I loved how patient the pharmacist was when we made a mistake on the vaccine paperwork. It was a good experience

I love this pharmacy. I have been getting meds filled here for over 10 yrs. I see negative reviews posted. Some are due to human error -some anger.My experience is always the same. Great service. Great people. I dont expect any staff to do what i cant do 2 help myself. Like know the pharmacy break times and know what meds have refills or not.My meds are filled on time. My meds are correct. Pharmacist are friendly and professional. The best part is staff has been inplace for years. It makes a difference.Give this review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Much better than it use to be....The lines are quicker. The staff is friendlier. It takes less time to get your order filled and the orders are more accurate.

I’ve seen this pharmacy close its windows before the published closing time at least twice. My iPhone and iPhone watch do keep the correct time. I brought it to the pharmacist ‘s attention; she said the computer tells them what time to close so come back tomorrow.

Out of all the pharmacies I have ever been to (i.e. CVS, Walgreens, Albertson’s, HEB), this is by far the most convenient, efficient, and consistent — hats off to every staff member responsible for the exceptional service this pharmacy delivers every single time without fail.

Unprofessional. Poor communication skills. Poor customer service. I have not had an experience where 5 out of 5 visits I have been told there is no prescription under my name. It is, as if, I keep coming monthly for my enjoyment. The ritual follows of me, not them, calling my doctor s office, then they find the prescription but need several hours to fill it after stating they dont have it or it is on hold. Exact same experience every time. No improvement or intelligence to do better. Not sure what the issue but they need to rehire qualified people that seek to do their jobs correctly and accurately. After last experience, transferred my prescription to Sams club and had a completely positive experience.

The staff Is friendly and knows my name. They answer all my questions . I appreciate when they see Im not feeling well they work a little faster.

Confusion and poor communication EVERY single time filling the same prescription. Once again my child will have to go days without his medication thanks to this pharmacy. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This pharmacy sucks. When I lived in Lancaster I could drop my prescription at the Walmart and expect to get it filled in an hour. Yesterday at about 4:15 pm I dropped my prescription and was told it would not be ready until 11am the next day. When I went in to pick it up it was only partially filled. They tell me I needed to call the doctor to get a clarification when I called walmart back at 7:30pm they tell me that they dont have the medication and have ordered it and it will be ready at noon tomorrow. And no they did not phone me at any time.RE

I had a dental appointment this morning at 1030am, my work was completed at 12:30pm 2 hours later. My nurse told me she had called the prescription in. She I arrived at the pharmacy the tech said he didnt see a prescription for me so he asked the pharmacist. Then and only then did the pharmacist check the phone messages. The tech the pharmacist is suppose to check messages every hour. Now Im sitting waiting do a another 30 minutes until my meds are filled. This is really pathetic if I would have had the meds sent to Plano or Far North Dallas where I work I guarantee the prescription would have been ready...I see why you are rated a 1.
