Teresa is the best! She was very friendly, attentive and eager to help! This journey to turn in the phones began at 1:30. I went to Arlington store where I had an appointment at 2:00 to realize it was closed. I made an appointment at Mansfield and drove over there. Once I got there the lady told me they couldn’t help me with the phone turn in. Bummer! So I drove to Cedar Hill where I was helped by Teresa. I am sitting here in my car 5:12 writing this review. (Which I never write) because I am sincerely impressed with her attitude and willingness to help! Thanks Teresa for helping me make this rough experience a great one!

If the store is closed it NEEDS to be known. Ive been sitting in my car for the last 20-25 minutes waiting for a 3pm appointment and this is what the appointment consist of... A closed store.Ridiculous. People take off from work and etc. To handle business and this is a complete waste of a lunch break...

Purchased a new apple phone with apple care. The apple care was never activated and would not refund their mistake. I would not ha e even known I was missing it it apple hadn’t sent me an email telling me I was almost out of time. This location has horrible customer service. Should have stayed with AT&T.

Terribly POOR customer service. Came in today to purchase a new phone. I knew my line was due for an upgrade and I had a general idea of what kind of phone I wanted. The moment I came in the store the sales rep who didnt even give me his name automatically was like; what kind of phone do you want?. At that exact moment I had narrowed down my options, thus why I went to the store to purchase a phone. I told him the two types of phone I was interested in and he just shot me down talking in circles not giving me any details or direct answers. basically just told me any phone was better than what I currently had. A robot could have sold me the phone. Then I purchased this $1k plus phone and the sales rep gives me a 10-second rundown on how to activate it at home pay the money have a nice day, do you want to buy this $150 worth of accessories so I can get some commission. Now I remember why I stopped going to this location.

Colton was very helpful. I went by Verizon because I am fed up with cruddy service from T-Sprint! I was T-Mobile but since they became friends I have no service in my apt. Anyway... I was very pleased with how upfront he was. He told me about the activation fees but if I choose curbside delivery I save on the fees. He tried to help me save money anywhere possible. Very pleased.

I had such an awesome experience at this store with Teresa! My mom had 21 questions about phone plans etc... and she was very patient and detailed in her answers very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! Make sure you make your appointment prior to going.

I made an appointment to add a line. I was greeted at the door by an associate and made aware of their process. When my turn came up, I went in and the associate inside had already wiped down the counter. I explained to her what I wanted to do and she took care of it quickly and professionally. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely the best experience Ive had at a wireless store.

I was under the impression that this store sold phones. Yet when I try to buy one, they tell me it cant be sold to me because the phone in the salesmans hand doesnt appear in their inventory. Not to mention it took about an hour to get to the point of checking out after getting to two customers who walked in after me.I hate trying to give a store money and they dont make any effort to make sure they take it. Not even an effort to do some sort of workaround. Sorry we couldnt sell you this phone today were the last words the salesman said before I just got up and left.

I love Verizon, the bill is too high. But as a single woman, having reliable service is totally worth it. Priceless. But some of the store visits feel like a finger nail scratching a wall. Verizon isnt perfect, but being kind to another human is about as perfect as any of us will get.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I tried to pick up my cell phone, purchased with my own credit card and they refused. They gave my elderly and sick grandparents the wrong information on how to add my name to the account so that I could pick up and when that didn’t work made them go out during a DEADLY PANDEMIC and risk them getting sick.Don’t go here they do not care about their customers.

This store has truly transformed since I visited two years ago! The service I received was superb! The sales rep, Cesar, was very patient and took his time to explain the all of the plans until we found one that suited my data usage and finances. He was also able to find some awesome promotions for me. The manager, Mr. Randy, was friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this store for any of your Verizon needs. Customer service means EVERYTHING, and this store exceeded all of my expectations.

After waiting almost 30 minutes same lady comes out to put the sign up for closing. Finally asked where we going to be see, had already checked in through the app. She states no one has checked in which is false. Come to find out shes supposed to be the manager named TW. Very poor service and experience from what is supposed to be a premier company

Went in today to upgrade my phone and I’ve experienced really poor customer service the lady who was helping me out was Priscilla she didn’t even explain anything she seemed frustrated every time I asked her a question also never offered to help for what’s so ever. I’ve never had this problem with Verizon in the past I’m really disappointed management really needs to have a talk with her and show her how to treat customers better. Stay away from this location.

My experience here at this Verizon store is amazing every time I come. The manager Stephen is an awesome person. Very friendly and is more than willing to help meet your need. The sales associate T was amazing awesome also. She handle my issue and then some. She really went above and beyond her job duties to make sure I was happy. Other times I have came into he store Marlin me Robert have helped me out and they are just as amazingly awesome. Big 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 ups for this STORE!!!!!

Incredible service and stellar customer care. Theyre super friendly and very attentive. You never have to repeat yourself multiple times to different persons as they pass the buck. The manger Clementine Temple needs to be re-trained. I had a question, she never came out of the back office to even address it.That is very unprofessional...they need to bring back the other manager he was knowledgeable, professional & friendly..If you can go to another Verizon store it would be worth your time... or go to the Verizon counter at Best Buy. They are professional, not rude ...Not sure how Clementine got the position but she needs to be re-evaluated...This store should close & start over...

I am with AT&T and considered changing providers. I visited the Cedar Hill store for more information on their plans and was ignored. No one even acknowledged my presence. After a couple of customers walked in after myself and were greeted, I left the store. Needless to say I am still with AT&T and decided to upgrade my plan with them. At least they show that they are interested in keeping old customers and recruiting new ones.

Extra long wait time to the point where people walk out; Unprofessional customer service: the first time, girl was on a personal call on AirPods the entire time she was “helping” us. The second time, she acted as though she didn’t want to go get what we were wanting to see from the back. Don’t waste your time here.

I spoke with the new manager Clementine Templeton in the store to try and rectify an issue with my phone. She was not knowledgeable and was arrogant. She even had the audacity to raise her voice at me. I tried to explain the situations to her several times but she would not listen and totally ignored what I was saying. After about an hour in the store, I finally left and called the Corporate Verizon Store. They handled my issue in approximately 5 minutes. The store there was great until this manager came. As long as she is there I will never go back to that store. She has ruined that location for me.

Be prepared to be accosted the moment you put a foot in the store. Other than being pestered every 30 seconds it is a good store. They will be definitely be helpful once you indicate you are ready to make a purchase. The problem is that they will not tell you of every alternative available. They will automatically give you the most expensive option they have without mentioning more economical options. Just be informed before you go or be sure to ask a lot of questions. Do not even think of getting any tech help at this location. They will simply try to pawn off a new phone on you. In all fairness, my friends with other carriers say this is their experience in those stores as well.

Leo was great. Rest of the staff did not seem interested in customer service and talks so fast through the deals it is almost impossible to follow. I dont like being forced to do payments when I want to buy a phone and I dont like being forced into a calling plan I dont want. That is Verizons bad policy and not the employees fault.

We would never come here before and would drive out of our way to go to other Verizon stores because this store was so bad. They have gone under new management and an entire new staff and now it is a completely different store. It was a great experience and we will always come here from now on. My husband and I went in yesterday to upgrade our phones and we got exactly what we wanted and then some. We were helped by an A+++ rep named Juan. He had us in and out in 30 mins. He is super knowledgeable and made the experience pleasant and smooth. Best experience Ive had with upgrading my phone in all the years Ive had a mobile phone. Didnt catch the general managers name, but he was friendly as well.

My experience at this location was terrible. I am very displeased with the quality of service. Robert was unhelpful, rude, and uninterested in performing his job. I will not be returning to this store. I always come to this location due to convenience near my home and the customer service. I am unsure what has changed; normally the employees are swarming to help me with smiles and great attitudes. That was not the case yesterday. Here I am having my contract up in a month and contemplating on leaving Verizon Wireless and I get the poorest customer service ever experienced. I am strongly considering leaving.

Some of the reps here seem to be lost and uninformed half the time and know very little on what they are doing. They are poorly trained for customer service. Too bad its the only store in the area. I got better service in the kiosk in Costco.

I went into Verizon because I cracked my screen on my galaxy s10 plus and tried to file an insurance claim with asurion and was told they couldnt fix it because they didnt have the parts, and I would have to pay 199 deductible for a new phone. I went to try and get Verizon to help me with this as my wife is pregnant and I not only didnt want to pay for a new phone, but because she is pregnant and I do not want to be without a phone. I also pay top dollar for the insurance; total mobile protection. I wanted to have Verizon help me get them to offer some alternative. When I walked in, I was greeted by rep, who then asked the solutions manager Logan to help me. I explained what I wanted and Logan listened and said he didnt think he would be able to help but was willing to at least try. He called asurion for me, and spoke for a few minutes and asurion told him they would get me a new phone for the 30 dollar cracked screen price since they didnt have the parts to fix it. He was extremely courteous, and got me all set up to do what I needed to get the file the claimed. I have no doubt that if I had dealt with anyone else the result wouldnt have been the same. I am so glad I decided to go there when I did. I will only go speak to him from now on if I have any problems. I havent read any of the other reviews, but I know that the solutions manager at this store got me a great solution. Thank you Logan, I really appreciate it.

I would give Michelle 5 stars for her service in helping me switch from AT&T to Verizon. The manager on the other hand approached me and ten feet away from me asked me to take what I stole out of my pocket in the middle of the store. #1 that’s humiliating #2 if I had really stolen something that is the worst way to approach somebody ten feet away surrounded by other customers. You are putting your customers at risk if I became violent or had a weapon. The manager definitely needs more training and I hope the district manager makes this happen as he was called. So corporate Verizon can think Michelle for the purchase of two new phones and new service because otherwise I would have walked out of there and never switch to Verizon.

Just recently switched to Verizon and was super excited until I had to come in to this store.I came in to this location to trade in my previous i-phone from T-Mobile like customer service over the phone ( who was great by the way) told me to do.I get there stand in line and move forward when they said next person. I then hear the manager say oh wait this gentleman was in front of you so I turn around and offer the gentleman to go ahead of me but the manager said oh wait I found someone else to help him you can go.I proceeded to turn in my phone and I noticed the representative who was helping me by the name of Tara seemed very agitated but I ignored it initially. Tara then asked me whats the whats the gigs on my phone. Me being 35 weeks pregnant and just getting off work my memory was a little foggy so I stated Im not sure let me look before I could get the sentence out she says Well we kinda need that to trade in the phone.I then ask her is there an issue here, cause at this point Im fed up with her agitated behavior. She then states Well yeah you walk in cut in front of people I told her I did not cut I didnt know he was in line but you can help him first if you like. She then states I mean he told you someone will be with you but here you just walked up. I then turn to her manager and say can you go get the other gentleman since your employee believes I cut and seems really bothered by it.She then trys to apologize stating oh Im sorry I see that you werent aware that he was in line... however at this point her manager notices her behavior and steps in and takes over.I was shaking I was so upset. Im 30 years old I have no reason to cut in line. The lines werent long and I didnt mind waiting. I left with tears of discouragement and anger because I had never been treated this way when just trying to turn in a phone.I thank the manager who stepped in and tried to save my experience that had unfortunately already been ruined.

19 years with Verizon, often at this store since it opened.There is no corporate attitude of the best interest of the customer. New people there.Your phone (3 yrs old) is no good anymore. Very flippant and cocky, 2 people.I am very, very tired of throw-away phones and high bills every month, and so many frustrations using VERY INEFFICIENT SMART equipment.I am now ready to leave Verizon and go shopping for a simple phone.

When recently switching back to Verizon from AT&T, I had a very sub-par experience at a different location. On top of that, the new iPhone I received seemed to have been defective, as it froze often and overheated regularly. Due to the lackluster issues at my original store, I went out of my way a bit to visit this location south of Dallas. What a great decision!Leo and Steve both stayed late working with my wife and I to explain our plan, make adjustments, switch my defective phone, and move my data to the new device. They were exceptionally kind, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Because of them, I cant recommend this location highly enough! Despite a little longer drive, this is now my go-to Verizon store. Ill be back!

I just signed my family of 5 up with verizon...verizon sent me to this location to pick up the equipment but the manager on site was so rude she did not release the equipment no matter what the verizon rep said. We had all the documents needed but she said due to the area fraud is too high. I stated to her that all requirements were met but she didnt budge. She needs to know that not all African Americans are bad or up to no good. I own a business and I would never treat employees or anyone as bad as I and my family were treated today. I never bother writing reviews but I had to let you guys know.

6 employees standing around not doing anything while one person helped people one at a time .. The store was dead yet they all huddle around the register on phones and carrying on conversations.
