The owner and stylist took the time l listen to what I needed for my skin and hair, matching me with products which were high in quality and affordable in price. I purchased a one percent unprocessed human hair wig which the stylist slayed while I was on-site. Perfection. Each time I have shopped Flawless since, my experience has exceeded my expectations. I use the Ashi hair prodcts for growth and repair. I have only been using this product for 90 days faithfully and I’m very impressed. My hair how it’s starting to thickening at the root as well as the length has improved. If you’re experiencing thinness breakage I recommend her product,

The Owner and the Associates/Beauticians are soo very professional. My experience in store and my experience virtually was OUTSTANDING. During my virtual experience; the Associate showed me the merchandise patiently and answered every question with great professionalism. It takes time to actually show and to look at wigs virtually. Once I chose the style I wanted; the merchandise was hand delivered to my home by the Owner, the same day. I was very pleased at how well packaged it was, which also included a “Flawless Care Instruction card” for my merchandise. This is definitely an upscale shop. Not trashy at all. I highly recommend this business to all women that want the best and is wiling to pay for the best! It is extremely clean and well organized! You will love the service and the professionalism. Hands down this is the most up scale beauty supply store in town. They have a large selection of natural hair care products, make up and lashes, wigs and extensions - everything. The owner was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. This will be my go-to beauty supply store from now on!

Im so excited about this hair and beauty supply store!!!! First let me say this, the customer service is like none other. The young lady working was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and very informative on their hair. I bought my daughter three bundles and a closure of flawless hair. The hair is one of the best weve ever used, its so beautiful, it holds curl very well, we got the hair hi-lited and that did not alter the luster, or the natural shine of the hair. I loved the hair so much Ive gone back and bought me some. Thank you Flawless, Ill definitely be a regular customer.

This store is amazing!! They have every hair product you can imagine, wigs, and even someone in the store to install the wig for you professionally. The store is very sanitized and clean. The customer service is amazing, AND the store is minority owned. 10/10 recommend!!
