I had to take my vehicle back for warranty on the paint job they did previously. The paint job they did started flaking off less then a year latter. Even though it was there workmanship that didnt hold up. I didnt ask for a rental car from them. I should of because they took longer than expected. After a week, I called to see when I could pick up my vehicle. I left a detailed message, no one ever got back to me. I stop in there that weekend and they havent even started on my vehicle. Since I originally had the truck painted, I moved a 100 miles away. So these trips are not convenient. Finally they called me a few weeks later, saying I could come get my vehicle. I told them I would be in on a certain Saturday. I made the 100 mile trip and no one was there do to the Derecho Storm. I get that the strom caused problems. I just feel like if they new I was coming in on Saturday and make a 200 mile round trip. They could have called me to let me know they wouldnt be there. I had them do some other work while they had the vehicle. They charged me $50.00 over the estimate. When I called back to ask them why, they said I could stop by and talk to them about it. Not over the phone.

Took a car that had an estimate of about $3000 to fix hail damage. 2 weeks later told its being totalled and estimate was almost $9000. Decide to buy car back from insurance. Go to pick up car, it wasnt ready cuz car wasnt put together. Why was the car even apart at all at this point? Then go back to pick up the car the next day and Im told that the passenger doors have no chrome trim on them because Kia makes their trim to be used one time only and that insurance has already paid for these parts so if we want they will order us some new ones but we pay for them. This trim can be remounted. And I came home and put one piece back on. The reason the other two arent reusable is because they were just ripped off.

I highly recommend McGrath collision for body work two vehicles after theyve been in an accident. Their team does fabulous work my car looks just as good as it did before it was hit. They were very professional about making sure that everything was updated with my insurance company in regards to making sure that the rental car was extended as needed. They were also very professional about keeping me updated on the status of my cars repairs. If I have to have body work done to my vehicle again , hands down I will always choose McGrath.

I had damage to my car due to the Derecho that hit Iowa. My car was with the collision place for a few weeks however every time I called to get updates and advice the ladies I spoke with were patient and professional and because I have severe anxiety it helped me communicate my needs. I had two claims on my vehicle. They rescheduled my initial appointment due to their busy schedule, which was fine. However, there was almost no communication after that. I had to call each week to get an update. Dusty was the only one who did follow up one time, and when I called each week, he was nice and apologetic for the situation. They actually had my vehicle for 10 days before they contacted my insurance company for more verification of repairs. They ended up having my vehicle for over 30 days. When I got it back, my new roof had scratches all over it ( which they did immediately buff out upon me notifying them). The inside was full of grease, had metal shavings everywhere, and my counsel had a missing piece and my sunglasses were broke. They have offered to buy new sunglasses and I found the missing counsel piece. Very disappointing service.

I hit my first deer in 33 years of driving. My vehicle is 10 years old and I didnt really want to be looking for a different one because of this. McGrath worked with my insurance company and everything was taken care of. Very professional. McGrath was able to get working on my vehicle with in 24hours of receiving it and I had it back before the date they quoted me.

Great experience! We dropped our vehicle off on Sunday and they estimated the job to be done that Friday. They sent us a text on Tuesday with a status update, and another follow-up Thursday. They actually wound up finishing my SUV early on that Thursday. Vehicle looked beautiful and you never knew anything happened. Excellent work!

I felt like a customer that nobody cared about. Getting the estimate was quick, but the estimator didnt seem to give a rip about getting my business or not. I was told I would be contacted to set up a time to schedule the repairs....I was never contacted. After a week and a half I had to call McGrath. Then, the earliest I could get in for the repairs was a month out. I was told if I brought it in on Wednesday the repair would be done on Friday....it wasnt done until the following Monday. (it was a simple bumper replacement)The best part of the experience was James the shuttle driver. He was awesome.

My vehicle was towed to McGraths after being impounded for one week. Matt and I checked in with each other weekly or more to touch base while dealing with insurance companies. Sent my insurance estimate over on Friday and got a response first thing monday morning. They could have gotten me in that weekend but we opted to schedule the next week in case it took longer than quoted. They got the work done well and even handled the insurance company to get some extra work done. All together they were great to work with, my only complaint would be having someone to completely explain the charges and work done completely as the gentleman who brought my car out couldnt really explain it for me.

The person I spoke with was very nice, but I specifically told him that the cosmetic damage was the least important part of the issue. The guy seemed to understand and said they would contact me, if they had any concerns. A week later, they called to tell me it was a wheel bearing issue, and they had already fixed the cosmetic issue. So, instead of looking out for their customer, they took the insurance money and ran. These people are snakes, and walking piles of excrement. Never trust McGrath

I brought in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee the day after I struck a deer. The staff at McGrath Collision Center got me right in got the estimate done, called my insurance adjuster while I was there, helped me get set up in a rental in a quick & efficient manner. There was a issue getting parts for my vehicle which was out of their control due to backorder problems. They were great in staying in communication & keeping me in the know of time frames & when we can hopefully expect things to be wrapped up.

Needed a place for car to be towed for possible body repair. Car was totaled, however, every conversation with them was polite and helpful.

I think the dent repair was great that Elite dent did ...a couple Minor Details according to our insurance my vehicle was supposed to be vacuumed and it was not. I made it very easy for them as I took everything out of my van and I take pretty good care of my vehicles but there was dirt and some minor food particles that were on the floor when I took the vehicle in and they were still there when I picked it up. I dont know if this matters but I observed two people in front of me get asked if you want somebody to go out and inspect the vehicle with you that they were picking up. No one asked us. They just brought the vehicle up handed the keys and said there you go. I guess if I was a minority I probably would have thought I was being discriminated against but that obviously is not the case.

I brought my car there today. I just had a simple question on how to take off old touch-up paint. The staff there is great. They did not try to push any services. They were able to fix it for no cost.Honest and Helpful company

The bumper was installed and painted correctly, however, we had to go back because parts were not secure and were hanging down. Additionally, i was told since the car was already at Mcgraths, they would have the recall taken care of before we picked it up. Found out they did not take care of it, so now, we have to make, another trip out there, leave the vehicle, then make ANOTHER trip out there to pick it up. According to the receptionist, it was on the ticket, to have the recall taken care of. It should be noted, when i first called and asked if the recall was fixed, the receptionist said it was on the ticket to be fixed but she would have ROGER, check and call me back. ROGER failed to do so. So i had to call AGAIN. ROGER advised it was not and didnt know why. ROGER pretty much had the attitude he really didnt care that we would now have to make ANOTHER two trips out there to get things repaired. When i expressed my frustrations, and that our time is valued too, i received no response, from ROGER. VERY POOR SERVICE, WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I had work done through my GEICO insurance. McGrath was fantastic in letting me know how things are going and also let me know when my car would be ready to be picked up and how to handle the rental car aspect. I was traveling for the last few days my car was being worked on and Michelle made it easy to coordinate that I would pick it up the following Monday. I learned they have a lifetime warranty on anything they worked on which is really nice. Ive heard some horror stories from people that had bad work done and issues getting it resolved. This was my first ever insurance claim related fix up and it went Excellent!

Still did not fix the issue, the noise I was hearing is still there from the original repair.. I know I was hearing the noise where their repair was but they tried to tell me otherwise . All in all I was pretty much told to deal with it. However Bob was great; super nice and helpful.... the receptionist was very rude and snippy.

Hit a raccoon on 380 with my sedan and yet this company didnt even do an alignment when all the damage was on one side right in front of the tire. If I ever have any body work needing repaired in the future I will go elsewhere if they cant do a simple alignment when it shouldnt need to be requested. Just like all other McGrath companies run and avoid them!

I have no complaints I was in and out super fast. I went in on a Saturday to get a estimate then the parts were ordered the I dropped off my car and then they called me for pickup. They also made it super easy for me to get a rental, Herts picked me up then I just left the car at Mcgrath for them to pick it up.

After accidentally driving my 2019 Silverado through my house there was a lot of damage to my truck. After calling McGrath collision center they got me in immediately, got an estimate done, set things up with my insurance company, and got me a rental in no time. Also they kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle and did a great job on the repairs! Now I just wish they did home repairs!

I wound like to thank travis and team...we picked our van up on a Saturday and when we returned home noticed there were some scratches about the window on the passenger door that were not there previous to the repair...my wife to the van back to them the following Monday and travis didnt even question it he fixed the problem without hesitation and looks awesome that is service at its best right there people can say what they want about get the money and go but this proves differently...thank you travis

My car received a lot of hail damage. My insurance company set up my appointments with McGrath Collision Center and for a rental car for the next day. Took my car in to McGrath on the 8th, got estimate info from insurance on the 9th and was told I should have my car back on the 21st. I received a call on the 17th that my car was done! The whole process was so easy and the few people I dealt with at McGraths were very personable. My car looks back to being like new, which is great since its not even a year and a half old yet!! I dropped my car off late with my keys and they had an adjuster look at it early morning and called my promptly. They then helped me get plates off my car when it was totaled. I have been waiting for an estimate for over one hour. I have received estimates several times over the years but not to sure why someone would need to sit over an hour for an estimate with the car sitting 40 feet away. So the car wasnt taken to another place as I can see the car from where Im sitting. Very poor service.

We had a small fender bender and wanted to do things a little unconventional for insurance and the body shop and we wanted to be informed and know what all the insurance adjuster said needed to be done and what the shop could do before we authorized the work. When dropping off I specifically told the front desk we didn’t want the repaint of our pickup and it was dismissed and I was notified of the process by which I would be called by the insurance adjuster after the assessment and then the shop would proceed accordingly. Well, the adjuster left a message with me instead of talking directly to my husband (of which I also notified the front desk to call for decision-making) and the shop proceeded without our prior knowledge and approval, and because the front desk had me sign “something“ when I dropped off it was considered our consent to go ahead with “whatever the adjuster comes up with.” Well, long story short, shop got my husband upset because they took apart the truck bed as if they should paint (all the labor charges to our insurance!) and because we wished to have the dent repaired by means of a paintless dent repair. After notifying them for the second time, McGrath’s PDR guy said they “couldn’t” do it (when we already had a PDR guy say he could easily). (Our assumption is that they wanted to repaint for the larger insurance reimbursement vs. PDR repair so they said they couldn’t do it.) We took our truck to our PDR guy, had it done in a day and you can’t even tell it was there!Pros: they worked fast to remedy the authorized work.

Less than a pleasant experience. My collision consultant had ZERO communication with me in regards to the status of my vehicle. Any time I needed an update I had to call the collision center.My vehicle was to be complete on a Thursday and when I showed up Friday to pick up the vehicle I was told it would be another day. ZERO COMMUNICATION once again that there would be a delay...Once I did pick up the vehicle the rear sensor that was to be fixed/replaced was not complete and the moment I pulled out of the parking lot the light came on the dash. I would assume someone would verify all work would be complete prior to releasing vehicle back to owner. So another day in the shop and another rental car.I would recommend looking elsewhere for your repair needs.

Advisor kept giving me different estimate amounts, one before our coverage kicked in, and then one after the coverage kicked in and then numerous ones after only for it to not be what he said and us having to pay more then expected. Which cut into the funds we set aside for our child who is due in 3 weeks 😔

There is a grease stain on the inside A pillar, i will stop by tomorrow and have you fix it.

Horrible place to work with. Car is still rusting after 2 attempts to fix it under a warranty claim. Only way to fix is to replace the body panel. Their techs also broke several things on my car that I had to fix and also come to find out that they tried to jack my car up in the wrong places which caused more issues with my car and they claimed that I was the one to damaged my car from hitting a curb or something. I think I would know if I did that and if I did I would have crushed the oil pan and damaged the front cradle which both are still the factory installed components. They will not take ownership of their screw ups. I have painted several cars my self and my most recent had seam rust and body panel rust which anything has yet to show any evidence of coming back as I did it the right way and also going on at least 2yrs. I would run away and run fast from this place.

Just really great work and service.

Took my 15 Accord here after sliding on some ice and hitting the curb on a turn. Steering was stiff and told them multiple times that it was stiff. They test drove it before working on it and confirmed the stiffness. They replaced scratched rims, and aligned the car. Was called to pick it up after a week. I asked to test drive before paying and it still wasnt fixed and radio was locked after they hooked up diagnostic equipment. I guess they dont test drive after working on something. They had to take it to Honda across the street and had the steering rack replaced. Too much time wasted.

Joel is a good representitive to this company. I feel he did everything that I was expecting. For the most part, my experience was good.
