The customer service at La Casita cant be beat. We worked with Juan and he did a great job at explaining their process, listening to us and trying to help us find the vehicle they worked best for our family. Unfortunately, they did not have a vehicle that met our needs, but I would not hesitate in recommending La Casita to anyone looking for great customer service when shopping for a used car. Juan does his best to take care of you.

Nice selection of cars, surprisingly with pretty low miles, clean inside and out. They offer a program to help rebuild credit which is a HUGE plus in my eyes! If you have bad credit and want a second chance to get a nice used car, I definitely recommend them. The staff is really nice too.

Marty and Rick are a great team. They make the buying process smooth. You can get preapproved online, send in all your required documents via email and just come in to finish your documents and take your car home. They had several nice cars to choose from too. Its nice to have options, especially if you are a person with credit issues. They will help you boost your credit when you make your payments because they report your loan to the credit bureaus. A lot of buy here pay here lots dont do that.

I cant believe this company is still open all they did is change their name on the name of the company and open the doors again theyre still a shady company that sells used cars that have went through flood damage and have been in major accidents and are not working this place is a rip off. DO NOT COME HERE THE OWNER ONKY WANTS YOUR DOWN OAYMENT AND WALKS AWAY WHEN YOUR CAR IS MESSING UP THATS WHY THEY CHANGE THIER NAMES ALL THE TIME!!! They had the nerve to reply and say they are under new ownership and its a lie and how to prove that is in the picture of their grand opening the owner is in it and he is the same owner from nicer cars at that same location.. Its full of lies and scams. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE...

Very nice staff. Definitely helps people with bad credit. Glad they will report payments to the credit bureaus unlike other small lots to start building good car loan history!

After months of searching for a nice newer model vehicle with low miles. I came across Nicer Cars and this place is awesome and true to what it is advertised. Im currently driving a 2014 with 32,XXX miles with No Hassle!!!! I recommend this place if you want the best for your money, reliable, and definitely in style. These guys are realistic, understanding, and very courteous... Check them out!!!!

Stay clear away from this place this establishment used to be called nicer cars of Austin they even have the same work employees this location sells used cars that are run down and break down on you once they break down they wash their hands in dont help you what so ever stay clear away save your money in do not come to this place

These guys dont feel like the typical used cars salesmen at all. They are fair, straight talkers who want to get you in to a car as painless as possible. My son has purchased two cars from them and it has been a very positive experience on both occasions!

This place is a rip off they sell you way over priced vehicles with high mileage and force you into some kind of warranty because a vehicle breaks down once you leave the lat. Stay away from this location its a rip off

They are great people and have been very good to me by giving me a nice car with no problems for a great price.They also helped me fix one of my side mirrors for far less then it was going to cost me from any other mechanic or my cars original dealership.
