Purchased my spa from Jeff @ Blue Lagoon a couple years ago. He was very informative and responsive during the buying process without being pushy at all. Prices were fair. Highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a spa.I have been back to the store on occasion (including today) to get my water tested and come up with a water treatment plan (always free of charge). Service is always prompt and friendly by the knowledgeable staff. Occasionally I purchase chemicals from the store when I stop by and have been pleasantly shocked that they are very reasonably priced.

Having owned several spas in different states, I can confidently say the team at Blue Lagoon is phenomenal to work with. They were there to help me from day one specing out my new spa location, to ordering the spa exactly as desired, to install/setup and post install support. They have been super helpful with post purchase support even staying late one night to make sure I was taken care of since I live far away. Top notch customer service. Definitely recommend! Love my new Caldera spa - the best spa brand!!

Purchased our Caldera hot tub from Jeff in Coralville, IA in December 2015. Very pleasant experience. Wasnt planning on buying one that day, but Jeff sold us with his knowledge. We did our research and thought we knew what brand we were going to purchase...but after sitting in several that day changed our mind. The two gentlemen that delivered and did the setup were great. Stephanie, from the Cedar Rapids office, came over the next day to go over instructions. She was also very knowledgeable on the hot tubs. There was some maintenance to learn but not that hard. Of course she was correct when she said youll be calling..... Everyone does... No matter what time we called her she always responded in a timely manner. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the Blue Lagoon Pool and Spa to everyone.Steve and Wanda Lawrence.

Excellent service, down to earth owners and staff. They truly care about you, the customer. What other company do you know that will open a brand new skimmer to sell you ONLY the pieces that you need and not try to sell you the entire product as a whole...None, that I can think of until now! Other business owners could really learn a thing or two from you guys. Best pool company in town! Dont forget the ice cream when you go in to visit them. LOL

We just had our pool installed at the end of 2016. So last summer we were newbies to the pool world. I have heard stories of having to be a chemist when it comes to getting your water right. Blue Lagoon made it so easy for us! Never had a green pool :) They are knowledgeable and very helpful!! Its great to have this kind of service!!

We so appreciate the team here. Whenever I want to double check and make sure our spa water is balanced I just run a sample in and they test it for me and tell me exactly what I need to adjust. They are so sweet!! I just wish they served drinks while they tested my water, maybe with little umbrellas in them :) I am so glad I bought from a local full service company!!!

Great storage experience! Storage room felt safe and clean, and the people in the office were easy to ask questions with if needed. Highly recommend!

After suffering through the past few years with several pool services offering hit and miss experiments regarding our water quality, we have finally gotten it right! Blue Lagoon is the BEST!!Stephanie and Breanna at Blue Lagoon were able to address water quality concerns and resolve our problems in short order. I LOVE my hot tub! We use ours every single day of the year--my favorite time is at night in winter when everythings cold out side but youre warm and you can look up and see stars that youve never seen before, because when else would you be out at night in winter long enough to star gaze?! Bliss! But its the people at Blue Lagoon really make the experience a great one. They know me by name before I even walk in the door, and they have great advice (I even had to call one of them in the evening after working hours to help me figure something out) and go above and beyond to help me enjoy my hot tub and get the most use out of it. Their kindness and generosity and general fabulousness make my day every time.

Great experience with Steph and everyone at Blue Lagoon! I chose them because of the reviews about their customer service and they lived up to those reviews. Steph answers questions via text straight away, and they helped us choose a spa and position in perfectly. So easy and fun to work with! And the spa is amazing! My electrician said that these were much better quality than most that he works on.

Answered all questions & assisted nicely with initial setup. We are using our hot tub almost every night!!! We are very pleased.

The whole process was just super easy. All the options were explained right up front. When we werent sure on color Stephanie called the Coralville office because they had just received a tub with the color we were interested in and got photos so we could see it in real life . The delivery was easy peasy - the crew was on time and friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards. The office staff has been great with answering questions from us since this is our first spa. Couldnt be happier with the results!!

You can buy chemicals from lots of places and I have. What I like at Blue Lagoon is the level of advice and expertise I get when I have problems with pool chemistry.
