I scheduled my basic facial and eyebrow wax last minute and received instant confirmation for my appointment! Amber was punctual and extremely professional with a contagious smile. I was honored to meet a few other staff members and Dynasty, who were all lovely. My first facial was satisfying and relieving! I haven’t been a person to get their eyebrows waxed but I absolutely recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, casual, timely pampering. Their ability to provide personable relationships is incredible! 100/10!

The owner Andrea was very professional and walked through each process with me, so I understood what she was doing and what was going on. I got a facial and eyelash extensions done before my birthday, and she did a fabulous job! The employees are also enjoyable. Dynastys House is a good company, and good vibes surround the environment. I enjoy going there and plan on doing so again in the future for services.

I found this place on google. I texted them and asked them do they know how to do bohemian box braids and i was told they do. The next day i came i sat for 6 hours and got my hair done. I had to get my son from school and the girl had just got done. Shortly after getting home i noticed that the braids was different sizes and a few other things i didnt like about it. In all it looked nothing like the puc i sent. I texted the owner and she let me know the stylist knew the mistakes she made and was very apologetic. She told me to come at 10 to get it fixed but i couldnt make it at 10 so the owner said i can come at another time however i didnt know the stylist was out of town at the time. When i got there the owner told me the stylist was out of time and said if i took my hair down she would flat iron my hair for free because i had an event to go to. So she flat ironed my hair for free the next day. I told her i would settle for store credit as long as i can get my hair done. I changed the style to a natural hair style and i asked for a different stylist. She said ok. We had an appointment booked and i said ok. But i had to cancel it 2 hours before the appointment. I let her know my off day but she said the stylist was booked. I let her know i couldnt wait 2 extra weeks to get my hair done because i was suppose to have if done the week before. I let her know that that meant i paid my money but still couldnt have my hair done and i felt it was unethical for her to keep my money if i couldnt get my hair done when i needed it done. She then made up a rile saying no refunds and that its her policy. I screenshot to her what it says on her websites and it said deposits are non refundable and i let her know i was okay with not getting the deposit back. She then switched it up amd said i had to pay her for the flat iron and she called it a silk press and it wasnt a silk press. When i seen how she started changing the policys i was over it and decided that i would handle matters my way.

Ive been to multiple waxing places in my life, and non were as fun and efficient like Andrea! She was helpful on how I can fix my microblading in the future, and I cant wait to go back! Thank you Andrea for the amazing work! (And also to your daughters cute bracelet artwork, I love mine)

Sky at Dynasty’s house gave me the best high light experience. I’ve never gotten them before and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Haven’t been to a salon in over 10 years and love my color job. Would go again in the future!
