Got a large JJ Watt jersey and needed to exchange it for an XL JJ Watt jersey and they said there’s no exchanges, all sales are final despite my mother and step father being told they could exchange it for a different size. They were told they could even have one ordered to the store if need be. It’s 2018 no sales should be final if I have the receipt and no tags were broken. This is why amazon is taking over

So upset. Called ahead to make sure they had the youth Green Bay Packers jersey I needed for my son’s birthday. I was told they did and it was 40% off. Went to get it and another employee working wouldn’t honor the 40% discount...despite signs everywhere saying “blowout clearance sale 40% hats, jereseys...” even online has it on sale. So so upset. Wasted a trip to get it and will no how a disappointed 7 year old for his Packers Themed Party.

The guy here was incredibly rude, and they have a ridiculous return policy. Apparently if you receive something as a gift, youd better hunt down exactly which Pro Image Sports it was purchased at, or youre screwed. Youre better off buying from Amazon.

Rude as hell, and the owner is very shady. He had a cheaper Jersey than a store upstairs, but for his attitude I bought from Fanzz. Great customer service up there.
