I had an occassion to stop here while traveling from Denver, CO to Rochester, NY while leasing Penske equipment. I lost my deisel fuel cap after a fill-up and it was the closest Penske dealer located near where I lost it. This group of women were the best, most professional, courteous, and helpful group of people I have encountered anywhere in a very long time. They referred me to another location where I could get a replacement cap (at no charge), and even had their maintence supervisor back my truck and car tow out because I was unable to manuever it. If thats the kind of assistance they offer a weary traveler, I can only imagine the high quality of customer service they provide their Penske rental equipment customers and their storage customers. Makes me (almost) wish I was settling in Cedar Rapids so I could do more business with them. I highly recommend this place and the professional people that staff it. THANK YOU Deb and thank you Green Acres staff (and your maintenance guy). Your good will and great customer service got me to New York safely and with fuel in my tank. Best Wishes to you all! Originally I had posted that the truck wasnt clean. I apologize for that I was mistaken, they got the 1st one at uhaul. The one they rented the second time WAS from Penske. Clean, in cab and back, ran great no problems at all. Id rent from these folks anytime.

This is a super clean, well managed facility. The trucks Leary’s clean and fuel is full. John and Brad are outstanding and very helpful.Highly recommend Penske over haul garbage trucks! Additionally, the 16’ truck hold significantly more than a haul 15’ truck. The dopes at haul count the sliver of truck over the cab in the truck size and that is a joke.

My daughter was moving into her first apartment! My wife thought Uhaul would have something available. Think again. I told her to call Penske on J Street! They had a clean truck, a friendly staff and awesome customer service!!! Thanks again!!! The Litz family highly recommends you!!!

They came to my rescue when another, unnamed company cancelled my truck reservation at the last minute with no notice! They even agreed to match the price, and had me on the road in less than thirty minutes!! So thankful!
