I showed up to this place because I google fedex and this place came up first. no mention of Pak Mail, just “fedex authorized ShipCenter”. I did not realize it was not a true fedex facility until I showed up. When i went inside I asked the employee if they can ship my fedex package and she said yes. Although i did not verbally specify this was an overnight package, the employee failed to realize my fedex package was supposed to be overnighted, even though it was marked on the labeling. She should have read it to confirm she can ship it. Now I have to pick it up the following day and bring it to fedex. Luckily this is not a major issue but what if it was? This is a great learning experience for the employee, and I hope she does not let this happen again.

As soon as I walked in the lady was rude. I needed one package mailed and the store was empty. The lady working there just stood there didn’t help me, completely ignored me. I finally walked out and will look elsewhere for FedEx store. Would not recommend this location!

Keep calling but no one answers either number. They both go to fax. Interesting and moving on.

HORRIBLE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!!! I made a mistake going to this store because I was over next door at Benjamin Moore and needed to mail & send back few items on Amazon return. The middle eastern man was SO RUDE and basically yelled at me and said we dont do returns for Amazon! He would not even get up from his chair & computer to assist me. He said leave the other boxes on the table . He never said Hello or Thank you or Good bye!!! I get great service at the mail and ship over at Parmer & 1431 next to Subway & Starbucks....

Excellent service and great business attitude. I made a trip to this store 3 days in a row because of problems with shipping with DHL (not stores fault at all). VK was more than cooperative by calling DHL when I was there and helping me repack my returned package. When DHL returned my package for the second time VK refunded my money no questions asked. I would go out of my way to do business with this store just because of their professionalism and service attitude. Highly recommended.

Pak Mail in Cedar Park is the best! I have used other Pak Mail locations and Cedar Park is by far the best. Rob is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I brought in an oversized item to this location after going to 5 other places. No one offered suggestions on the best way to ship or how to ship this oversized item. Rob was extremely busy with about 6 other customers and about 10 people in the store for shipping, notarizing, etc. and he was very patient with everyone. He was working solo that day but did a great job and with a big smile. I will definitely always use this location for all my shipping needs! Thanks, Rob!

Needed a notary service. I called first and he quickly answered the phone and let me know that he was able to notarize. When I got there, he helped multiple people and me quickly and efficiently. Small price to pay for excellent customer support and service. I will be going back.

Such kind hearted people! I brought my grandmother to notarize a document and she has some trouble walking and it takes us awhile to get out of the car, we had been running around all day so they were kind enough to come out to the parked car so she wouldnt have to get out! Definitely would give them my business again and recommend others as well because of the personal friendly neighborly service!

They had shipped further down the line and it ended up in New York. I got a phone call asking if the address was correct and if it needed a different address. I double checked my address book and kindly repeated the correct address to them. I also gave them a phone number to contact just in case they needed it.They were kind enough to call me to check the address. Awesome service!

This place is great. Real, actual, high-quality customer service still exists here. The guys who run it are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. If you need something shipped the right way, or a reliable mail delivery location (mailbox) - I highly recommend this Pak Mail location.

I wanted to buy a commercial oven on Ebay, but the seller didnt want to deal with packing and shipping. I emailed Pak Mail of Cedar Park, got a call back right away, and Rob assured me that he could take care of everything. He gave me a detailed quote using the auction description, so I went ahead and purchased the oven. The seller dropped the oven off at Pak Mail, Rob called me, explained how he gotten the oven ready to ship, and took my payment information. The price was exactly what he had told me it would be. A few days later, the oven arrived at my front door via freight delivery. It was carefully packed, and everything looked great. I had a very good experience dealing with Rob at Pak Mail. He communicates clearly and promptly, and he offers great customer service.

My wife has always bragged about the speed and efficiency at Pak Mail of Cedar Park I hate waiting in line at the Cedar Park Post Office.So, I went there a few weeks ago to send a certified mail package and met Rob. His attention to detail was off the charts! I knew at that moment Pak Mail of Cedar Park was my new Go-To resource for mail and shipping services.Fast forward to this past week, I rushed out the door on Monday for a short notice business trip to San Jose, CA and left my mobile phone on my dresser. I was a fish out of water, try finding a pay phone at the airport.Once the plane took off I quickly sent an email message to my wife and asked her to overnight my mobile phone via FedEx to my hotel. So, she went to Pak Mail of Cedar Park and Rob carefully bubbled wrapped, packed, and shipped my mobile phone.I had given the hotel front desk a heads up that my mobile phone was being shipped via FedEx when I checked in. The FedEx package was scheduled to be delivered no later than 10:30 am on Tuesday.So, around noon on Tuesday I went to the front desk to pickup my FedEx package and the front desk advised they could not find it, so I immediately started to panic! I jumped on my laptop to check for any notification messages and there was a note from Rob at 10:38am stating there was a shipping exception.Rob went on to say he did not know why the FedEx driver did not leave the package at the front desk. As it turned out, the FedEx driver took the package to the hotels shipping and receiving dept.In the end, the front desk found my package and I was happily reunited with my mobile phone. My daughter needed an actual address in order to FedEx a payment and she only had a P.O. Box. The person working at Pak Mail took the time to find the address for her and her payment made it on time. The person was very concerned about my daughters situation. Its wonderful to find that kind of customer service!

Ive stopped using them. Twice Ive looked up rates and when I arrived to have my item(s) shipped the cost was more than the website. This last time I asked for the cheapest to mail an item to Virginia and the cost was 22 dollars. The website said 13 dollars. When I got home, it noticed they shipped the item via Home Delivery instead of the cheapest rate which would have been ground.So their padding their profit, but not being upfront about costs to mail a package
