The people working in there very nice and friendly and the donuts and. Coffee was excellent.

I totally understand the staffing problem that has all restaurants struggling, but the manager/owner really needs to be in this store and take control. I hate to give bad reviews but just cannot overlook my experience today. I was greeted and immediately served by a very nice young lady and had no problems. But after a few minutes, my 5 year old decided she didn’t like her choice so we got into the line again and there was only one lady ahead of us. She had been standing there for at least 20 minutes and no one had acknowledged her because the young lady that helped me was waiting on some other (quite needy) customers. For some reason, she had been in line ahead of the other customers but wasn’t waited on before them. Long story short, she was upset by the time she was acknowledged, and asked for a manager. The young lady that finally came to wait on her (NOT the nice one that waited on me) was SO rude and condescending in her “apology” and it got heated. I am not one to get involved in other’s disputes, but because my granddaughter was adamant about getting her ice cream, I stayed for a few minutes of awkward ranting back and forth. I truly feel sorry for the management and workers in the service industry but as I witnessed the rudeness of this person, I had to stand up for the customer. Customer service is clearly not important to management here. If the manager/owner cares, he/she will respond to these bad reviews. I welcome a private message if management needs more information. I can say if I were the manager, I would never tolerate that kind of behavior from an employee.

I stopped in around 7:15pm on 9/1 to grab some ice cream. When I walked in there were three associates behind the counter, one sitting on the counter with his back to the customers. After I stood at the ice cream counter for a couple of minutes, he finally came over. He just stared at me for a few seconds, no greeting or How can I assist you. I asked him if he was ready for me and, clearly annoyed by my observation of his lack of customer service, he proceeded to fill my order with an attitude. The Manager may want to revisit training with the team members who worked this evening as that was a poor display of customer service.

The place was very unclean, trash on the floor. Looked like it had not been swept in a while. The lady handling our ice cream did not wear gloves, or a hair net. A few of the workers were wearing crocks which is unsanitary and unsafe. Would not recommend.

Always out of ice cream, and cappuccino. Service is terrible, they have even tried to give me the wrong flavor Ice cream and tell me it’s the flavor I ordered. This place is ridiculous. The oak cliff location is much better.

Has to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. The amount of flies and smell of dirty water thru my face mask made me uncomfortable to purchase anything. The ice cream cakes were frost bitten and passed the best by date.We typically go through the drive thru for donuts and drinks and have always been bothered by their service. Ordering a dozen donuts and the manager gives me 3 bags where all the donuts were smashed together.As a loyal Dunkin customer, I’ve decided to never purchase or set foot in this disgusting franchise. Shame on the employees who work here.

This location is horrible!! The employees are rude, like they don’t care, always have an annoyed face whenever I ask for something. They should be trained on how to do their job. The guy is there showing his undergarments, it’s disgusting!

Poor service. Walked up to the door after a customer walked out and then noticed the doors were locked and saw the staff and not one of them came and said a word to myself and my family. We then drove around to the drive thru and sat and no one said anything. As we drove by staff just looked at us. Almost wish I didnt have to even leave one star. This is the worst ice cream store! EVERY time I go they are always out of something. I wanted the promotional flavor. They didn’t have it or my second choice. I asked for my THIRD choice in a waffle cone. They didn’t have waffle cones either. My child wanted Cookies N Cream. The employee said she sold her last scoop. Okay, let’s try another flavor. You guessed it, they didn’t have it. Sensing my frustration, the employee backtracked and then said she could make a scoop from the Cookies N Cream. Also, all this happened after a five minute wait to place my order. This ALWAYS happens at this location. They never have the special flavors any time of the day, week, or month. Sometimes, they don’t even have basic flavors. It’s summer. They should order enough ice cream to meet demand. This is basic marketing and economics! If you don’t want to order the product, close the ice cream side of your business. Since Dairy Queen and Braums have closed in Cedar Hill, you are the only ice cream chain in town (other than Marble Slab). You need to do better. Corporate needs to take over this location. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I will drive to a neighboring city to get my ice cream fix!

My daughter and I went to Baskin Robbins today. Ordered I scoop of rocky road and 1 single dip hot fudge sundae with extra almonds. I was given my single dip of Rocky Road, and the cone was stale so I ask for a spoon and told him why. He offered to put in a cup. Then he asked what type of Sundae and told him hot fudge with extra almonds whip cream and cherry. He then came back and said the had no almonds would we like another topping. She said no. He then came back with a cup of 3 scoops of vanilla and whip cream. My daughter said there is no hot fudge on this. So I said there is no hot fudge and he said wait a minute he went and got a jug of chocolate and said this is all we have its not hot. Would you like some other topping. So we left with a stale waffle cone and a hot fudge sundae with no hot fudge or nuts. I dont believe I will be going back. Way too high with low quality.

I have been here numerous times and I have never been to an ice cream shop with no ice cream. They are always out of pralines and cream, butter pecan and strawberry. If these are your top sellers the logical thing is to order more. I went there today at 801 pm. No lights on on the building, no parking lights in the parking lot. I go inside and say do you know there are no lights on and they just give me a blank stare. No reaction and again no pralines and cream, no butter pecan and no strawberry. I know this a real low volume store and they just lost another customer.

On 7-14 which was a Sunday night, me and my 2 girls tried to go to local Braums and they were jammed packed inside and out. So we decided to come here, named about 5 flavors including soft serve yogurt and all unavailable. Got me a caramel sundae it was terrible the caramel was hard and burnt. And ordered a caramel brownie sundae, gave me fudge instead. And tried to call the number on ticket... it goes to voicemail, so I Googled the number, busy all afternoon then tonight both numbers goes to voicemail... Never again $14.00 in the trash. Need to shut it down!!!

Worst customer service and my order took forever for 2 drinks. Employees were rude unprofessional.

Was not happy. They only had 6 flavors of ice cream. Customers were coming in and walking out without buying anything. I do have to say that the young man that was working on Sunday afternoon late afternoon was very nice to all the customers if I were him I would have been mad. I will give them one more try.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter online 3 days in advance only to get there and there is NO CAKE. There was also no manager in the store at 11am for me to talk to. The employees right away offered me a ready made cake or my money back , then after speaking to them I found out that this happens a lot there. I can not imagine they disappointed kids, what a crappy way to do business, The store was very dirty but hey with no manager there to oversee the employees what do you expect. We drove 34 miles round trip to end up with no cake, I will never, ever go there again. I should have read the reviews before we ordered the cake, otherwise I would have called first.

This is such a clean, quality facility. The owner, AJ and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I tried the lemon custard and chocolate ice cream and it was fantastic! We are lucky to have this store in DeSoto, and I look forward to bringing my family and creating memories. Thank you!!

This is the first and last time we will ever go to Baskin-Robbins 650 Uptown Blvd in Cedar Hill Texas (or any other Baskin Robbins) We only ordered three Sundaes and the employees were so confused that they couldnt even get our toppings correct or the number of scoops.We set in drive-thru for 15-minutes as the employees kept handing wrong orders out to us. After paying for two individual scoops of ice cream per sundae, we only received one scoop per sundae. If this is an ice cream parlor, why cant they prepare ice cream? We tried to call the phone number on the receipt, but the phone number is fake. Not only were we cheated out of what we paid for, but the Sundaes didnt measure up to their reputation. I plan to escalate this issue.

This location has really gone down hill in the past few years. Theyre always out of popular ice cream flavors. The tables and floors are often dirty and most of the employees look like high school students and severely lack customer service skills. Weve decided wed rather go elsewhere when we want ice cream.

Did not have a no sugar option available, the glass in front of the ice cream was filthy, and half the ice cream options did not have names in front of them. Had to ask what the no sugar added option was, and we were told there was fat free or dairy free. We walked out with no purchase.

Usually its a great place to go for quick treats. The last few trips have been disappointing. They didnt have what we wanted and that was ok. The server had a bad attitude.

Friendly but Ive been three times and each time they were very slow, 14 minutes to make two shakes?! Also its a little pricey, $4.39 for two scoops of ice cream versus Braums $2.14 but I pay it because they have lemon custard and Braums doesnt so...oh well.

I had placed an order online hoping to pick it up the next day for a birthday. When I got there, they acted like they didnt know anything, and after waiting for about 5min, they tell me the cake wasnt ready, and no attempt on it had been made. Followed by telling me the cake decorator wasnt there, and they didnt know when she would be in. I went in to get a double scoop waffle cone I was told it would take a few to make the cone, I said that was fine. 5 minutes 10 minutes 20 minutes passed and I still hadn’t received my ice cream nor had anyone let me know they were still working on it. So I asked when would my cone be ready and one of the employees mumbled something to me and waived me off. So I was like ok I get it the drive thru is busy. Welp 10 more minutes and still nothing!!! So we just paid for my boyfriends ice cream sundae and left. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY OR ANY SORT OF EXPLANATION JUST A RUDE ATTITUDE!!!!! I will never be back. Oh and let’s not forgot the disgusting floors and sticky tables. And the 31 flavors that are supposed to be offered. NOPE YOU GUESSED IT. Maybe 10! Sad experience!!! I wish I didn’t have to give any stars!

The service was horrible. I ordered a chocolate chip shake thick a few days ago and today and both times it was watery. Their is a Hispanic young man that remade it for me, however he had a bad attitude then I was told that next I will be charged extra if I want it thick. How about say that from the beginning instead of messing it up twice and then telling me. Highly not recommended

I went in the drive thru because there were no cars outside, I waited about 10 minutes after I paid for my banana split it looked like it had been dropped &, no chocolate syrup or cherries I asked for extra nuts & it was overloaded with marshmallow that I asked for easy with marshmallow, on top of all that the service was horrible & my dessert horrible..very dissatisfied and I rarely go to this location but decided to go by on my way out that area...

The service is so slow. I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with two cars in front of me. My daughter really wanted a frozen blend coffee and I wanted a sundae from the Baskin Robbins side. After I FINALLY go up to the intercom to order I was asked to wait. After 5 more minutes I gave up and drove off. When I passed the service window the same two cars that were in front of me were still waiting. I had went inside once previously but the flies on the donuts made sure that I would never eat those.

This place has horrible coffees and service, this location owes me $1.40, I don’t recommend coming here and I won’t come back ever again

Terrible place to go and had no options, the employee said we dont have any toppings including fudge or peanut butter even though almost every item on the menu had that included...just ended up leaving.

Employees were not friendly at all and they had very limited flavors of ice cream. Napkin dispensers were empty and the womens bathroom was dirty and smelly and the dining room tables hadnt been cleaned in awhile

The guy at the counter didnt know the specials. He kept interrupting our order to talk to other employees. We would ask a question and he would repeat it back as if he hadnt understood, and once we would confirm he would start over. We finally just walked out after finding out they didnt even have vanilla ice.
