One of the employees (didnt catch the name, unfortunately) was so knowledgeable in helping me find the correct laptop. They let me know their honest opinion on which laptop was the best for what Im using it for and which laptops were not as great.I absolutely love the one I got! It was reasonable price with reasonable monthly payments.

Best Buy has really stepped up the quality and selection of the products they carry. Just like everywhere else, their shelves serve as a reminder of the current supply problems our nation faces.Despite the current supply shortage, Best Buy always seems to have what Im looking for, in many different options.Employees here are always very knowledgeable about the products they offer.Ask for Gage, he seems to be a tech guru!

Best Buy is always a good place to go. I have been to Best Buys where the employees are nimrods and dont know theyre..... you know what from a hole in the ground, but it wasnt the case at this Best Buy they knew exactly what I needed. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful.Great experience hope yours is too if you visit this store!

The entrance may be the only challenge the store presents. The parking lot is nice and big. Dedicated parking spaces for drive up service for online ordered products. In store pick up area is separate from customer service which I was initially unsure of but now hope is the standard. Spacious layout is well marked. Floating staff to help direct, or lead you to your desired location. Friendly, knowledgeable service personnel. Almost always had the items I was looking for in stock (you still may want to check online first). Over good experience with this store.

Besides the parking lot, this store is actually well organized and labeled well enough to find what you need by major category. The sales associates are knowledgeable and willing to assist within a moments notice and if they cant, theyll find someone that can. The buying process has been hassle free and I cant complain about anything but, the condition of the mens bathroom needed help last time I went. We can do better than this Best Buy. Im sure of it. Keep up the great work with everything else though 👍🏾

I was seeking knowledge and help in comparing cell phones and received excellent, straightforward service from them. I told them what was important to me in the product, what wasnt, asked questions, and the person gave me feedback without attempting to upsell to something I wasnt interested in. Im very thankful we still have a Best Buy with real folks behind the counter ready to serve their customers and help answer questions. Our community thrives when people have jobs they enjoy rather than being replaced by robots. I could easily go online to purchase what I want, but I still prefer to support my local community retail stores! Looking forward to making a decision soon on my new phone selection and picking it up there.

Went there to get a charger for my galaxy view ( that I had purchased from them) and they told me I would have to get ahold of the Samsung company myself. They didnt even bother to look at my big tablet..They seemed a bit lazy. They made me feel like I was intruding on their chatting time. They were not very helpful. AT ALL And Im still without a charger. Very disappointed.

This is for the company overall. I miscalculated my interest free period payoff date and had fairly large interest charge. I called card services and explained it was totally my fault. The next words from the customer service agent were No problem. If you can pay off the (small) remaining balance now I can wave that for you. I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and have spent several thousand dollars with them. It is so refreshing to know that loyalty is valued.

The staff is amazing I want to point out it would be a 5 star IF the managers here knew how to staff properly. 1 person on a Saturday in their TV and video components? Ya makes total sense. 10 different customers all waiting to be helped. Bad management. Great job to the one guy who tried to balance it all by himself. Clearly deserves a raise for this. You shouldnt be short handed in retail on the weekends.

Drove 3 hours to pick up a specialty stove with my sister. It was gas stove with electric oven. Was instructed to pull into the curbside parking stall. A worker told us to go ahead and park right by the front door and they would load. 2 men loaded it carefully and then they let us stay parked there to strap it into the truck bed. Very friendly and competent staff!

I had exceptional service in the local best buy store. Gabriel over exceeded amazing customer service. I went into the store because I wasnt getting help online. He was on top things concerning my issues concerning my TV delivery service. Was very helpful and made sure everything was fixed and resolved before I left the store😊. I recently just purchased a laptop here. At first I wasnt sure about the specs of certain laptops, or which would work best for my needs. As soon as I walked into the section with all the laptops, I was greeted right away by one of their computer experts. She then proceeded to grab me a specs sheet which was quite useful. After telling her what I was going to use my laptop for, she recommended a variety of options. She knew exactly what she was talking about which made the buying process for me easier and faster. I didnt really know what is was looking for so of course I had a boat load of questions. She was able to answered all of them in English instead of hardcore tech talk. This is a big store with tons of tech options to choose from and always full of helpful staff. Basically geek heavan.

Could not get anyone to help me. I would go over to some one to find help as soon as eye contact was made. They would look at their feet and scurry off. After 20 minutes of this i left and bought a printer and a smart TV somewhere else. FYI if your job is in retail customer service is important. The people coming in are the reason you are working at all. If you cant do this simple part of your job. Leave and let someone who is willing to do your job better.

Been a while since I was in any BB, was sad to see that the movie selection was reduced to small four sided racks, and one straight rack around 10 feet long. The rest of the store seemed nice, service was fast, but they didnt have the movies I was looking for at the time.

I went to Best Buy to get an echo 8 and a home security system. Seeing that they were out of everything I was looking for I thought I would ask the astoundingly rude staff if they were getting anymore in soon. After 20 minutes of trying to get someone to help me I was finished. It was easier to get what I needed from Amazon. Lesson learned, Best Buy doesn’t want my money and I’m fine with that.

If its been a few years since youve been around this store, its completely changed itself. Basically you can think about this store as a storefront for a lot of the digital gadgets you would buy online, probably on Amazon or something else. Their prices are comparable to what youll find online, the people there know what theyre talking about... Usually, and theres generally a wide selection of stuff related to electronics that you would need in your everyday life.

Matt helped an old 73 yr old man to install SD chip put on water proof and drop proof cover and pair a set of bluetooth headphones that I got here last Christmas in less than 5 min with a cheerful attitude and a smile. Not happy with the car side pick up. My order said it would be ready today, yet it has been in getting it ready status all day. I have to wait until they are good and ready to get around to it rather than being able to contact them to ask about it. Only after I get s notification email or status update will I get a link to contact them. There should be a better way to contact them to get an update.

Super disappointed in the general manager. We are not mask wearers but we clearly had them in our hands to put on.The general manager got belligerent and offended and told us to leave the store right at the front door. Based on that experience we will never be back and we ordered it all from Amazon hassle free. It will be here tomorrow.Best buy who already laid off 5000 employees earlier this year and has 450 leases up in the next few years clearly cant afford to lose customers...especially those who spend 1000s per year in electronic purchases. SmhPretty sure no one says Im not coming to a store because someone may not be wearing a mask. Certainly many will walk away if required to wear one. Oh and did I mention we had them in our hands to put on?

Best Buy is for sure an amazing store, great delivery times, great service, gets customer appointments scheduled very quickly, and have a great assortment of most of what you could need. The only problem is that it doesnt differentiate itself from Walmart on terms of products. If you want a nice microphone or a good variety of amplifiers or audiophile headphones, then you have no place here. Great otherwise, though!

I recently purchased an open stove off the floor from Best Buy. After getting our new stove home, my wife and I come to find a dead mouse and feces on the inside of our NEW stove. The bottom drawer doesn’t close all the way and that’s where it was found. I called customer support several times and never got a returned call. Tried going in store and was told “there’s nothing they can do, outrageous. Moral of the story check your products from this Best Buy for mice.

One item rang up for $170 when it was listed at $99 and the other rang up for $126 when it was listed for $70. We ordered online in the morning then headed to the store in the afternoon to pick it up. We went to customer service to get the product & after waiting over 10 minutes (the store was dead), was told to go get it ourself into the shelf.We also tried calling on our way to the store and it rang to a National number and waited on hold for over 15 minutes and no one answered.Now do local stores understand why so many people shop on Amazon? Went to online store and was told there was a monitor on display that I was interested in at the Cedar Rapids location. I got to the store and the monitor was not set up. I requested the monitor be set up for five minutes so I could take a look and make a conscious decision. Two blue shirts and one white shirt said they couldnt with reasons. Was then told I could buy the monitor and return it if I didnt like it... I refused to buy out of principal.Still I was going to wait to write a bad review, instead opting to write an email to request a time to look at this display. I emailed the main store about this issue and asked if they would set up the display for me to look at. One week later, an email has not been replied too.Unresponsive, unadaptable, and downright poor service all around.

Made an expensive laptop purchase, and was so excited to get the laptop, I walked out of the store without the receipt, or realizing that the team member did not ask for my phone number to put it on my account. Now, I have spent several hours on hold with the store waiting to talk to an associate about getting a copy of my receipt. I will NOT be purchasing from Best Buy again. There are better options out there. I would have been better off purchasing straight from the Samsung website. Would NOT recommend. Staff cannot do their jobs and no phone service.

Seth installed a car stereo for my 2004 Santa Fe. He called me ahead of time and I happen to get an earlier appt. Then he made sure to only use the required parts and arranged a credit for the unused part. After showing me some (cool) hands free settings, he patiently answered my questions about speakers for my next upgrade. Seth is doing a great job and I will definitely be getting those speakers!

We came here to replace a phone using the best buy warranty. We got passed around to 4 different employees who had no idea what the best buy warranty even was. Its their name brand warranty, why dont they know how to use it? We were standing around waiting for hours while they helped other people that got there after us, which was very rude. This is one of the many reasons why brick and mortar stores are dying: poor customer service.
