Just awesome guys. Always there when I need them. I have three classic cars I like to drive. Old cars are naturally not reliable and old metal and thing break all the time. They do just a fantastic job and are honest as the day is long. They dont seem to care about how much money they make only how good a job they do. Anything goes wrong they fix it no questions asked. All the guys who work their seem to have classic cars too. Really different place.

These guys are awesome. The rarest thing in classic car world is integrity and these guys have it in spades. They never let me down or made me pay too much. Dont get me wrong classic cars are expensive to own. If you own one to make money or spend less that a modern car for maintenance you are just kidding yourself. I like that the atmosphere is different there, clean cut and professional acting I guess. Not your regular crowd you see around other shops. My wife is super comfortable going there and buying me gift certificates (hint hint). I have been a paying member for many many years so I get some preferential treatment. I like that they reward customers with heirloom cars and dont just respond to whoever drives in that day. There are absolutely no shops I have used around here with the honesty and real care these guys have. It is best to be a paid up member even if you dont need them today because there is often a wait list and they are so good everyone wants them to work on their baby. Classic cars repairs are a challenge and there are so many bad hacks out there that if you find a good shop like this team stick with them. They guys are the best I know of and I have always felt they were my partners not someone after a payday.

Team there is really great. I am new to classic cars and they have been so patient walking me through all the options. They are a far better value than any other place around. I pay the membership fee annually and gladly! If these guys were not here I would not be able to enjoy my classic car without going to Dallas or some other remote place for much more expensive repairs. If you expect classics to be cheap you are being silly. Spend the money do it right or get another hobby! These guys are just the very best I have ever met.

Let me start off by saying that I dont believe that I have unrealistic expectations of how a specialty business should operate. I understand that the restoration of classic vehicles is a very slow process. Compound that fact that the past year has seen many parts places limit production of hard to get parts or close altogether. I also understand that good quality work takes time and one should not be a pest with whomever you are paying for good quality work. I also feel that a negative review should have a valid reason behind it so other potential customers know what to expect before they chose to do business with someone. With all that being said here lies my issue with this location. I first called the shop at the beginning of November and was filled in about the membership fees and costs of repairs. While I wasn’t a fan of all that I completely understood that if I had and issue I could go somewhere else. It was their business and they could run it and charge for services as they see fit. I went ahead and had them place me on the waiting list for repair work. I was informed then that I was 7th on the list. A month later, December 1st, I called back to check in on the status of the wait list and my position on it. I was then told that I was 4th on the list. The person apologized and informed me about the slow down of getting rare replacement parts. I completely understood and asked about how long he might guess the wait would be. He said he was unsure and to just be patient. I waited 2 more months and called back at the beginning of February. After a few attempts I finally spoke with a man who informed me that I was now 5th on the wait list.I informed him of the entire story and why the information was upsetting to me. He told me that he may be mistaken and maybe some names should be marked off by now as this was not his area in the business. I told him that I needed a phone call back from someone who knows what’s going on and had him read off my contact phone number to make sure that they had it on file. Its now been a week and I still have not received a phone call from this business. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service. Now I’m not asking to move ahead of anyone on the list or pay anything less then what I would owe for repairs but if you don’t want my money then just tell me and I’ll take my business elsewhere.
