I love this store great staff who help find parts for all your traxxas rc vehicles

Ive been into this shop a couple times over the last few years and both times I swore I wasnt coming back due to the rude and condescending attitude of the owner ( Im DONE ! ). When he is out of stock on a item he refuses to reorder stating that he wants to concentrate only on RC cars .I dont know how this guy stays in business! Save yourself the frustration and dont go to this guys shop!!!!

Rude and unhelpful. I might not have communicated well enough all I was looking for, but was met with rudeness I dont think I have ever met by a store clerk. I was looking for an universal power adapted.. I was told they didnt have any. I looked around and noticed that there were parts for electronic toys. I asked if they had any thing like that. I needed a cable for my computer/ camera. He said no, I asked if this was an electronic store, anything like power sources. I was just trying to find the electronic section. He said, if I did, I would have told you. He also mentioned he was out and hadnt ordered any. I asked if he had any suggestions and he sent me to Walmart. I was really struck by the rudeness. I needed direction to the electronics section. I just left.

Ive always enjoyed the customer service, and they have some REALLY cool classes you can go to. Very cool entrepreneurial ideas coming out of this shop!Amazon is great if youre okay waiting a few days, but if you need something fast, RadioShack regularly has what I need. Prices may be a few bucks more, but you get the item right away, no waiting for shipping or worrying about your item being stolen off your porch, you can hold the item in your hands before you buy it, so less surprises, and you can support local business.

They now carry a full line of Traxxas RC cars, trucks, boats! Replacement parts, upgrade parts, batteries and chargers.Been a very good experience buying from radio shack and Ill continue doing so!

Horrible customer service!!! Do not go to!!! The people there dont know how to be nice and are very rude and inconsiderate.

Our wireless headphone system for the TV finally wore out. We went back to this radio shack and got great service. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. It was so good, I asked for help connecting my Bose TV speaker and the headphones. He knew exactly what we needed. It hooked up correctly and were back on track. Thank you!

I always go to Radio Shack first thinking Im going to get higher quality products and I dont have to go to Walmart however, they never seem to have the stuff Im looking for or its on back order or they out of that part. Customer service is great just lacking in the parts department.

This was the best stocked Radio Shack I have been to in a long time! We were on vacation and a special wire for our time lapse photography setup broke. Nathan was able to figure out a solution in a matter of minutes! Thank you for an awesome save!!!

Radioshack is not the store it used to be. I used to shop there all the time, but they dont stock a good selection of electronic components anymore beyond the very basics. This is a smaller store but ever the large stores in larger cities leave a lot to be desired in the components department. That said, if you are looking for gadgets rather than parts, this is a good place to find them, though at generally higher prices than you will find elsewhere.

Manager is young and stupid. poor customer service. And the other guy who works for him comes out dressed with tight fitting clothes and dyed hair like he just came off a date with 17yr old girl. didnt know what I was talking about. The only thing they knew about were their dang phones.

Never been a huge fan of Radio Shack but I have to admit, they keep all the little electronics I need in stock and they get the job done. Plus they know what they have on hand.

This store is worthless! Do not expect help with claims, do not expect them to get anything in for you. They will give you the run around and blow you off. If you confront them they will claim there are problems and they can not help you. Avoid this store!!! They will not honor warranty claims and they will put forth no effort to remedy any problems.

Employee was not the friendliest. I bought a cord for my DVD player and then turned around and had to return it, although he had made sure it would work...

The guys are knowledgeable, and helpful. Stock is a little lacking, but they do have most of the basic transistors, resistors, diodes ect..

I wanted to buy the Moto G because I desired that quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, so I went in to this RadioShack because the Boost website said it was only $99.99 and when I called them they said they had that same price. The associate I dealt with was helpful and activated the phone for me and said that it should only take fifteen twenty minutes until I could start texting my girl and calling Tod about that money he owes me but two hours later it was still saying there was a problem with my account. So I took it back in, I had to take my two year old this time because I was home alone, and they said that the account was fine so they took the phone and did everything they could think of to get it working but it was some strange problem that neither of them had seen before. They called Boost customer service and the nice gentleman on the other end walked them through factory reset and manual activation but even after downloading the system update it was still giving them trouble. At this point my kid was getting restless so they turned on their three tvs and busted out some toys but he was still being upset. Eventually they gave up and chalked it up to a defective Moto G which is rare but does happen. They promply swapped me out for a different unit and I was calling people asking where they were at as soon as I left the building. All in all they handled it professionally and I would do it everyday.

I dont usually do reviews on places, although that being said I thought I better warn others that may run into the same mistake that I did. I went and got an Iphone from them through Sprint wanting the unlimited everything. They are a certified Sprint dealer. Originally they were very kind and got us set up. Thats when the issues began. They didnt activate the data plan for the phone. I went back in and the guy told me to call sprint and they would be able to fix the issue. I went through that process and they couldnt fix it so I got sent to the St. George Sprint store which have their own techs. They let me know there that it was activated incorrectly at Radioshack and that I would need to get it exchanged through Radioshack. They even called Radioshack for me and everything was good to exchange. I went back to the store less than an hour later and was told I couldnt exchange it because I didnt have the box for it. The guy that set up the phone originally was extremely rude and would not exchange even though they had originally agreed. I went back down to Sprint in St. George to see what they could do and Radioshack was extremely rude to them also. I do not recommend this store to anyone at all and adamantly let people know so they dont run into the same issues that I had.

Customers Be Aware- Do not expect help with claims, If you confront them they will claim there is nothing they can do -even if you Have contacted the Company who manufacture your product and said Company gave instructions for the vendor to remedy the issue- they will put forth no effort to remedy any problems.

They have everything electronic! Love this store!

They not only have Radio Shack things, but also 3d printers and supplies, robotics things, and also the beginnings of a maker space.
