THEY REALLY RUINED A THOUGHTFUL GESTURE!!! ZERO STARS!For retirement, my good friends sent me an arrangement. I received a stale and INEDIBLE ARRANGEMENT from their Cedar Hill, TX store. If I could upload a video you could listen to the crunch of the pineapples. The whole thing was horrible tasting. My friends spent $150 on me. One would think that you were paying this exorbitant amount on fruits that you would get fresh, in-season and tasty fruits. Isnt that the reason you buy from them in the first place?I tried calling the store. No answer. I tried emailing corporate. They responded telling me that the store would contact me and has never done so yet. I was a week into this and, finally, their Twitter support team called me and they finally reached the manager after hours of attempts. The manager was scared to conference in with me and still hasnt contacted me and has denied my request to refund my friends while also hanging up on their corporate liaison. Just poor etiquette all around. I understand that receiving a poor product happens from time to time, but getting no customer service afterwards is disappointing and disgusting. Ive had success with their other locations in Fort Worth and the north part of the Metroplex. I havent ran into this, but with the lack of service from this store and the lack of support from Edible Arrangements themselves, Ill never use Edible Arrangements again and urge you not to either. Its NOT worth the money and hassle. Like as said, its good until it aint! My recommendation- look for close mom & pop alternatives near you. INEDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS never again!EDIT 9/17/21 - The manager at the store contacted my friends who sent the gift and admits that the pineapples looked bad but that she cannot control the quality of the fruit and that she cannot offer a refund. Riddle me this: Why would I want ANOTHER arrangement from someone who says I cant control quality! I contacted the number and email give in response but this is just something they can put on this review to say that they responded and appear to have done something while telling me that the store is independent and their hands are tied. If edible cant control quality, what can they control? STAY AWAY EVERYONE!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery was supposed to be on Friday no on ever came.Called on Saturday and was told that a refund would only be issued for the items not the delivery charges. Store says someone attempted to deliver. We were at home all day and also have cameras and there was not an attempt of delivery. Lady I talked to on Saturday gave me a fake name for a manger and most likely a fake name for herself right before hanging up in my face. You’re better of dipping you own fruit in chocolate.

I decided to order for my moms birthday, i placed the order at 9am. and requested for it to be delivered by 3. i track my order through out the day and it kept going back and fourth from out for delivery to being arranged. at 3:00 i get a phone call asking what the latest time they can deliver, so i said 3:30, well 3:30 comes and theres no delivery. at this point i have to tell my mom that i had ordered something for her but it was running behind. so she waits. 4:00 comes, still no delivery. at this point i call the store. they cant get a hold of the driver. As much as edible arraignments cost, the delivery should be a whole lot better than this. other wise dont offer same day delivery. I canceled my order because it completely ruined the surprise i wanted to give her. Thanks for NOTHING. First and the last time i order from here.

I ordered an arrangement for delivery on 7/3/21. I received an email saying it was delivered and a bill on credit card. Today, I received a call the intended recipient thanking me for the lovely gift. It arrived last night (7/26/21) I always wondered why I never revived a thank you, now I know; it was never received.Local store NEVER answers phone. I called corporate and they were rude and ZERO help. they said Do you know you called corporate? They obviously have no minimum standards to hire customer service people.I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Horrible experience with this store. Never received my order from my son. They kept saying it was coming. It NEVER got here. If I could give you negative stars I would give you a 100 negative. Paid $67 for an arrangement. Disappointing with the amount of fruit on the cup. Three flower pineapples, 8 strawberries = 4 chocolate, 4 plain. Thats it. Less than $5 worth of fruit. Cedar Hill location. Honestly make your own for that $$

I will not return! The service was terrible. Ordering online was easy. I had to change from delivery to pick up due to weather. I had to call the location several times before the phone was answered. When I went to the store the employees were extremely rude. I asked about the email below and was told that it wasnt something they could help me with after they tried to figure it out in the register. Terrible experience

I ordered a birthday arrangement for the first time at the Cedar Hill location. The sales rep was very accommodating. I ordered for a senior citizen who is celebrating her birthday without her husband. He died recently. I wanted to make this day as special as possible. I made the order this morning when the store opened. I was told to call back approximately 11:30am to discover a time of delivery. I called twice. The second time I called the sales rep asked another employee a question about the order... that employee could be heard in the background being rude, loud and she told the sales rep to tell me the customer that the order would be delivered “NOT until 7pm and BYE”.This was a very much unlikely customer service approach. I saw a negative review made a week ago before ordering. I just read it and preceded with my order.I will not order from this store again. ItIs obvious that customer service training is needed..Kindness is effortless and powerful.We especially need it during this pandemic time.

I Put in my order and I made a mistake I called the store they fixed it immediately. They also delivered the order in a timely manner. My recipient was absolutely pleased with the product and stated that it made their day better. I had the best experience ever with Edible arrangements. Their delivery, the fruit arrangement, the neatness of everything, down to the customer service. Everything was flawless!!

The order was tasty but the customer service is really bad. I asked for curbside. I sat there over 8 minutes and nothing. I got out and still had to wait. No manager and you could tell. I will drive further for my next order.

Ordered an edible platter on November 7, 2020. The chocolate covered strawberries tasted fine but the tops looked old and withered. The cheese cake on the platter had no flavor. The chocolate covered banana was over ripened. Horrible texture in your mouth. However the chocolate covered brownies, cookies and pretzels were delicious. I am disappointed but I have not dismissed Edible Arrangements completely (second time ordering from this location).

Please hire new staff! I understand some people hate their jobs but the treatment i received this morning was unacceptable. It was a young white lady and i was courteous to her and thanked her for taking my call, she didn’t have the common decency to say good morning back to me. I originally ordered online however was having trouble with a glitch during checkout so I decided to call and got the worse treatment ever. I was quickly told my order will not be prepared until 11a bcuz there’s no one there to prepare it, which baffled me because the website says they open at 9a & my cart online said the arrangement would be ready by 10a. I told her exactly that and she began to get snooty with me, talk over me; she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence regarding the type of arrangement I placed online, and proceeded to place me on hold while she never returned. I’m disappointed with the service I received. This was my 1st impression of the Cedar Hill area as I have just moved here and it’s the closest to my new place but I WILL NOT be placing my order anymore. I will most likely find the spot in the Highlands. The treatment I received from this young lady made me believe that if I were to call back and attempt to place my order with her that she’d tamper or do something malicious to my mother’s Get Well arrangement. You can never be too sure these days especially with individuals that hate their jobs and don’t want to be there. Wish I could give ZERO STARS. - Sincerely, Disgusted and appalled.

Received a Beautiful Fruit Basket from some friends from Cedar hill Edible. 10 minutes later Edible Arrangements came back out due to forgetting to give me the flower arrangement that was suppose to come with the fruit basket. I open the box and the flower reeked of cigarette smoke and they were partially brown. I had to set them outside due to smelling so bad! I contacted edible arrangement to make them aware. The lady answering the phone said that they were too busy and some one would have to call me later. LOL

Very Disappointed!! I ordered a fruit arrangement, with balloons and added a dozen of cookies to be delivered on 08/19/2020.The recipient called me to Thank me the same day. Come to find out they never received the cookies or balloons. The real issue here is I wonder how many customers are NOT getting what was paid for.I even called the hospitals’ front desk to ensure and the receptionist confirmed that the delivery only included fruit as she was the person there at the time.I called the store to rectify the issue, a young lady, possible new employee, was unable to assist me instead asked for my information and informed me that the Lee, the manager, would return my call.Will update once resolved! Worst case scenario I’ll dispute it with my credit card seeing as I DID NOT get what was paid for.

My boyfriend ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me, and they were delicious! I was out at the moment that they came, but the delivery person made sure my items were taken care of.

I order at this location often and this one wasn’t as memorable like the rest of them.back then I was greeted vibrantly and serviced. Oh but Today it was only a slight 5 maybe 8min window wait after the first bell. It was barely display waited patiently because i was indecisive with a last min birthday arrangement which was fine. Once of your employees finally approaches and tells us 11:30 until ordering (it was 11:38 prior). So that turned into 12. I mentioned the discount and she specifically told me to include it in note.We left placed an order once I called to confirm the discount the order. She says “oh we can’t take anymore orders today. I told her the option was still available and placed she responded it wouldn’t be today”. If that was the case we would’ve just went to a different location off rip. You might as well stay closed cause you don’t have any walk in display either

Ive bought fruit arrangements from 3 Edible Arrangements ( Mesquite--old fruit), Rockwall( Late delivery and so so fruit--to be fair 2 years ago)...The Cedar Hill is bar none!!From the customer service person who took my order--Thank you sir!...Perhaps an African American gentleman? He was very professional and I felt like I had his full attention...To the presentation--beautifully arranged fruit--very neat --and oh so FREEEEESH( I checked closely 👀🔍--Sorry..I had to. The mesquite location now has horrid service since Covid Curbside has died down--girl told me to get out of car..and old looking fruit--my free chocolate covered strawberries had that sting your tongue taste...It was from a previous botched order)....Anywho, the little lady who brought it out--appeared to be genuinely smiling under mask(She was smiling BEFORE I gave her a $10.00 tip)..This is what true customer service is--efficient, cordial, personable...!!THANK YOU CEDAR HILL Edible Arrangements!!!

Horrible service from white girl that answered the phone Monday, September 21,2020 at 9a. I didn’t catch a name but please find out who is answering your phones on that shift and acting like others do not matter. I was talked down to when i tried to explain my order and it seemed like she didn’t want to place my order.

I did an online order for Valentines Day, but the weather stopped the delivery. I finally got an answer from the company after days of calling, due to bad weather. I wanted a refund and was told it will take 7-10 days to get my refund on my card. Why is that they can take your money immediately but you can’t get it back immediately? That’s insane.

My husband and I have been members for quite a while. I came to make a purchase for my kids. A young lady was in front of me asking for her free birthday box, I then remembered my husband hasnt picked his up. The gentleman working there, I believe his name is Jaheim, tells the young lady that she normally has to be a member for a year not a month to get a free box, but he will just go ahead and give her a free box without a code. I make my purchase and also give him the code to get my husbands free box. He said he couldnt find the code but he can give me a $2 discount on my purchase. I showed him the email wrote it down for him and he was still having issues. To top it off, he didnt even give me a discount on my order nor I received my husbands free box of chocolates. Very disappointed. From your member for more than a year! Thanks!

This establishment has the worst manager by the name of Leigh. On October 10th 2020 an employee tested positive for COVID-19 and did not take nor follow CDC guidelines. My daughter and another coworker notified Leigh (manager) via text that they were not going into work the following day and instead would go get tested. Leighs response via text wasDont come.back at all. And so, as of October 12, 2020 my daughter and two of her coworkers were released from their duties at Edible Arrangements in Cedar Hill at Uptown. This manager shows no professionalism. My daughter has shown me text messages from Leigh that are out of context and inappropriate. My daughter has stated a CedarHill PD have been called to the business by customer complaining of non-mask wearing environment during this pandemic. I personally witnessed today of two employees without mask while handling and preparing fruit arrangements. Me and another parent are in the process of contacting Code Enforcement, Corporate, and Franchise Owner.

Very please with the arrangement. Not only was it beautiful but yummy. Such a great option for birthdays then cookies. Delivery guy was awesome and made sure he had the correct lotion by calling to confirm

Do not use this location! I ordered a gift set for someone yet they only received 1/3 items. I called to inquire about this and they said they would deliver today. Guess what? It was never delivered. Was told “probably” because the driver couldn’t get it. Mind you, the delivery address is to a CVS that’s open 24/7. Will probably just end up disputing the charge with my bank because this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Again, don’t bother with this location or any edible arrangement for that matter.

I get arrangements here for my wife all the time. The product is always fresh and just like I want it. My wife enjoys white chocolate more than milk chocolate they never have an issue making the change for me. The employees I encounter are always very pleasant and friendly. When I do get it delivered it’s always in a timely manner. I’d recommend this particular location to anyone!

Horrible, simply horrible!!! Ruined my Valentines Day for my mother. Ordered way in advance. This was a special delivery because my brothers always sent my mother some type of arrangement. Unfortunately I lost both of my brothers 6 months apart last year, one in April and the other in November. So I wanted to make this special for her. I tried calling but couldnt leave a message because it was full. My tracking information says its still at the store. Its now 8:30 p.m., weve had dinner and the limo I hired has dropped us off and guess what? No delivery. Im pretty sure I wont get my order but will arrive at the store for a full refund. I wanted to give you zero stars but I had no choice but to give you one. Should have used my regular service. Thanks for ruining my mothers day on Valentines day and ripping me off of $163.41. I will be by to get my money😡 Should have used Sharis Berries.

They have a display on the window showing Boxes starting at 9.99 but said the price changed its 19.99. Also the menus have Buy one Get one free expires 12/31/2019. If i could give this store a -5 stars i would. It says Exclusive Deals inside! Lol because all the deals outside posted are expired. On my Birthday Disappointed.

So I’m from Houston sending an arrangement to someone in this area. Long story short the delivery guy named Joe had GREAT customer service even if it was over the phone I just LOVED how he went out of his way to get the arrangement to the recipient. Another person could’ve just said well I’m going to take it to the store and they can pick it up there. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!

I ordered a exactly 7 days in advanced to be delivered to my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day! They ended up calling her at 3p saying they will deliver it to her place (Strike 1). I received a notification later that night saying it was delivered but it was never delivered! My old Valentine’s Day was frustrating. No one answered the phone nor the 1800 customer service after holding for over 40 mins

This arrangement was sent to comfort family mementos who were experiencing an untimely loss, that to this day we are still grappling with. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh and delivered on time. I am very grateful for the care shown and effort made in delivering this basket in a timely manner! It really meant a lot to my family and me.

Ordered a Boss Day package that included a Boss Day balloon, a fruit bouquet, and a small cake. My Boss only received a small cake, that looked like it had been dropped couple of times, plus it has a sour taste to it. No balloon, no fruit bouquet. And I have been calling them and no answer. This is a shame, so unhappy.

Ive been ordering from Edible Arrangements for years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the service every time. At this particular location, I used them to order an item for my sister on her birthday. It was last minute, but when I called, they took care of it right away. She was surprised to receive it and was ecstatic!Great service and great rewards system as well!

I ordered a edible arrangement for my mothers birthday. I am in college so I sent my dad to pick it up and surprise her back at home. They said everything was fresh and good except one thing. I paid extra money for my edible arrangement to come with a balloon and it did not come with one. This was disappointing so I called the store. Luckily they offered free strawberries so that was pretty good customer service. I just took away the one star because the balloon I paid for was not attached but they definitely made up for it.

What a horrible experience at Edibles in Cedar Hill, TX on 02/14/2020! My online, paid for order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 1:00pm. Upon arrival, many customers were walking away empty-handed, shaking their heads. When it was my turn to pick up, they said they didn’t have an order for me. I showed them my confirmation email and they said they would have it ready in 10 minutes. At 3:00pm, they finally handed me my order! It was pure chaos. I would say in that 2 hours, only 2% of the customers walked away with their order. Never again!

Im very satisfied with my order. My mother in law received her gift on time and it was perfect. The fruit was super sweet n fresh.

Edible Arrangements is amazing! I did not know that they had smoothies and that they are so delicious!! So you can come here for their amazing chocolate dipped fruit or a refreshing smoothie. I got their pineapple and kale smoothie and it really hit the spot!!! Ya!!!

Such a beautiful arrangement and tasty too! This was the perfect 40th anniversary treat for my loved ones. Theyve gotten tons of flowers over the years but I believe this was their first edible arrangement. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and courteous.

My sister and I decided to get my mom a nice big fruit bouquet . It was expensive but so worth it. My mom was so happy and we even had it delivered to her job so she liked showing off to all of the girls at her job, it was huge and so pretty. Most definetly recommend beats flowers to me.

I order Edible Arrangements on a regular birthday/ anniversary and any special occasion, I can for my closest friends and my wife. I love that they place the detail on every arrangement. The team that works are always very professional and of course the speedy service.

Worst experience ever at an Edible Arrangement.. I asked did that location have froyos because I didnt see it on the menu. The lady tells me yes, then I proceed to tell her what kind I wanted and heres where it just went left.. She asked if I wanted a strawberry puree so I tell her I want fresh strawberries because I have never had that before so conversation goes on and I tell her I just want a froyo with strawberries. Now I dont know if that offended her or not but from there she starts to correct EVERYTHING that I say to the point where I tell her to give me whatever she calls it since she wants to correct everything that I say. She goes on and on about how shes never had a customer so difficult and I tells her Ive never had a worker so difficult either. So after her going back and forth with me and Im still calm btw, she finally finishes and she asks me is that what I wanted and I tell her no but its fine (trying to get out of there because now shes working my nerve). She then tells me its free because you have been so difficult and I hope you have a good day, but by this time Im over her and her bickering so I tell her nevermind and God bless you I turn around and walk out the door.. I out the door and who do I see has come from behind the counter and out the door still talking to me...YES, the worker. I ask her are you really going to come behind me her reply Yes meanwhile shes still talking telling me I should have more compassion and etc.. This is the WORST experience ever at an Edible arrangement all because I wasnt using the right terminology(per her) and the froyo I wanted was made differently..

I placed an order for my wifes birthday on line for this store and it was very easy to do. When I went to pick it up the order was ready and I was in and out in 3 minutes. The chocolate strawberries were sweet and fresh and a great birthday sweet instead of cake. She loved them. Ill be back.

The Cedar Hill location, along with the Fort Worth location, has worked with me on deliveries and pickups that have pushed it close to closing or after-hours, their fruit is always fresh, and my experience has just always been phenomenal. Most recently for Administratives Day, my job had the new location in Waxahachie deliver me a beautiful and VERY tasty fruit bouquet. I recommend Edible Arrangements to any and everyone!

I received an edible arrangement as a gift. I was very disappointed with the quality of my fruit and the service. The fruit was not sweet and when I called to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the fruit, i was made out to be a person that would be dissatisfied regardless of what I had gotten . Thats ridiculous and untrue! My niece sent me a boutique as a surprise because she was thinking about me. She paid $70.00 of her hard earn money. Please excuse me and her for wanting a quality product for the money. First Class All The Way !!My loving Cousin has blessed our home a couple of time with gifts from Edible Arrangements, Specifically from this store.The folks at this location always provide the BEST customer care. Starting with the delivery person.Half the magic of receiving a gift like this is the surprise when theres a knock on the door. And even though through trying to keep my loud mouth dachshund from barking so loudly that I couldnt acknowledge his friendly smile properly, My delivery driver ran off before I had an opportunity to tip him. And even though I would have loved to show him my gratitude, It was still appreciated that he wanted to avoid any possible uncomfortable exchange either. ....THEN .. For the first time ever, the cantaloupe in the arrangement wasnt quite ripe yet. But knowing the superior care weve receive from this location in the past, my partner (Who the arrangement was actually for) was able to call them to share his MINOR disappointment with the item.Thats when Ron (The Manager I assume) took the call and offered us our choice of a variety of solutions. No questions asked, other than those needed answered in order for him to make it right.What Ive not shared with you until now is that my partner actually survived and explosion a few years ago, and this Birthday almost never happened for him. Recently hes had eyesight restored in one of his eyes, and even though every day is a blessing we are honored to experience, Special occasions such as Birthdays have an even more special meaning to us.Ron and his team at Edible Arrangements in Cedar Hill Texas have found a way to make an already immensely blessed day into one thats even that much more special to us. That way she could share it with the other teachers etc. it hasnt arrived yet and its a 1:30 pm. No special occasion goes by without something from Edible now. Never again will I use Sharis Berries and deal with their sneaky, outrageous delivery charges! Edible Arrangements product quality, selection and prices blew Sharis out of the ballpark.

My wife ordered an arrangement from this location; they sent it to the wrong home. When we called because the order had not arrived, we were told they were done delivering for the day, and the order would be delivered first thing the next morning.We called the next afternoon because the arrangement still had not been recieved, and Ivy, the employee who answered the phone, was very unprofessional, spoke in a condescending manner, and she has no clue regarding customer service.After reading some of the other negative reviews regarding the Cedar Hill location and my personal experience, there is clearly a management problem. We will never utilize there services, or lack there of, again!

So I wanted to check my order status on phone since it was delayed to the next day. However ,the lady who answered the phone just replied and then suddenly hanged up the call! I called again to say it is not a proper way to end a phone call but the other lady also had the same attitude.I would never order from this branch again. This is not a service I would expect from a decent company.

OMG I dont know where to begin I am sooooooo Pleased with IVY she is the most sweetest, kind hearted worker you could ask for. Today was a long day its my babys birthday and she wasnt having a good day so I WANTED TO LIFT HER SPIRITS by sending an edible arrangement to her high school, but THEY DONT ACCEPT deliveries so IVY then went to my apartments and for some strange reason my apartments were closed, so then IVY (the best worker EVER) went to my grandmother and law house to drop it off, I am a manager at my current job and never had an employee so dedicated and willing to go that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy, I have never wrote a review but IVY needs and deserves all the brownie points GIVE THIS WOMAN A RISE ASAP !!!!!
