Extremely poor communication and customer service. Orders a door, took about 3 weeks longer than we were told. We had to call them several times for updates. Door was installed incorrectly and was damaged. No call saying that there was a problem with the door. Came home to q mess on the floor and a dadoor. Took 3 more weeks to fix. Nearly 3 months later. Still no screen door.

Had an awesome experience with this shop installing the garage doors of my new shop, This was the 1st build I ever did and I am having a lift installed in the shop there was an issue with the height of the tracks and openers clearing and these guys had the answers they were there when they said and performed to perfection, they listened to my concerns and saved the day with the ideas and soultuions they had ,thanks Tyler and the crew

We had a new build house and went through elite door to purchase and install our front door. We were told by one of our builders subs that they just put a stain on the door, but did not seal it. He said that wasnt the way you do it. Just after a year of being in the house we had noticed the door coming apart where the stain was coming off. I would not refer anyone to this business. We have to hire someone to come out and restain the door and seal it . We paid extra for this upgraded door and was left with this.Update to review: Its a shame that elite door doesnt accept credit for the doors they sell their customers. I did buy a door and garage doors, that I spent thousands of dollars on, directly from elite door and I have had problems with both. Businesses would rather say they dont have record of a customer, when they dont want to own up to bad quality of work. That is a shame.

This business is extremely incosiderate to nearby businesses by blocking the driveway with large trucks. I was unable to access a very important medical appointment due that. I spoke with the owner who says they do it regularly and I am not the first person who was blocked. VERY rude and you should reconsider your actions. *** Owners response below backs up my claim ***

Good service good prices good people

We built a new home and they made it so easy to pick out windows and doors. When the front door arrived the factory had sent the wrong door. I brought it to Tylers attention and the right door was ordered and replaced very fast.

These guys try harder than any group of sub contractors I have ever seen. A friend of mine was repairing a house and even though it would make the company less money, they worked more to fix an existing problem than to replace the whole set of windows. That is true integrity.

The glass shower panels for our walk in shower look great. But the installer did not make sure everything was siliconed properly and where he did silicone it had flaked off after one use of the shower. We had a serious leak issue because of it. And when we called to address the issue they placed blame elswhere instead of offering solutions.

We built a new home and the contractor used Elite Door and Window to purchase and hang 2 Martin garage doors. Tyler J the owner of the business came and measured the door openings but measured incorrectly. His installers came and hung the doors and we noticed immediately that the doors were to small. Instead of replacing them he suggests a seal kit. We are not happy with this business at all.

We ordered and paid for a window to be replaced. We were told it would take a week to order the window. Well, I called and was told it was on its way and that I would receive a call when it could be put in. Its been almost 2 weeks... still waiting...

Terrible service, went in to order a custom door and was treated like I was bothering the 3 men behind the counter. Some one came out a week later to take measurements, that was over 3 weeks ago.......guess they dont need my business
