Please dont close this store. I support this JCPenney... Childrens clothes are made very well, their Arizona brand.. I love the price, fit and styles. This is a nice store. Lets keep it!!!

The shoe department was in shambles. A complete mess.But I got a great deal in the mens department which by the way was in beautiful condition.

What an exceptional staff this location has. Kamar and the man with the coolest Mohawk ever will take excellent care of you! I’d go out of my way to this location.

Havent been to the mall, especially JCPenney, for over a year. It was great to see and tried on clothes again. Still fully stocked and wife was able to find what she had looked for. Only downside was they really need to hire more associates. Otherwise its still the place we shop the most.. after Kohls.

It’s been a while since I’ve shopped at this store and I was disappointed to not find much selection in plus sizes. The cashier said they sold out of dresses in plus size and when we browsed what they did have in store, it had frumpy clothes. The shoe associate was very helpful and we found shoes at least.

I walked around inside the store!I bought a fashion JewelryThe employee works there Cynthia she helped me..She even asked me to offer a job and wants me to talk to her Boss...It was a great gesture!J C Penney I missed very much I used to wrk this store in Hawaii too bad they closed 1994

I went to Madison to get my hair done and had the best experience! She took the time to make sure everything was exactly like I asked for and it turned out even better than I imagined. Everyone was spaced out and masked up and every station was sanitized after use.

Our first preference for kids dresses....Highly recommend

My daughter found a swim suit top that she loved. Used a coupon. It was a successful trip.

I am so impressed this store is immaculate and everything is beautifully staged. The staff is friendly and theyre all busy working if theyre not helping customers its really a great place to shop!

As any jc penny, huge store with lots of collections and they offer deals but they arent deals, when you buy something at a discount dont be happy you are buying the same item more than what they sell at normal time so be cautious. Customer service is great, their employees really work hard.

This JCPenney‘s is pretty good. Although the store seems a little smaller and congested that’s due to the bigger selection of items they have in women’s, Men’s, and children’s clothing. The staff is friendly and I was greeted at the checkout with a smile. Will be a returning customer!

Just got back from shopping at the mall and we looked around at Jc Penney for some workout Gear. Was very impressed with the selection of womens workout gear and mens work out gear. While looking around , I was asked if I needed help about twice which was very nice. Then I got side tracked and went to look at the Mens polos which had a nice selection, will shop here again.

I absolutely love this place they always have great sales.

This place was pretty bare, picked over etc. I know pre-covid they were facing BK .....just didnt seem like there was much left to offer at this location for a reasonable buy.

We love coming here for our annual holiday pictures. This year was no exception. The photographer did a wonderful job with my girls and I. The photos came out great! This was our second year at this location but seventh year getting them done at JCPenney. Im so thankful we have this as an annual tradition.

Merchandise selection is very limited . To me, it looked more like a business thats on the decline. I used to be a JCP shopper but have switched to Kohls and Target as my go to stores.

This is one of my favorite stores but theres only a hand full of people who actually help you. It seems that theres just no one around to help. It is however a fairly clean store. The round Rock location is better as far as selection.

The JCPennys out at Lakeline Mall has some good sales going on with coupons that you can use.

It is pretty empty with COVID19 but they are open so if you can get out and support them do it. I needed a suit and JC Pennys was able to handle and online order, I picked up in store with a mask but they have curbside too. For what I needed it was a great price.

Could not find anyone to check me out on the upper floor, even with me walking around hollering for an open register as I walked to every register counter.Had to walk down a broken escalator, and start the same outrageous process. Finally an open register and a helpful clerk.

The Design stylist was running late so they changed my boyfriend to the master stylist. He told her he had a style in mind and showed her a photo and told her 3 -4 times he wanted a 2 on the sides. She went a cut it at a zero. He got up halfway through the cut and paid a left so she wouldnt ruin it anymore then what it was. Never going there again.

Got a hair service, love my gal, but waited 10 minutes or more while 2 ladies shopped, returned items, fiddled with different cards and coupons, haggled over a $6 ticket item.. and did business NONE of which had anything to do with hair. When I FINALLY got to pay, my transaction took less than a minute.I purposely dont return items because I dont like those kinds of hassles. For this reason alone, I will never get my hair done at Penneys again.

They have good products. I was looking for some Nike brand and they had some good prices on that. Really its just the environment. Its hot (we were sweating) and outdated which makes you feel like youre in an old persons department store. They just need to update it and make you feel like youre cool shopping there. Im kind of old so Im not trying to be a jerk but you know what I mean.

Great except no one was available to wash my hair until 12 noon. Abbey at the pick up desk is amazing! Guy with the Vanz shirt is very helpful as well.

Nice store. Good selection of apparel. Other merchandise can be limited. I would not pick this store for say small appliances. There is a very good selection of bedding items. There are few employees scattered around the place. They are helpful if you can find one free.

Clearance prices arent that good. Is it possible that Houston has better prices?

Ive never been much of a JCPenney fan until recently. I was at the mall with my little cousin who needed to shop for pants, so we strolled into JCPenney. We both ended up getting some great yoga pants. They had a wide variety of workout cloths and all for a very great price. The day we went there was also a coupon for $10 off $25 and I think $20 off of $50. The yoga pants came out to an amazing price of like $10-$15. They are very nice ones too. Ive gotten lots of compliments on them. They have them in different styles and colors. I recently returned over Memorial day to take advantage of the sale they had going on then. It was on sale for $15 then they had the coupons on top of it. It was later in the day on Monday, and it seemed a lot of it was picked over. The cute colors had little to no size selection left unfortunately. But overall I have had relatively great experiences here.

Love JCPI have shopped there since I was a kid with my mom. NOW....They are the only store that carries Liz Claiborne, my FAVORITE clothing brand, always find something I love!very helpful and friendly service at the Lakeline store Wed night.

They had great Christmas deals

Picking up an online order apparently around lunch break time. The desk person was away from the pick up location and a sign directed customers to the checkout kiosk which had a really long line.The salesperson had to go back to the order stock roon twice to find all my items.I will plan pickups better to see if that makes any difference.

I can almost always find what I need at JCPenny. Not the best quality, but much better than these big discount stores. And prices are very reasonable!

Great store!Generally speaking, super nice, helpful and friendly staff! Everything seemed cleaned and well organized.They are having some crazy sales for all linda of products (from clothing, household products, to furniture and more!). We were surprised! You should definitely check it out!

How is this place still open? Picked out some curtains. Of course they dont have them in stock. It takes two sales people 30+ minutes to try and process the order so we can have them delivered. Kept trying to get us to sign up for a JC Penney card. Hapless. A bunch of Muppets. This is why people shop from Amazon. I do feel sorry for the people who work here, because I am confident this place will be gone in a few years.

I went there to pick up an online order. The only associate was serving a very old lady and I moved on to another associate that showed up. As I was waiting for my package, the first lady finished checking out the old lady and asked if she wanted help to the car. The old lady declined but was obviously in need of help. The associate just asked the next and only customer on line to go to the line I was standing in and proceeded to drop off the old customers stuff to her car. Kudos to the associate. You are the type of staff that makes us come back.Friendly staff. Good collection for shopping. Nice location.

I like pennys but they wont let you use your % off coupons on clearance items anymore :(

Selection of clothing and products is fair. My biggest complaint is that its always so hot in the store. Seems like very little AC in the summer and they crank the heat up when its slightly cool outside. Who wants to shop or try on clothes when your sweating?

First of all we could not find any prices on anything everything said buy one get one 50% off but it was really hard to find the prices then we found the prices $70 for one pair of jeans $105 for two pairs of jeans thats ridiculous and was very very warm inside the mall was cool but JCPenneys was hot and pretty much dead nobody there wont be going back

The lady checking me out kept shushing my intellectually disabled and autistic daughter. She then told me, she has a real problem using her inside voice. Once I explained the situation she responded, oh that makes sense. I wanted to cry.

Had been to this location for a return but the lady working there was very disrespecful. the outwear I bought for my wife didnt have label from the start and the cashier scanned under a bigger size label, by the time I unbaged it the lady started telling me that it was dirty while we had it only two days with us and since my wife bought another one so she didnt even see it. I felt really bad when she told me it was worn and was dirty. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Easiest place for me to get in and out in a timely fashion. Lots of selections, friendly and helpful staff, clean updated store. Everything is within budget and the sales make it even easier to get more for your dollar.

I would like to offer a suggestion that you make some accessible parking spots on the side of the store where the elevator is. Very difficult for a senior person I had with me.

Say what you will, I like this store. I always find a bargain. Great linens. Its also a cleaner look than in the past.

They have so many choices for every department and the prices are great when they have sales!

It is evident that with the increase in people shopping on the Internet, there is a noticeable reduction in store employees. This store was a little disorganized. Like it had been well shopped and not enough people to clean up. They have a large clearance area, but be prepared to spend some time looking through the racks as it is not organized very well. If youre looking for a fancy dress, there are several styles of prom type dresses in the clearance section.
