Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location, not overly crowded. Visited during a shipment but still able to find everything youre looking for. And they sell almost the full line of Ambi products! So hard to find and at great price! Will definitely be back when I charged to a winter protective style and Ambi. 👍🏾😊

Today I witnessed the female manager ( Asian lady wearing glasses) display very disheartening customer service to a fellow employee. I know there are plenty of cultural differences, but to basically be screaming to a worker who was doing her work and doing what was asked of her, was totally shocking and unacceptable to me, especially in front of customers. People have to understand that you should not speak to people as if you own them, or they are locked up in a cage. I could go on and on about this situation but I really want to tell the owner of the store (If you even ever read your reviews) that you should really look into training your managers...customer service is very important as well as a safe working environment for your employees. Its after 8 pm and Im still in shock at the behavior I witnessed today from your supervisor on site. I hope that young lady left with no thoughts on returning to work there after being spoken to like a she was trash on the street.Ive seen people treat dogs better than that.

Not the best customer service but the store has lots of products and well stocked.

Too cluttered. They need a bigger place. But the staff is friendly.

I went there today and I was getting ready to pick my product and take it to the front. An employee told me that she would meet me at the cashier with the product. I asked why couldnt I take the product myself and she said it was the store policy. I felt like this was very discriminatory. If you choose to cater to a certain demographic, people should be treated with respect. I asked the cashier to speak to the owner to voice my concern and she said there was no way to get in touch with him. I would never shop here again.

I have not had a bad experience yet. The staff remembers me every time I go in. I only gave 4 stars because they dont carry NYX. HOWEVER, I appreciate that the owner wont supply it because he would have to charge customers too much for it. AND they show customers appreciation by raffling hair supplies. My gift today was a hair dryer. Thank yall!

Has a variety of selections, but I love the customer service I receive from the time I walk in to the time I leave. The owner is very nice and respectable. Would recommend this store.

Customer service is lacking. The owners stood in the front of the store conversing & keeping and eye on customers the entire time. The cashier rang me up and did not say a kind word. I had about 7 or 8 items. All she said was, This lipstick is a tester, you want it? Want to get another one?I kindly replied, Thats okay. Thank you. No response. No other words spoken.This is always my battle with beauty supplies. Do I want to support a small business in my neighborhood? Of course. I also want to be treated like a valued customer. This always seems to be lacking. Hair Beauty Centet is no better or worse than other beauty supplies.The selection of products is good.There is ample parking.The employees generally match the demographic in the area.

I love this store been going here for years..and when u are a regular customer they are very personal. Not when it comes to not so regular customer..there is always a bad review from people who do not regularly go there . All you have to do is ask them to get the product.

Incompetent individuals working the register. i was checked out by some girl who charged me 1.99 for lashes instead of .99.. when i brought it to her attention, she got an attitude with me as if i was the one who messed up. wasn’t apologetic at all. i’ve never had a bad experience here, but when you hire 12 year olds.. you should know something like this would happen

Options galore! Store is just crowded and hard to maneuver around the back and the aisle with braiding hair packs.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Certain aisles were a bit close together but other than that the prices and selection will be the reasons Ill come here instead of Jennys.
