I went to Target Optical on a recommendation of a friend and I am glad I did. There are plenty of choices for frames and a very good price. Service was very attentive and non hurried. Will recommend this place to other friends.

I really enjoy going to get my glasses here every year. This is probably my 4th year. This year and last year I had the pleasure of working with Gloria Guerrero. She is the best. I always feel comfortable with her and such a pleasure to chat with.

Even though the computer system was sluggish, Rachel filled the time by engaging my daughter (who was picking new glasses) and made us feel appreciated. She has excellent service skills!

Our whole family has used this location for years. It’s always clean and the ladies are always courteous and knowledgeable. Today’s visit was with my 9 year old; Daniela was extra patient showing her a ton of options.I was super impressed during the peak of COVID last year! They sanitize after EACH patient!

I absolutely love shopping at Target Optical! The service is always so wonderful! My two locations to go to is Cedar Hill and Towne East Mesquite! If you have tried them, you really should!!

The staff are very helpful , BUT i went in there with a prescription to purchase ray ban eye glasses . I actually got a regular pair and a sunglass pair that both ended upbeing prescriptions..So this is my first time getting glasses so i had NO idea they were only for reading and not for driving or anything else . Crystal who helped me told me it will be blurry at first but will adjust with your eyes after a week . Anyways long story short my prescription was ONLY FOR READING . But she sat there and didnt tell me and let me spend 700 on both pairs when i didnt even need my sunglasses with prescription... so i went back and told them to change it to regular lens ... and im getting a refund . Since it was my first time i had no idea what i was doing and they dont tell me anything. Unless i geuss you ask ? Im just mad she didnt tell me my prescription was ONLY for reading . Waste of time even doing all of that .

I was down in Cedar Hill a couple of months ago. The store is nice, and the employees were helpful. I saw their security team catch someone trying to walk out with a cart full of merchandise. Thats awesome, I never see that at Wal-Mart. Target has their stuff together!
