I get my car washed here a lot. But its not because theyre good. Its because theyre the only full service car wash in town, so I keep coming back.No one smiles or is friendly. When you pull up, they will make eye contact and then ignore you for 5 minutes - even when they arent busy. They have their hours posted, but they ALWAYS close early! Their posted closing hours should be the time they take the last car, not just the time they want to go home. Its very frustrating.Several times when I have picked my car up, there has been dirt and debris still visible in the door jamb. Last time, they had spilled something on my dashboard and didnt clean it up at all!They didnt used to be like this. Maybe its the new management.

Listen to the reviews. I ignored them and got the worse service possible. I got the best package ($109.95). They tell you that’s the price but want to charge $110. Not a big deal, but not happening. It’s the principal. Lady at front desk was rude. I was there 4 hours to eventually be told that my car had been done. By the time I got my keys there was bird poop and they act like they didn’t want to clean it because “it just happened”. Hellooooo, if you told me my car was ready when it was ready we wouldn’t have to have the conversation.My car was very half cleaned. I can’t see out of my windows because they are so smudged. The job was piss poor over all. Car needs to be detailed still. Everyone there was unprofessional and rude. To top off the poor job done, my iPhone charger, change jar, and designer glasses were missing from my car.Listen to the reviews y’all. Don’t go!

I’ve been here on multiple occasions where I was told my car was ready and when I went outside to inspect it, I had to tell them to clean some part of it over again. I always got the vibe that they had a problem with the fact that I’m asking them to do a better job. My whole thing is, why am I paying you the money to clean my car if I have to leave and clean up some things that you failed to do. That’s basically ripping me off. Either clean my car right or give me my money back and I’ll go somewhere that actually cares fully about making their customers happy. Stop always just doing the once over and being ok with it. Pretend it’s your car that you’re cleaning.

1st time to go here.It seemed a little rough - at first - as far as service goes, but after warming up to their way of doing things it went just fine.Prices are typical.They didnt do a perfect job of detailing at first but were more than willing to address anything I was concerned about.

Today was my first time going into e-z shine in cedar hill. I was more then impressed. For $20 they do the outside and inside. I also got a free air freshener. The place I was going to before was only the outside for the same price. They also have this awesome massage chair in the lobby. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and professional. I was so happy with the service I went and got my wife’s car done as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Paid $30 for a car wash that I literally could have done myself. Baby bye never again!

I use to go to this car wash all the time. Today I decided to go because I haven’t been in a while and I know they use to do the job very good, well today it’s a totally different crew, not sure if it’s a new owner or what but I can’t even tell what the hell they did for the inside, nothing was wiped down, no dashboards wiped down, no wonder they didn’t really have customers. I will never go back. I like the car wash in desoto which is where I should have went.

Terrible service if I could give them no stars I would. They did not even have anyone in line it was only me and two other cars there. I have an SUV they wiped it in 2 minutes tops. I had to have them wipe it again, but they expect a big tip. Then the lady in front of me they scratched up her car. I explained to them you want a tip, but you dont want to do the service.

Dont let the negative reviews on here keep you from giving this place a try. Were from Montana and Ive used it twice in the last couple of years after making the long haul down here and having my car look absolutely disgusting from road grime potato chips you name it. It takes a while for the full service but I paid $50 ($60 with a $10 tip) and my car literally looks like I bought it off the showroom floor. They even left a complimentary bottle of water in my drink holder when I went to drive off. I wont use any other service in this area at all. Super super impressed.

I had a neighbor spray fence stain on my truck accidentally so I quickly take it here and explain the situation the young woman says it will be $6. I am skeptical because of how much is on there but I say okay and she takes it through the wash. It obviously did not work and took off the greasy layer but left all of the spots from the spray. The boss comes over and says they can get them off but it will need to be waxed and it will be $60. I said okay and they got started but told me to pay first. I got inside and the cashier told me that they said it would be $80 to do the whole truck because of size. Naturally this was not ideal but I paid anyway because I wanted my paint fixed. I pay they do a great wax and I leave. I get back to work only to realize that they did not wax the top of my truck on the roof and left waxy spots. You can think that they may have just forgot but you can see on the top where someone started to wax and then just gave up. Overall not great quality of care and flighty changing prices means you should avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible Service! My car has spots all over like it was never toweled dried! And they didn’t even vacuum inside! Waste of $26 could of went to Fuel City for a better wash! Don’t waste your money or time!

Today I went to go get a car wash as I do every week here and this week as I began to vacuum my car I was told by an employee that I wasnt allowed to vacuum my own car why is that if Im paying for wash? I have invaluable documents and equipment in my vehicle that I dont want to chance or risk on their employees taking or vacumming up. What is the difference in allow me to vacuum my own vehicle which the employees would have been vacuuming if I allowed them too vs me doing it? Its simple if something goes missing it is misplaced in my vehicle I will not have to question the integrity of the employees.... this place is becoming a disappointment why do I have to pay you to wash my car and then drive it somewhere else to vacuum it makes no sense.

This Car Wash Has Gotten Worst, $14 for a car wash and it barely knocked of half the dirt, when talking to attendant he just was so nonchalant, I use to prefer this car wash but I rather wash by hand than to use them ever again

Went to this Car wash on 6/10/20Walked in and paid the young Girl or Teen at the Register was a bit rude and unprofessional I asked about buying a air freshener she told me no that they put them inside my Car. My Car was washed within 10 min and I had my Grandma with me so I couldn’t inspect the Car. Got in and drove off to realize they cracked a Mirror on my Car also sprayed tired shine on my Car, but sprayed so much it was on my Windows. So I had to stop and buy Windex and a cloth. Still my windows have a film on them. They Vacuumed my Car and didn’t clean much and did I forget to mention they left their Rags in my Car... I’ve called up there 5 times to not get an answer and that the Voicemail hasn’t been set up. Oh well they used to be good and have washed other Cars of Mine but this time it was a bunch of Young Kids goofing off. Sad to see it go down I’m unhappy and a waste of $20. Smh

It wasn’t too busy when I came (Sunday around noon) The outside they did pretty good but they didn’t wipe the inside off too good as you can see in the pic. Still not too bad, I’ve seen worse.

Horrible. They just dont seem to have any integrity about their business. I had to take my car back so they could get the streaks out and finish cleaning the inside and out. I finally took the towel and cleaned the windows myself. Got home and had to windex the rear mirror! Same with my daughters car...after I complained about my car! There is no incentive to give quality service. From the manager to the workers. Its sad. Not returning. Thats my comfort. There are other places.

Simply put, go anywhere else but here. 16 years we’ve been loyal customers with 3 cars. This new owner has raised prices, created up charges and has lowered the standards of service. Further, he doesn’t appear to have any respect for his employees nor customers. WHEN YOU ARE WORKING HARDER TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAN THEY ARE WORKING TO KEEP YOU AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER... I normally am so pleased and in love with my services here, however my last trip was a total let down. Windows were smeared, inside poorly vacuumed just all around displeased. Hopeful next time will be a lot better.

$19 for the basic wash and I ended up with streaked windows. Will not return unless desperate. They have a 10% senior citizen discount on their website that they do not honor. The wipe down inside was pretty minimal.

I paid for the $25 deluxe wash and they only cleaned the outside. No vavuum and the windows were full of streaks! Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE but there.

The many reviews that state that they dont honor their discounts are true. I went to redeem a gift certificate that I received from Straight Line Collision after getting my car repaired. They would not honor it and used a change in management six months ago as the excuse. I explained that I had gotten the certificate only a week ago. The manager stated that they still wouldnt honor it but if I could get the manager from Straight Line Collision to bring my car in then they would wash it for me.At this point, I wouldnt even trust them with my car but I will be contacting Straight Line Collision to let them know that their business associate has very deceptive practices.

First time here and last time here. Everyone is having side conversations/flirting with the ticket lady with the long fake eyelashes or on their cell phones instead of vacuuming out cars so the process can keep moving. I was stuck in line for 20 minutes because I couldnt get out due to someone blocking me in. All the cars are backed up because the guy who should be pulling cars through the bay is texting on his cell phone. I finally get to the front of the vacuums and they are still moving slower than molasses. I go in to pay, there are at least 7 people waiting for their cars. I asked the lady if they were short staffed and she stated they were. I told her I couldnt tell because everyone is on their cell phones like no one is waiting. The guy that looks to be the manager is moving even slower. He walks outside shows them something on his cell phone. They all have a 5 minute conversation filled with laughter then he walks back in to hide in his office. Meanwhile an older black lady has yelled out the door 4 times for them to hurry up with her car that has yet to be vacuumed but is at the front of the line next to my car. I could have hand washed both of my cars faster than they did washing just one.

Their focus on detailing second to none. My car came out looking brand new. Beautiful work on interior. Staff is super friendly.10/20. Not as good of experience. Watched my car have nothing being done on it while two cars came out AFTER mine and got prompt Attention by 2 to 3 Employees attending each car. Mine just sat there before one employee FINALLY started on it.

Did not dry 3/4 of truck or wipe inside at all. Horrible. Windows were all spotted, left dirty spots all over, did not clean tires, running boards and more. $33 totally wasted.Do not go there if you want a clean car. Will not return. Less than 1 Star

This in an excellent car wash. The service is great. My car was very dirty came out looking brand new again. Armando the service manager is so helpful. Took time to get a strop of paint off my rear fender. Great job!!

The change from Majestic to E-Z Shine is much more than a name. What I experienced today was higher prices for much less service! $25 for a dry interior wipe down that didn’t even include the back seat? You don’t even include a cheap scent wafer, either? Pitiful! Since we still had to wipe down the inside anyway, you will definitely NOT see us again. We will go right down the street and give them our money. I hope you go bust soon!

The “Best Super Clean” definitely doesn’t include any detail other than SOME vacuuming and possibly wiping down the interior? I guess you need to pay $100+ for ANY kind of interior detailing.

I had my car washed on s Friday. It rained the following Sunday. I ln the mean time I had to go to miMichig for my dads funeral. Upon returning, ez shine would not honor their 3 day cat car wash guarantee nor would they take my circumstances into consideration. Thus us sad and poor customer service!!

I have brought my Corvette to get it Detailed for the past 3 years and I have always had my car handwashed Detailed never ran through the carwash Bay and when I approached the so called Manager Russell to explain to him that my car has wider Rims and Tires than most cars and an expensive paint job and that wash Bay can scratch up my Rims and paint job he got really Rude and I advised him that that if my car is ruined in any way I would be Suing Russell needs to know how to Deal with Customers or he is in the Wrong position to be a Manager Period and I plan on letting people know all about this place all over social media

Im being very generous with this 1 star. My car is still dirty and my rims werent even wiped down at all! Employees outside are very inappropriate especially the girl who looks like sixty nine the rapper. Never coming back.

Horrible.... wasted $209 for showroom detail. Half did it first day... manager agreed when I took my hand and wiped dust said bring back in the morning will redo for free. They claimed to had 2 workers working on it for the whole 5 hrs they had it. Window streaks, rims still dirty, didnt even adjust seats to vacuum, inside door still dusty when she promised someone with get it second time around, carpet dry when they were suppose to redo today and still did no carpet on the sides. She comes with a dirty rag n spray bottle to correct the stuff that hadnt even been touched. You can tell the some seats were sprayed with oil but they forgot to wipe, spray jus running down seats. NEVER EVER AGAIN

1 hour 23 minutes from time I gave key to attendant until I drove away. I got the Detail Car Wash. I was not satisfied with the results. I advised the cashier of my dissatisfaction. She proceeded to advise me why my dissatisfaction was not justified. I would probably have been content with even an insincere apology and some indication there was a desire to rectify whatever I apparently mistakenly perceived as a service failure. There was no such effort. Over the past 3 years I have spent a few hundred dollars with you. I told the cashier of this and that I will not be back.  her response was Im sorry, have a good day. I am not the difficult customer who raises their voice and uses foul language. I am the customer who takes their business and money elsewhere. I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The mgr was VERY rude when I asked if they could get something off the visor for me (its not upholstered) and she rudely said, We dont touch that and that wont come out. Best full service is $24.99 and states interior wipe down. They did not wipe down the interior at all other than cleaning my windows. I will NEVER go back. I got the stain off my visor easily with some furniture upholstry cleaner at home. What a waste of money!! I can do it all better myself. Very disappointed!!!

$28.95 for a car wash and they didn’t bother to clean the inside of the front windshield. Floor mats were definitely vacuumed but I specifically asked they would vacuum the back of my seats...The backs were not touched. The light wipe down of the seats and hard surfaces did not happen. I could have paid $10 at a self service establishment and gotten this. I will NOT be coming back here in the future.

Needed to get the carpet and floor mat cleaned in the front passenger seat area only. The guy told me that it would be a minimum of $80, most likely more. I laughed in his face and told him Id go somewhere else. He told me that would be the same anywhere else I took it and that Id be back. I went to another car wash who performed a full detail WITH complete carpet shampoo (mats as well) for a reasonable $55. I will never use this car wash.

Paid to much for a lackluster service, I even pre-tipped directly to the detailers hoping for a job better than what I would have done. I guess no one does a job better than yourself

New ownership and management. Red flag #1. They no longer allow you to get your mats cleaned as a substitute for the fragrance. The new girl at the checkout counter is unprofessional and lacks the ability to offer good customer service. She didnt give me my fragrance and I didnt realize it until I left the premises. Drove back, went in and told her I didnt get my fragrance. She continues doing what shes doing, reaches down, grabs a couple of fragrances and hands them to me without even looking me in the eye. No sorry about that maam nothing. After being a customer for 7 years, I will not be returning to this car wash.

You might as well wash your car at home. Because you have to do it when you get back home. When I got in my car up there there was still water on the windshield, I ask the 3 guys that were just standing there if they would wipe it off. They act like they were put out. Last trip there.

I used to go quite frequently before this business changed management and never had any issues. I paid $26 for a wash that was half dried leaving water spots on several windows, they didnt wipe down the wheel wells which I didnt notice until I got home, some of my interior windows were streaked, and they dont armorall your tires! When it was Majestic you paid less and got more! I am completely disappointed and NO longer a customer!

They did an interior detail and wash. They did a good job! Even took extra time to clean and wipe down the small crevices. Good choice for a good car wash and detail. They even have a barbershop on location!

The brushes in the machine scratched my car.. this is possible if you dont clean the brushes daily. Will not return. Cashier was already denying responsibility of the equipment before she even got out the chair. Tip guy 8 bucks for a great drying.. it was still wet.. I could have gotten a better deal at a donation wash.

Poor service. I can do a better interior clean myself with the free vacuums at a $5 car wash. They dont wipe down or vacuum thoroughly. They rush, and your car wont look much different from when you brought it in. I had to ask them to vacuum my car again to get up the crumbs that were under my seat. I wont be returning to this location.

When I pay for a service I expect to get what I pay for. I paid for my exterior an interior to get cleaned because someone threw up in my back seat. After waiting two hours I opened the back door and it’s still vomit on the door and carpet which wasn’t even vacuumed let alone cleaned. I sat for another 15 minutes and it still wasn’t cleaned right. Rims weren’t fully clean either. Very poor customer service and the manager acted like there was nothing he could do about it. If you value your money don’t waste it here.

I have a trailblazer and I recently took it to this car wash in particular to get it detailed. I would recommend this car wash to anyone ! The service was wonderful and the detail job was amazing.

I used to go to this car wash when it was known as Majestic. I received GREAT service then. However, it is under new ownership and now known as E-Z Shine Car Wash and Detail. Let me say this: THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I paid for their top car wash, which includes a little down of the interior. I also paid extra to have my mats shampooed. After they were done, my interior still looked dirty. I asked them to clean it. The attendant told me they only wipe it down, which means they just dust off. They dont clean it. They also did not shampoo the mats, as I had asked and for which I paid. They took the car to the back, shampooed the mats, brought the car back to me, and said here you go. No apologies at all. Very rude and nasty. Needless to say...I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO E-Z SHINE CAR WASH AND DETAIL. BAD SERVICE!

Very Professional and Detailed with Excellent customer service. Asia and Denise were very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I have been here twice and both times, my car was finished but I had to point out all the spots they missed, more specifically the other half of my vehicle and then the people want to get an attitude like we are asking for too much. Very half-way effort, I miss Majestic and the quality they supplied. Some people may be ok with paying for mediocrity but I am not.

Okay job but some areas of my SUV were still dirty

Second time and just as bad as the first experience. Dash looks untouched and the back window was not cleaned again. Prices are now higher than before and the quality of service is much, much worse.

Took over 30 minutes for the express wash. Pulled up to take the car muscle instead of a driver to a parking lot of cars. Got ask to ask where to go and was yelled at to wait by one of the workers. $15 for external only and it didn’t get the back clean and left streaks. Terrible.

The business is a great car spa, some of us are always spending our time complaining and less time understanding the dynamics of various business functions. In the car wash business the big word is WEATHER and the unpredictability of it. Balancing the workload during these times is critical to its existence, budget, profit and loss. Its funny how some of us will wait in line for 3 days to possess the newest hand held technology and never question the fact of under-staffing by the merchant on such a predictable event. All of your bad mouthing will not change the standard daily operations, its good and bad.........Wake Up, its normal at EVERY car wash. Now get on your tricycle and get in line. FYI, im a customer..

Went to website before coming in for service. There was a coupon for 10 percent discount for seniors. Tried to use it when I got there all the people there would not honor it and said every excuse in the book from “they didn’t have one” to “the website hadn’t been updated” to “ we are under new ownership”. Don’t go there if they don’t even honor there own website

First off, place starts at $17 for a Good wash. Thats right, Seventeen! What?! Haha... they must be proud. Then, that doesnt even come with tires to be done. Thats $4 more.Next, and most important, any Crossover or Hatchback is $2 more. So, I understand trucks and SUVS, but my wifes Juke?! There are cars that are bigger, with trunks that are bigger than her backseat and back area put together. This place is ridiculous.

I paid $140 for interior cleaning, vacuum wasn’t done properly, no polish on dashboard and sit as well. When I went back ask they said it wasn’t included in the package so I was surprised and asked to the lady what service they include For $140? Well I didn’t recommend this place and I will never go back even if is free.
