Staff is evasive, as in go out of their way to look too busy or preoccupied to offer you any help. They also all wear chin masks. Why even bother?

Really disappointed. I bought a couch cover off their clearance rack and the zipper on it was broken. That tells me they don’t check the merchandise when it’s returned to them. Staff was friendly, the staff I could find.

So many items for the kitchen, bed and bath rooms and more including cleaning supplies. Seems like every time I go and spend some time looking at kitchen wares I see some new item or product to aid in the kitchen to make life easier. Great selections and choice of colors/designs for bath and bed items as well.Inventory changes as new products are developed. Competitive pricing.

The staffs are awesome. You must almost can find everything for your kitchen, bed and bath items. The parking lot is also spacious. The price range is average to pricey.

Selection is so huge it feels a bit cramped. Always a good coupon to use and customer service makes hassle free returns pleasant. Great quality cookware. Good clearance deals. Bedding demos, lots of closet/kitchen organization items.

A fabulous selection of Kitchen, Bed and Bath items plus lots of gadgets. We always find something new and interesting in here. The customer service is above average as well.

This was my first time visiting the store and I found it to be wonderful. I was able to find everything I needed. The sales team was excellent. They checked to make sure we were finding what we needed. Checkout time was fast and the service courteous.

Bought items off of a gift registry. The staff was very helpful helping us find everything we were looking for.

Approached by staff in each department I was shopping in. They helped fill in productive information and allowed me to make better comparisons. Definitely, the right type of staff. I always enjoy looking at the clearance items too.

Good collection of kitchen gadgets, unique bedroom and bathroom items, and a bunch of miscellaneous gift ideas too. All at reasonable or sometimes great prices.

We use to really like shopping here. They do not stand behind their products anymore and make it so difficult to return or exchange it isn’t worth it. I can get the same or better from Amazon and they will stand behind the products and make it easy ti exchange or return. The staff use to be very helpful.

Manager was rude and condescending when I wanted to return an unopened item for store credit. The store has great items, but I was not impressed with him at all. It makes me not want to shop there anymore.

They had people storewide to help you find exactly what you needed and they walked you up to the item. Plus I had like six or seven coupons and they used every one of them so I saved the maximum amount of money on my purchase. :)

Didnt have the types of sheets that the website showed but was able to find an alternative. Was also quite pricey for my liking.

Helpful employees greeted us, asked if we needed help or assistance while we were looking. Great experience!

Salesperson was very helpful. She went out of her way to find what I was looking for. She was going to help me go online to order the article where she discovered that there was one in the store. She went and got it for me. I couldnt asked for better service and she did it all with a smile.

Love all the choices in each department. Im never disappointed with my purchases. I took my son who is looking for all household items. He was impressed with the choices and the prices. I shop Bed Bath and Beyond at least once per month.

They have a lot to look over for house and everyday living. Be sure to bring their many coupons, as they allow more than one coupon to be used and dont worry much about the expiration date. I like that!

Found several attractive items to decorate my bathroom and kitchen.

Definitely a step above other retailers with their customer service and ability to help determine what products would work best for your needs. If you forget your coupon all the time, their app is slick and keeps track of any offers you have at anytime.

This place is crazy cool. Theyve got rugs and towels up in the air 30 feet that just collect dust on the racks. Besides that though basically seems like a bunch of luxury stuff that bougie people would buy. Like why do I need an mirror that magnifies my face 10 times its ugly enough in a regular mirror.

Nice items, usually of some quality--at least a higher quality than from many vendors.

Great place for group gatherings

Big box store with lots of housewares. Prices are higher than other department stores selling same brands but they have coupons which may make that less so. I dont usually find anything here I cant go without.

Helpful staff

Theres not enough help there I walked around looking for someone to help me find what I was looking for and ended up going to the check out line and she directed me to the corner where someone was supposed to be there to help me and I still had to look for help. Bad experience. SORRY
