak. If you rent a unit, you have to pay extra monthly fee to have access your unit after 10pm. What a RIP off! Then, we found out theirs a hidden charge when renting their vehicles (only after hearing a customer complain about the extra $100 fee). We left and canceled our reservation for a truck and did not rent a unit. We will never use uhaul.

We had TERRIBLE customer service here. They gave us the wrong size units and tried to tell us they were right. Waited over and hour and a half for them to fix it.

This is a very clean and state of the art facility the staff was very helpful and helpful they showed me how everything works and made sure that the experience was very easy for me

I was charged an additional $20 fee for “after hours service” when I dropped the trailer off during normal business hours. I waited for someone to come out and assist me, but waited for 10+ minutes and no one came out so I left because I had things that were time sensitive that needed to be done. I also rented the trailer at 5 o clock at night and was told the trailer needed to be back at 7:30 the next morning because they accidentally gave me the ONE TRAILER that they had rented the next day. I was there at 7:23 for the record. I called to see what the fee was for, my call was redirected to the headquarters and the CSR told me a manager from that location would call me in the next 10 minutes. I never got a call. I will go out of my way to never rent a trailer from this location ever again.

The staff here ( in particularly Rachel) are amazingly helpful. She went so above and beyond her job details and got us into the perfect sized truck we needed to move, which saved us almost $75. She made me a customer for life

I only needed to help a lady unload a storage locker which was in fantastically brand new condition. The inside store looked decent and its a brand new building. Im sure its terrific

The main manager Linda is a professional yet nice Lady. I and family members rent from this location. We have had zero issues zero negativity from this team.

They did a great job in the middle of a rush. I got in at 4pm thursday got my storage and truck in just under 30 minutes. Got it back the next day in a rush and had checkout done in 3 minutes. Super friendly and on the spot. Thank you. Gave me peace of mind getting this done.

The trucks are nice but the employees are awful. When asking if we could possibly get a truck the next day the lady chuckled at us and had an attitude. She is an older woman with dirty blonde hair and raspy voice. Red skin and looks like an alcoholic. The heavy set guy that works there is nice.

We use U-haul frequently for jobs all over Iowa and the surrounding states, but this is hands down the best location we have ever used! Great employees! They are all about customer service! They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the service they provide! Not to mention they are friendly and they treat you like one of their own, not like youre just another customer!

Made a reservation with them 10 days in advance. On the day to pick it up they said it wasnt in their system at all. Offered no help or options other than to call the 1-800 number which wasnt even working at all.

Rented a 15 truck for a Friday at 3: 30 is with my understanding of renting it for 24 hrs. rental. Went to pick it up and paid the down payment of $100 , was told to have it back by 8:30 the NEXT MORNING. No discount what so ever! Guy was rude a heck.

Went and got a 10ft truck. One really tall white guy was very helpful, I dont remember his name. But thats all that was good. The lady manager is rude and just stands around. While this guy works his butt off. Pretty sad when the manager does way less work than the regular employee. He help 4 people while I was there and she didnt help a single one!! 3 stars to the guy who help me!!! Manager gets 0...

Told me vehicle lights were bad turns out was their tester then trailer tire had nail and had to wait hours for service even though they had other trailer at location

They don’t answer their phone. Customer service rather lacking- lots of chatting amongst one another while a long line of people are left to wait.

Went to rent a U-Haul to move some things. They didnt have the right adapter that would hook up to our truck then they told us we needed to go to another location to pick up an adapter so it would hook up
